The rat infestation is absolutely out of control, I only have mechanical equipment, so no cardboard, no fabrics, no wood, no food and no plastics, and every time I open the unit, rats scatter around running away leaving behind droppings, pee stains and dead rats, what I planned to save for future use, just became nasty trash. I gave up cleaning. I just need to empty the unit to a dumpster and cut my losses, 3 years took for my equipment to become trash in this place

It would be a more pleasant experience rubbing salt and lemons in my eyes and then drinking hand sanitizer than ever dealing with Public storage again the disconnect between the online service and the person that they have working at any given location is insane don't try and call about any problems because even the district managers will never return your calls. I've been trying to get a pricing error fixed for multiple months now and each time I'm told that a district manager will call me. I've been waiting on that call since March it's June now. I'm pretty sure the cooperate office is run by raccoons that live in a dumpster that learned how to operate a computer.

The really sold me a storage with the latch broken and they just barely threw another one back up there that didn't look dependable at all. On top of that my storage was upstairs and way down the hall. They don't have an elevator.

I have called multiple times to discuss my unit over the last 3 weeks and still not one reply, I just have a few questions before I pay my bill but seem to not be able to get anyone on the phone. I have called about 18 times and left 3 voicemails ….still no reply … I just would like to talk to an actual person please.

10x40 $181/month 10x25 $254/month No explanation as to why the difference! Also, due to some unforeseen circumstances, I wasn't there when movers got to unit so my realtor had to sign for it. Unit is in his name. Even if he releases it. I'd have to move everything out before I could rent it and probably won't get the same great rate!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! CORPORATE MENTALITY, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT INDIVIDUALS, ONLY $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ HEARTLESS

The assistant manager, Mary, was excellent! She was very kind and helpful. She walked me all the way to the unit to make sure it was appropriate for what I needed and in acceptable condition. The actual storage units are all outside so they are not climate controlled but they are in generally good condition and perfect for the affordable short term storage I need.

Storage units always are slow on the front end- the administrative part took about 30 minutes with a reservation (seeing the unit, signing paperwork, paying) and I found this to be typical of my general experiences here. I am moving my things in today, so no experience yet with billing or ongoing service.

I was storing all my personal in this location and when I try to get all the stuff out of there I didn't have stuff this place is full of rats you will pay to store your stuff but you will pay also that the rat will eat all your stuff and pee all over your stuff when I talk to the manager they say this is what I sign this is everything in my responsibility they have doing nothing to keep this facility clean look at my pictures that I was posted all my stuff been destroyed they took all my money for 2 years and it's been a terrible experience I don't want nobody to experience this to clean all this you can get sick and full of diseases from rat so be careful before you put your stuff in this location Look AT THE PICTURES I PUT

EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION IS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WAS ALWAY GREETED WITH A SMILE AND THANKED FOR MY BUSINESS WHEN GETTING OFF THE PHONE. MARY AND AMBER ARE BOTH SWEETHEARTS SO MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR THEM AS THEY ALWAYS WERE ABLE TO ADDRESS ALL OF MY NEEDS.

TLDR: Good experience overall, but holy add-on fees, Batman! Storage location is at the end of a residential road in a relatively quiet (if a tad dinky) area. Units are gated. The prices are good - but ya get what you pay for. My unit was not climate controlled, and I could see sunlight leaking in through the side of the ceiling. Exposed rusty pipes protruded from the wall inside. No lighting and no outlet for a lamp or anything. For $43 a month for a 5x10, not much to complain about. Front desk assistant was helpful and showed me my unit before renting, in addition to explaining all the procedures and fees. Speaking of the fees: I was quoted a $24 fee to move in with the $1 "1st month rent" special, and walked out after paying almost $60. So, first of all, what am I paying $24 for? A three minute tour of the unit? I mean, ten bucks or so I understand, but they're not cleaning it or prepping it in any visible way. Insurance is mandatory with the units. That'll be $11. Buying a lock from them is $20.00. Want to bring your own lock, you say? Sure, but then the insurance might not cover you, should something happen. The insurance...that is required...won't work if you don't buy the lock. Heh.

Really bad. My stuff got damaged, a lot of dirt came into my unit. Computers and tvs suffered the most I have to replace a very difficult to find display screen, I will pay a lot of $$$ for that. Because of that I vacated the place yesterday October 30, 2017, I told the manager I already vacated and that She can rent the unit to someone else, She called me today with a bad attitude telling me that she will charge me for three months rent; I said no and reconfirm that I already VACATED the unit. I do not recommend this place.

The first time i came to this facility i was met by a woman who definitely did not want to be here. I was not enthused about storing at this location and i almost found another place to go to. However, when i came back the second time i greeted by Elena Escobar who was very helpful and very friendly. She had a smile on and was very knowledgeable about using this service. She offered to sell me items that i might need for storing my things but i declined because i had everything i needed. She is a true saleswoman. She made my move in experience very easy and pleasant. Came here back in May 2014 to rent a unit. Was getting rid of clutter before putting the house on the market. Kind of concerned when I saw where this facility was, but given the reviews I tried it anyway. So happy I did. First - Amber is amazing. The computers were down when I arrived, and the person in front of me was having an issue dealing with that fact. She kept her composure, continued smiling and the customer was won over. She turned to me with a smile and in no time, I had a key in hand and had signed up for a storage unit. The facility itself is as safe as you'd want, so my initial fears there were unfounded. My particular storage room was clean and as advertised. Really, these places are a dime a dozen. You get a room, you get a lock, you get a code. What makes this storage facility stand out is Amber. She deserves all the accolades you'll read about on this page.

This is a excellent storage facility! With outstanding customer service! Amber and Rosa surely takes pride in there job. They helped me compare and contrast prices as well as point out every deal they had in a very friendly matter, so I can save some money. Amber has surely mastered her job! She is what you call a "Powerhouse Employee". That means she certainly enjoys and knows every inch of her job! It completely shows in her spectacular work ethic.
