I had the BEST customer service at this location ! The manager worked after hours to ensure my family had a safe place to Store our items last minute. She was so kind to my family, helpful, informative and went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. The manager gave me tips to make sure I don’t fall behind on my payments and even upgraded our unit with ease when we realized the unit selected was too small. Best location, best customer service ! Great experience during a moving stressful situation she made it a breeze. Highly recommend this location OVER forest park location, the young ladies there are lazy and unhelpful with terrible customer service. Drive 2 more miles to this location it is worth it !

I just wanted the management to know that Tanya is always very accomodating when I come by to remove or add anyrhing to my storage. This was never more evident than this past weekend when I needed to discuss my bill. I don't know how but some way i got confused about my bill and thought I had payed it. You know we (people) can get an attitude about money in a heartbeat, but Ms. Tanya flipped the script on me so quick by being so sweet and understanding that I couldn't even get angry. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone and in person. When I arrived on 7/30 several locks were cut as if there was a break in and heavy furniture was in the unit I reserved online. I was moved to a new unit but did not receive the original deal of $1 for the first month. I have yet to get this resolved 3 weeks later.

This location is HORRIBLE I couldn’t make an online payment so I called to see what the issue was, but couldn’t get in contact with anyone until 2days after. Then I go to my storage and notice a lock on it, why is there a lock when I made a payment? Then I ran into a employee who stated she was off and didn’t have a key to gain access to the property only for her to sit and wait in her car for someone to open and never showed. This is ridiculous, I understand the situation with Covid, but there’s no need for NO ONE to not be on site.

It was fine I never got the first month for a dollar as advertised and the next two months each month was a different price one higher than the next

This rating is no reflection of the individuals who work at this location they have been nothing but kind to me. Store your things here if you'd like them destroyed by rodents or stolen. Otherwise, you should look at another location, and maybe another company, to trust with your belongings. This facility has a serious rodent issue: so much so that I have had everything from wicker furniture to an entire 100ft hose reel completely destroyed (eaten) by vermin. You can not imagine the amount of feces and excrement left: I came to my unit with goggles, masks, gloves, a leaf blower, a case of clorox wipes, and a change of clothes every time I needed to get things in/out. I sanitized everything before putting it in my car and again before bringing it in the house and then I sanitized my washing machine after I cleaned the clothes I had been wearing. My storage unit has been broken into twice within 9 months. Trying to file a claim with the insurance company has proved maddeningly impossible. The local police department has an outgoing message that apologizes for their delay due to staffing issues. So, if you store your things here and they get stolen, you will likely face challenges to getting your claim submitted and actually being reimbursed for the items that were stolen. Even though insurance is a requirement and I paid it monthly along with the rent for the unit. My rent has been raised. 2 break-ins in 9 months and they raised my rent before I'd settled with the insurance company. I have consulted with every avenue of contact possible. Apparently, no one at Public Storage has the ability to adjust rental rates -___- Not even under specific circumstances. Do not store your things here. Be cautious about who/what company you trust with your belongings. Make sure to check the crime levels in an area before selecting a storage facility. Do not rely on internet reviews and see the place for yourself before committing to house your belongings there.

First let me start that the customer service of the manager on duty was excellent. I acquired at unit at this location in July of 2020, I went retrieve my items from the unit on Thanksgiving day; only to find that unit had leaked water into it, some of my items had water damage. I filed a claim with the insurance company that Public Storage uses and the outcome was, that I needed to provide pictures of where the was, not just the pictures of the water on boxes and my stuff damaged. Per the insurance company, they stated that Public Storage facility said there was no leak or roof damage that would cause the damages. DO NOT TAKE OUT THE INSURANCE WITH PUBLIC STORAGE find a company that will insurance your stuff with a better outcome than mine. On top of that they only want to pay me $250 with a deductible of $100 leaving the balance of $150 paid to me for fungus and not water damage. Because public storage stated to them that there was nothing wrong with unit. The insurance company waited and didn't s an adjuster out to investigate, they took the word of Public Storage, even though I was the one paying for the policy. I so angry at this point, that spent money to cover my stuff, that the company took the word of Public Storage that there no issues with roof.. And the insurance agent, stated to me that they had no reason to lie 🤥🤥 really..

They stole some of my belongings, i guess they thought I forgot or wouldn’t notice. There was multiple cut locks in my unit which only they can cut and the store associate even said only the manager or them can go in the units. So that means yall stole my stuff. Called them and gave them a chance before i file a police report, they claimed they would look into it and call me back bt of course i never received a call or anything else. They will take ur stuff too and act lost dont put your stuff here! Im missing curtains, tools, decorations, pictures, even clothes and shoes!!!

How on God's earth management changed and my locked was changed on my unit and now they cannot find the new keys. I only hope everything is in my unit. Because a lawsuit will heavily weigh on their shoulders.

My mothers unit was broken into and the didn't contact her about it for almost a week. She found out about the incident when she was paying her storage fee! The staff was completely rude to her and extremely defensive! She was told that they guy who live on site doesn't have to take action and he can call the police if he want too. Plus he reported not to hear anything yet a total of 8 units was vandalized! Please don't store your things here.

Made a reservation online and once we got to the property Ms. Sharon was so nice. She answered all the questions she made us feel like we were already apart of the public storage family before we even committed to the unit. She explained everything as she went through it. I will definitely go back just to say hey to her when we leave the storage unit. The property was also nicely kept no trash or bugs the units have lights to use for when it's dark.

They need paint the doors and stop selling the locks so expensive.

I was moving abruptly so I wasn't in the best mood but I really needed help getting my stuff together. I went to Public Storage, talked to a young lady named Kym, who I felt genuinely wanted to help me and her attitude was just real positive and helpful, it was really what I needed plus I got a good deal on my unit. I would recommend this location if you appreciate good customer service.

Wow what can I say about the Jonesboro Public Storage, well first off they have the best customer service. I have been dealing with Ms. Martha and her staff for over 4 or 5 years now and I have never had a problem. Ms.Martha along with her staff keeps a neat and clean site. The only problem I had is the information online does not state that you have to use special locks to secure your property.
