Horribly managed. Was there packing up some things and the lady came by and accused me of living there and called the Home office. How ridiculous!! We had a very good experience at Public Storage on Cobb Parkway. The service was friendly. We only needed the unit for a short time and it was easy to cancel the unit on short notice just before the end of the rental period. The facility is a bit older, but it totally fulfilled our needs. We had a drive-up unit in a convenient location within the complex.

Rented an inside unit for a month. Not gonna lie, finding the storage was extremely stressful. Took 2 hours of calling customer service and regionals to finally get help because i had no idea how to find the inside units. But property is nice and well maintained. It was smooth sailing after that. Employees are wonderful and very professional. But i will definitely say the door for inside units should say INSIDE or something because seeing “44 77” at the top of a super skinny door (didnt really look like a door) wouldve never made me think i was supposed to lift it up and go inside it 😂😂. But its all good.

Rats have eaten through my belongings! Droppings are all over my supplies and goods! I’m not even comfortable going inside my storage and moving things around as I’ve physically seen a rat in my unit! I called and the front desk stated they have pest control, but they can’t control if others bring rodents! Totally unacceptable!!
This storage location saved the day for us when we were having issues with our vehicle and traveling. Amber went above and beyond to help us out and find a solution to store our vehicle. Highly recommend!

Had them for a while but had to leave they were just to high. At first they give you a great deal you can't beat I had a 10x20 for 75 but it quickly went up the next 3 Months to like 88 after Id say about 4 to 6 months it went up again to 106 then the last straw was when it went up 120 after 3 or 4 months the units are good and staff is great just too too too too high and to many rent increase

What makes good customer service? Ms. Quan was a breathe of fresh air today. She is very knowledgeable in her field. An up seller for products one might need during this time. And that puts the bar high for other employees. The fact that she floats to other properties and the work flow is still moving like nothing is interrupted. Speaks for it's self. She is happy, diligent, and knowledgeable but in all she is the right prson for the job.

She was knowledgeable and efficient when explaining the contract and filling out the paperwork. I feel very confident that my belongings will be safe and secure while renting.

I have rented a 10x20 storage space at this location to park a sports car. During this time I've never had a problem, and Kay the manager of this facility has been knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient in her duties.

In my two years of self storage with this location I have had nothing but positive experiences and would recommend this location to anyone who is in need of a storage facility. Kay, the property manager, was always very helpful whenever I had a question and when I decided to vacate, due to moving, the process was very easy.
Public Storage was exactly what we needed to help us in our move to a new location. The location was great. The facilities were fine. It was like having an extra garage to store items during the moving process. I highly recommend Public Storage if you live in this area or are moving to this area. This location is awful. Office reeks with smoke when the property manager Kaye who lives onsite is working. They also have problems with rodents.

The office always smells like cigarette smoke, it almost took all my air... the office attendant coughs profusely so her own smoking takes her breath away too. the office attendant is not the nicest!

Rented the unit in May '15 for a reasonable enough price, however after 7mos of renting I have received a notice of increase of $10 per month -- which begins in less that a month!! TEN DOLLARS? For a 5x10 closet? Are you kidding me? Is it because my payments are on time each month and I'm not paying delinquency fees? Kay was knowledgeable and friendly enough when I rented (albeit unnecessarily talkative), and her courteous calls are nice, however this kind of an increase is absurd. Don't think that because my stuff is there that it can't be moved. I will not be held captive to your ridiculous fees, and my business will be going elsewhere.

After being a customer here for 3 years, I have to say that Kay has made it a very pleasant experience! Once I had to replace a light bulb and it broke off inside the socket. I consider myself a "do it yourself guy" but I don't like getting shocked by electricity. Lol!! Didn't have my tools but Kay helped with tools and a ladder to get it done!! Thanks Kay and don't go anywhere bc it will take 5-6 people to replace you!!

I've been at this storage for almost four years for the most part of my stay and choice of this particular location was Kay's professional and customer service experience,she's truly the best.Thank you.
I had to run errands today and did a lil pricing around and came into this location the lady in there was such a sweet heart I had my lil girl with me and usually most employees get annoyed when someone's child gets a lil noisy but Heather was so kind and really took the time to explain everything to me and even made my daughter smile and feel like a big girl I know where I will be going when I clean my garage out this location right here

I signed up for a reservation online, and within 10 minutes Kay gave me a call to set up an appointment to view the unit I reserved. She was very friendly and informative during the viewing and during the lease signing process. The unit itself was fine--a little bit dirty but no more than you'd expect from your garage at home. No signs of excess moisture aka flooding getting into the unit. Only two cons, probably not fixable: 1) you have to get out of the car to use the keypad; usually not a big deal but once during my move in I had to get out of the car in a pouring thunderstorm to open the gate. Would be much nicer if there was a wireless fob or something like that to open the gate. 2) I was towing a medium sized trailer and felt like the corners were a little bit tight to navigate, especially right as you come in the gate.

The office staff helped my find a unit that worked for my needs.
Kay was more than happy to help me with questions I had even though I rent at a different location. She is much more knowledgeable and personable than the staff in the office where my unit is located. If I rent again in the future, I will be sure to drive a little further to come here for the better service.
I thought customer service at Public Storage had went out the door until I met Kay. She knows how to treat customers goes out her way to answer any helpful questions you may have about your move. I always receive great customer service at this location

I had a very pleasant experience reserving and paying for a storage unit at this property. Kay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My only concern was that I was not told ahead of time that insurance was required. I feel this should be included in the rent and that total price should be quoted. Other than that, this appears to be a very well run property.
