very unprofessional business. assigned me a broken unit. the people in the office leave well before 5pm. i’ve tried to contact the property manager and left several voicemails to receive a call back no one has reached out to me. can never get a real person on the phone. asked for a refund receipt or a receipt of cancellation of my reservation the customer service specialist i finally got a chance to speak to after calling 10 times in the last 2 days says they cannot provide me documentation of refund or cancellation. Not to mention this place has rats. please store your valuable items elsewhere don’t waste your time or your money at this ran down poorly managed establishment

I dont know if all units have power, but mine does. Has on off switch (must supply own bulb). Can use their app to open main gate "convenient when raining", pay bill- i like how you can pay whatever ammount you want rather than an only pay all at once option- like the last contactless storage dump i was at. The staff at this facility are very friendly. ,.,,,..,.................................. Cons----> Pretty technical on the seconds after 9pm that you leave- i thought that is why there is a live on site manager? To assist with after hours access? . Decent place overall, prices are high everywhere, dont kno why. You would think the competition would be fighting for lowest overall price

She calls and returns calls, making sure you know everything going on in a timely manner and I even had to switch my move in date to the NEXT DAY from a reservation I made for 10 days out. What The Largest Storage Unit

The customer service was great, however the storage unit itself was dirty. Rat droppings were all ovet the floor and there was a large hole in the ceiling of my unit, the insulation was falling out. Left my things in there for 2 weeks and came back to find rats had chewed through one of my cardboard boxes. Beware that the price on the website is not accurate. They will charge you insurance and for a lock/administration fees on top of it. Ended up paying 68 dollars instead of the 35 advertised.

Went to this particular public storage to rent a space for myself, the place is very clean and well cared for and the staff are friendly and helpful and I talked with some of the other patrons they are well satisfied with that particular location the patron I spoke with said he has been 8yrs so that tell me it's a place to store your items with confidence.Added note easy access from three different roads and plenty of amminities that you need.

If you need a storage space, SHOP AROUND before you deal with Public Storage. They're not the only game in town and you can get better rates and Customer Service elsewhere. After more than 14 years of being a Public Storage customer at this location, I've finally had enough of this company. They've raised the price for a 5' X 10" storage unit to a WHOPPING $98 a month.!!! (Even the manager at another storage place was surprised at that price!) In the last 8 months or so, the facility has rat's galore all through it and the fencing in the back has been broken into so many times, that they no longer attempt to fix it properly. It's patched with Chicken Wire from Home Depot! (I've posted photos.) The gate is also in need of upgrading as at one time recently, you could punch in any random 6 numbers, and it would open.. There's obviously no sense of loyalty to long standing customers what so ever. It's not the employees working in the front office's fault though. They just need a job and are there for a pay check. No wonder the turnover rate for company employees is so high. I'm glad I don't work for them.

As you know moving can be a hassle and very overwhelming; but thanks to Kim my experience has become less stressful. I truly recommend public storage on Forest Pkwy because the customer service is beyond amazing. Thank you Kim for your extraordinary service.

I did a move for a woman 5/21/2019 and let’s just say it’s rat infested. The first time I was ever paid to remove and dump property. I would say stay far away from this place! While driving out someone had their door up with bins and you can see the contents had been destroyed by rats. Only gave one star because you can’t leave a review without pressing one. It deserves zero stars! I would advise tearing the property down and fumigate it.

The property manager Ms. Kim is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!😍😘. I was laid off my job in March and my payments got behind. Make a long story short, my unit included my entire life in it and was up for auction. I panicked and became emotional because I couldn't make the full payment. Ms. Kim worked with me to find a resolution and was willing to accept small payments until the balance is paid in full. She was so understanding and full of compassion. Such a sweetheart and truly made my day. She is the right person for this job. I love her!! Thanks Ms. Kim for your excellent customer service and reassurance that everything would be fine.

Kim gave me excellent service. It was quick,simple and easy. Soon as I walked in the door she had my paperwork and info ready. The signing of the contract was all digital,no paperwork! They had great deals, got month for $1. I mean no negatives that I can think of. Overall satisfied.

Beware, beware there is nothing but rats in this place. It is infested with rats, all my stuff was eating through and everything and their excuse was well it's not climate control, even if it's not climate control never ever should have Storage Unit be infested. Beware, beware I would not suggest using the storage. Drive the 30-40 minutes mile whatever to get a better storage this is unbelievable.

I have read majority of these reviews and I can agree that the customer service and professionalism of the staff here are great. Unfortunately, I am upset that my things have been destroyed by rodents at this property. No, I did not have any foods or things of the nature in my unit, I know the procedures. I am not sure what was going on in the units next to mine. I've never had this issue at any other storage before. I wish I had been warned before trusting to put our items here. It's shameful that I believed I was using a space to preserve my property, spending over a hundred dollars every month in hopes that I will have everything back when I was ready to move again, but now my daughter and I have to start all over. The insurance company only offers you $250 as that's supppsed to help replace anything. 😢😢😢 Although, climate control storage facilities may seem more pricey they are a better choice. Please check your items for droppings. I've experienced opening my storage unit and there was a big rodent running across my furniture. It scared me that bad that I couldn't even go in there alone after the insurance company requested pictures. Always research first, most companies are basically about making the 💰.

Recently visited our storage and was satisfied that after several hours of driving the manager who helped us was very nice, helpful and informative. I think his name was Nate or Nathan. Anywho, everything appeared clean and didn't smell bad. Plus, all my stuff looked just as it did when I left it. It's moments like this that make me appreciate Public Storage. Thank you for taking care of my belongings. You are doing a wonderful job!

The customer service that I received at this location was excellent! When I walked in Felicia B. was assisting a customer and had acknowledged me the moment I walked in the door! She was answering phones, and helping us on the inside, She is only one person but she remained professional with everyone the entire time and was conversational as well!! If I ever need a storage in the area I will definitely re-visit this location!!!

Had my stuff in this storage unit for a few months now. Never seen any rodents. Property is well maintained. And when I called cursing and acting rowdy about my lock being cut because I was late 😂 Keosha showed nothing but PROFESSIONALISIM!!! I felt extremely bad but you know we all have bad days and she understood that. She was so calm and polite all the way through the situation also didn't hold it against me in my future interactions with her. I mean you just Dont get customer service like that anymore. Its really unparalleled. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for a safe secure place to store their things. Keosha is just a bonus. 😍
