The property manager at this location is awesome as well as the other staff. They are very helpful being that I am a disabled person. There's always someone there to help me be it helping me lift up the gate to access my unit. The property manager is so nice She really goes out her way for her customers and the place is kept up pretty good.

Customer Service from Shun couldn’t have been better. I tried to rent space from them at this location because my current unit at another Public Storage site was going up on rent. Shun didn’t have a unit available but went out the way to find me a unit at the other location and assured I get the best rate. She couldn’t help me but she showed she didn’t want Public Storage to lose my business. Shun’s patience and desire to genuinely be of help has won her a customer anytime I’m in need of their service in the future.

Great experience checking in. The young woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the whole process was quick and easy. She explained everything as well. The unit was clean and we experienced no problems while we rented it for two months. I loved that I could open the access gate from my phone. The move out process was easy as well. I was able to do everything from my phone. Will definitely use this facility again if needed.

I've been In business for 5 years now and it's rare that I come across someone who actually knows what they are talking about with space and storages. Shun was a great help. I was moving a client in and she was able to handle everything I needed efficiently. She even knew what size storage I would need soon as I explained how many bedrooms were moving in. I will most certainly recommend my clients to her and the establishment going forward.

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE. I had issues with the rodents as well like everyone is sharing prior to moving I seen this site shows a 4.6 however I didn’t read the complaints. The rats had feces and urine on my mattress, chairs, bookshelf, and boxes. It ate my daughter baby dolls and toys there where literally holes in the dolls legs. I did have the insurance and it says coverage for up to $5000 however that is only if these items are stolen for the rats and rodents it is only $250 max. I literally got rid of so much stuff because rats carry diseases I didn’t want any of those things especially the things it ruined of my daughter. I did speak with the manager and they were sympathetic. I suggest no one store your things at this storage location.

My experience has been outstanding due to Mars. Enmon. She was very nice and expedited my services to assure I had everything I need led and up to date with new property addition thank you!

WARNING !! Do not rent a storage space here. Myself and several other customers I spoke to have seen the rat infestation among this property. I had a huge dead rat in my storage and feces all over my items. All of my things in that storage unit or lack there of was a complete and total loss. I really want to help someone like I wish I would've been helped. The staff was not shocked by my claim and totally negligent. They blamed the rodents on other people storing food in the storage near mine. I could not believe the lack of responsibility. I paid for this storage for an entire year before I saw the damage. God bless

DON'T DO IT! Horrible! Rat feces everywhere! Rat holes in the ceiling and something looked like it died on the floor. It was sticky and had what looked like fur on it. When I asked if they would clean it, she said "we don't clean the units." The door also wouldn't close all the way. I had to call management to get amother unit. This one won't stay up properly!

I came to this location after being recommended by a colleague. The manager Shun was very pleasant and answered all of my questions before I had to even ask them. My company will definitely be using this location for our shop. Would recommend this location!

We needed a storage unit becuase our house had a delay and was not ready to move in. Public storage had a decent price on-line, once in the store several hidden fees were presented. Lock fee, renters insurance, administrative fee. I did bring my own lock so that fee was waived, however I was forced to use public storage renters insurance and not my own that I currently had. We only need a month and in the months time I paid for the storage and two flat tires ($40.00) I rolled over an object on the property my car tire pressure light came on and the pressure dropped to 14 psi I went to a local tire shop and the pulled this metal object out of my tire. The next day I returned to public storage and the public storage attendant explained to me that "when we cut the locks off this is what flies off we can't catch them"she left the broken locks on the ground and drove off. I spoke to the GM and she stated it has happened to me and I can not do anything about it. The second time it happened went to the office and told shaun and she said " so it happens call the 800 number for public storage" since I have gotten no where, and paid for two tires to be repaired and no one at public storage openly does not care. I will file a small claim with the courts for all damages.

It is only a matter of time before an employee is hurt or killed within these bussines. They are so cheap they only have one employee on duty. These storage units locations are often in bad areas, and the employees are subject to being left alone, with no protection. It amazes me that OSHA has not investigated why this unsafe practice is allowed to continue. I personally refuse to support a bussine that puts profits over people.

Do not use this location Rent due on the first The fees are high . The office is not adequately staffed. If it was climate controlled and clean, maybe. Next to a seedy environment and the exit is full of pot holes so your car may be damaged. The good reviews, not sure where they are coming from but there are rats (at the auction, a few units were eaten through). Do not use this location - rent at your own risk if you do not mind seeing "transactions" in the parking lot. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!@

This public storage is terrible they make it seem like your items are in good hands while staying in there property just to have your stuff destroyed by rat piss and poop and bite marks as well .Even if you have insurance that really won’t do much because they make people feel like it’s their fault for the rats even though the employees know they have rats because they get so many compliments .I really just came to say don’t bring your self to come to this public storage in Riverdale ga because they don’t care about your belongings ,they just care about running a business and making money ,when coming to a storage place people are in situation where as they pay their money because they think it’s going to be safe but at this storage place you will be mistreated and belonging that are destroyed by rat poop and piss.

**RIPOFF** I was asked to give a 5 star rating upon moving in BEFORE the rental was seen or completed... gave a decent review but I've come back to edit this bec somehow I was charged $75 for a cleaning fee after I moved out.. mind you, I didn't leave ANYTHING in the unit, even took my boxes of trash that I separated from my regular boxes. Besides maybe a penny on the floor, there was a piece of glass that was there WHEN I GOT THE UNIT..... soooooo I'm being charged bec yall had to pick up a penny & get rid of glass that YALL LEFT THERE BEFORE I MOVED IN??? Once they open, I'm calling the location & corporate to dispute this. ***UPDATE.... they claim I left large bags of trash. My unit was left open after I left, so ANYONE could've dumped trash in that unit. The corporate office says that the clerk working should've taken pictures of the trash & sent them to the manager BEFORE the charge was approved. Conveniently, NO ONE can produce the pictures YET I've still be charged.....

Absolute worse experience of my life.. I was assigned a unit next to a crime ridden complex. Each & every time I drop off or pick up items I would be harassed through a fence while they try to scope out my unit. When i asked the property managment to move to a different unit I was told they dont move tentants because their uncomfortable and if i move my rate would double. 1 month later the unit started leaking and ruined half my belonging.. I advised the property manager and was told that also did not constitute a move and she would eventually look into having the leak patched.. I Strongly suggest staying away from this nightmare storage center..

The customer service person (property manager) Torrica has always been professional each and every time I've been to the facility. The facility has always been clean. I have noticed her interaction with other customers and she has always been professional. I have never had a negative experience.

In store customer service is great. But due to the fact I've had my property damaged by rodents and have had to contact the district manager, who has done little to none about my situation, is deterring. It's been 2 months since my issue was brought to light. Paying for storage to be damaged with rodent feces and chew marks.
