This place has psychotic employees that seem like they were recently released from a mental institution!! I was there on Saturday morning 7/9/22 around 9:30am to look for a unit. It was raining heavily. There was no one in the office. So, I sat in my car and waited. It seemed like forever. Finally, someone showed up and I approached the person. I didn't know if she was a customer or employee. I said, "Hi" in a nice friendly manner. She looked at me as if I'm bothering and annoying her. "Yeah??!?" I responded that I was looking for a unit and waited for a while. While I'm saying this, rain is pouring down on me and I'm standing in water and my shoes are soaked. Immediately she angrily replied in a raised voice, "I WAS GONE FOR A FEW MINUTES, I WAS NOT GONE FOR LONG TIME!!" I didn't respond to the comment since I didn't want to argue with her. I wanted to get right to renting a unit and get on with my day. But she wouldn't let go. She wanted to argue and fight with me over my comment about having to wait for her. She was fixated on it. She is psychotic and wanted to attack me. She never said, "Hello Miss Customer, how can I help you? Let's get out of the rain." None of that. Then I followed her into the office so I can get out of the rain. She went right back into verbally attacking me over my comment about waiting for her. "I WAS NOT GONE FOR LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES!!" On and on. She wouldn't let go. She could have easily said, "I'm sorry for stepping out, I had an emergency, how can I help you?" Switch the conversation to helping the customer and get right back to business. None of that. She wanted to attack me over waiting time repeatedly with anger in a raised voice. Then she threw her bag of food on the table. So, I left. She is psychotic, angry, scary, unprofessional, unfit to do this job and picking fights with customers. I felt unsafe for myself and my personal belongings. The entire time I only spoke no more than 3 sentences in a calm professional manner, and she was verbally attacking me the whole time over waiting time. Can you believe this? Needless to say, I went to another Public Storage facility a few miles away and signed a lease with a much more sane, calm and professional store manager. I also reported Miss Psycho to the Public Storage corporate office and customer service. They agree, their behavior is unacceptable.

I really appreciated the property manager’s service! She detailed the different options that were available, was very kind and the storage unit she assigned to me was very clean. I am very happy with this place. The property has a lot of space for cars to drive, keypad entry directly from the phone, I love it!

Shai has such pleasant demeanor and provided excellent service to my husband and I after visiting five other storage companies where there were no units available or prices were astronomical. After visiting five different storage locations between Saturday and Sunday, Public Storage was the last we visited and offered the best rate. Reasonable prices and excellent service made for a productive weekend.

I can't expect a lot for a storage box, but I do feel more needs to be provided. The insulation coating the ceiling continually falls down on my things requiring serious cleaning. The unit is musty & moldy with spiders and webs. The area outside the unit is constantly cluttered with junk, debris with leaves building up against my door. But, it is only a box, a very expensive box. Not a happy campy.

WENT HALF AND HALF WITH A FRIEND CROKED COMPANY!!

Moved out a week before the 1 of the month and was charged for the next month because I left the lock on after the fist kept contacting and leaving messages to let them know I had someone coming to cut it off and didn't want them to look like a burglar. Never got a response. Came back in town on the 3 and took the lock and was charged the 4 even after talking to the district. WOULDN'T REFER ANYONE HERE BEWARE!!!

This is my first time renting a storage unit and the whole experience has been awful. The front desk girl Ebony is rude and very disrespectful. I had an issue with my payments and asked what were my options and she laughed in my face and said nothing. I called corporate and the lady on the phone got loid and argumentive with me. The charged 165 dollars to rent a space for 3 weeks. I will never use them again. The lady even followed us while we were moving to tell us to make sure we got all our things and to leave our lock as if i dodnt pay to be here.

Terrible experience. Went to rent a small room and when the mgr opened the hallway door there was a white man laying on the floor with no shirt, steel bowl and red bong used for smoking. The site mgr told the man, you're going to have to get up, I need to show a customer a room. Me and my nephew saw it with our own eyes and we turned around and left. Me being a single woman I was not going to walk into this again. I spoke to the district mgr who really didn't offer much help at all.

this is the best public storage location I have tried so far. The lady (Regina) that registered me at the close of business was very nice and she kindly allowed me to do my rental and did not turn me away. I'll return for future rentals and I recommend this place over all others in the area.

Clean location for the most part. I was prewarned about a leak in my particular unit prior to renting. And accommodations were made. Its pretty simple to rent here. Heads up: depending on your unit size you may have to buy a new lock because they switched some doors. If you will need storage for awhile, periodically check your stuff. And bomb for spiders and other creatures before removing your things. Janice upfront is pretty nice and frequently walks the lot checking things out and spraying for insects. I don't know why the keypad inside the gate is so close so bring someone with you to help guide you in. Know that traffic won't stop just cause you moving. I would rent here again.

This review is long overdue. Janice was heaven sent! I originally reserved a property elsewhere and ended up here, best thing that could've happened. The inconvienience and lack of willingness to assist me at the other property, where no one was there but should have been, was all made up to me by the excellent customer service that Janice provided me at her property. I was able to not only get my storage unit, but also left with confidence that if needed I could reach the property manager during business hours and my items are in a good area. However, when I first arrived at the property, Brandon was a very ride, unprofessional person. I'm glad that I only had the one experience dealing with him. But when I’ve come in here 4 or 5 other times to ask the young man Brandon he’s told me that you were out of parking spaces and never bothered to look at a book or look on the computer when I ask him, so I just drove off came in here today which is 2/26 I believe and there’s two empty parking spots that have been there for the last two months that I’ve been trying to get in!!! he said they were rented so I’ve been taking my other trailers to other places to park them. P.S. every time I came in he was playing games on the computer!!! Not very professional!!!!!!

I had to get a storage and choose public storage. The Customer Service Rep. Janice was very sweet, she made me feel very welcomed. She was very informative and knowledgeable with what items I needed to pack and store my things, She took her time to give me the run down on how my payments would be and the alternatives that can be used to make payments as well. She even seen how things wore going for me as I moved my stuff in the storage a few days later. I definitely give her a thumbs up. I will use this location for any future needs from my warm welcome. I had my storage for four months I officially moved out today February 20, 2015. Mrs. Janice helped assist me even as I was moving my things this whole week. She asked if I needed the dump to be unlocked, she also unlocked the rest rooms in case I needed access while I was loading. Mrs. Janice is very sweet and kind a lot of businesses could use her idea of true customer service. I will continue to use Public Storage for any future needs because of her.

Ms Janice is the nicest, warmest, and most approachable representative I've encountered with PS. She's a keeper. The upkeep on the units shouldn't reflect on her. My unit is dated but the prices are current. On my last visit the scent of a dog and feces was strong. In short, I was not happy about not being able to move out immediately. I was also taken aback by a family living on the premises. Contrary to popular belief this does not make me feel my items are safe.

I came in a day earlier then when I was suppose to and Janice was very helpful, went over all the paperwork step by step, showed me the unit that I was renting to make sure that it was what I wanted. The only thing that would be more helpful to the place and I know that place isn't that large would be some type of golf cart for someone with a disability to get around in so they may be able to see a rental unit. And also some type of facility or drinking apparatus.
