We run a business and sometimes h there are issues with the parking or other issues with this lot and there is never an attendant in the office to take care of these issues. I wish I could find some place closer to park my trailer so for now we are stuck with this public storage. In believe all of these are the same. Public storage is not run like a business. They don’t care about their customers

I’m paying for climate controlled storage and it is 90° in there. I am writing a letter to complain because Y charge me when my stuff is going to get ruined. The movers complain to me that it is not climate controlled. There also is no light in the unit how are you supposed to say I thought maybe they would provide you with at least a light they charge enough money

This location on Blount road pompano Beach is the worst public storage location. The facility manager named Bree is the most unprofessional human being I have had the displeasure of communicating with. She is rude, obnoxious could not careless about the customers. Whenever I visit the location to check on my storage she gives an attitude. I said good morning and she responds with what do you need? I asked to use the restroom and she lied and said it’s not working. My friends and family recommended that I close my account and take my business elsewhere, which is exactly what I did. This person should not be a manager and does not represent the core values of public storage based on my experience at other locations.

Rented a unit today and upon looking at my receipt I noticed the clerk charged me for a small box that I didn't purchase. In addition the clerk was experiencing computer issues and the credit card machine wasn't working so she had to manually enter my credit card info. Coincidentally a few hours later my credit card number was used for a large purchase at the nearby Domino's pizza; the only reason I mention this credit card issue is because I rarely use this card and for a fraudulent charge to happen at a nearby business on the same day of the added item to my bill is suspect.

I normally DO NOT write reviews but after receiving exceptional customer service from the property manager Laganda, it was only right. I have been with this location for over a year and called in on the irate side due to some issues with my unit, fees going up seems like every 6 months and a fee that was applied to my account. Laganda was able to calmly explain each and every issue that I had a concern with and also provided information on how to rectify them. I must say that she was in good spirit to not only be at work during a possible hurricane threat but to be away from family as well. Thanks again, you're the best!!!!!

The Blount Road Public Storage was a great place to park my van size RV. The parking spaces are right next to a park with plenty of shade. My vehicle stayed relatively cool on hot days. The gate is secured at night and the facility is guarded by a resident employee.

Building needs some renovations like fixing broken door and hallways are kinda gross. It looks like there's some kind of rodent food in the corners piled up. Not what comes to mind where I wanna keep my stuff.
It's a storage unit, our stuff is safe enough from theft but there are a lot of rodents and bugs. It's a little expensive but convenient and nobody bothers you, they also aren't very helpful

I have been going to Public Storage for about 2 years now and every time i go, the people at the desk always give me problems. I went there today and a lady by the name of Jessica was very helpful, she understood what I wanted, helped me find a perfect unit for the right cost, Her manners were very polite. An overall excellent example of how customer service should be.
I recently rented at this location and I have to say this was by far the greatest experience. The facility was clean and the customer service was outstanding. Jessica was such a pleasure to rent from and she was very knowledgeable about the units.

This is a scary storage facility. 1st, the rats. They are all over the place because there is a river basically on premises. So they have traps all over the place with food the rats eat. Then they have to go for water. Once they drink the water, they explode. We rented a place here, and on the day we went to move in, (a Saturday), someone had not cleaned the dead rats on the premises. There were at least 3, dead, exploded! We decided to pass. The representative at the desk said we would have to pay anyway and threatened collections. We said we would not, and chose another place instead. We never even moved a thing into the unit. But I'm not leaving my stuff in a rat infested premise. So here we are 3 months later and they have me in collections. For $25 dollars!!??? Avoid!
Great experience so far. Staff helpful. Just make sure the hours are good for you or you will get locked in if you have a car.

I had the most indescribable outstanding experience at this location. I didn't even know this type of customer service still existed. Trish was the greatest, she was extremely professional, very very knowledgable not just of the products and what you offer but of an overall moving timeline, she was very helpful in choosing what would be the best for my needs and what "extra" things I may need. Usually I don't do the "extras" because I feel its companies just trying to increase their profit but with Trish I gained that trust to know I REALLY do NEED these extras to make my move that much more seamless. They went over all of the costs associated with renting a storage space and explained the hours of operation along with the insurance. They showed me the space I am now renting. They were informative and friendly. On a scale from 1-10 they get an 11.

Before I got to Public Storage I didn't know what kind of service was available. A couple of minutes after I talked to Ahmed and Chrissy I realized that I was at home. They were more than helpful, they provided all the info that I needed. The competition did not even give me a proper welcome. The people are helpful. The location is fine. I don't go often but when I do I have a difficult time finding a dolly. Dollies I was told were provided. There are many units, maybe one dolly that I can find. And that of course I would have to wait for. Customer service on the phone is phenomenal !!

The property manager, Justin, was very helpful answering all my questions. When I arrived, he was very efficient and took me to see the unit before I unpacked to make sure that it was the right size. The only complaint I have, and it was not Justin's fault, is that I reserved 2 units online and it was shown that I got a promotional rate for both units. When I arrived, I was told that only 1 unit got the promotion. I would like to have known that before arrival as it cost me more. Property is clean and well maintained.

They showed me the storage room, showed me how to enter all necessary passcodes, went through the paperwork with me, provided me with all the answers to the questions I had, and the process was quick and simple. I am especially thankful for the great service and assistance they provided me, even though I went in just 10 minutes before their rental office closing time.
Chrissy-Ann was especially helpful when discussing our storage options and she gladly walked us to various sample storage containers. They'll have our return business.

The management team at this facility does a great job. The location is very good, it's close to the Florida Turnpike and I-95. If you need a snack, there is a gas station across the street. And if you need other supplies, Home Depot is less than 1/2 mile away. I've been renting a unit at this property for several years, and I value the safety and security here, both for myself and my belongings. I'd also like to point-out that there are other storage facilities in the Pompano area that have problems with DRAINAGE. It's no fun when they call and tell you to come make sure your stuff is ok. Ugh... My things have stayed high and dry at this property, even after some bad storms. Thank You.
I am writing to rate the service that I get everytime come in to the store. I really feel safe storing by personal belongings at this location. The service that I get from Ahmed any time I've had and issue of concern is phenomenal. Ahmed is a great guy and gives great customer service. You should be glad to have him as an employee.

From the very first day I walked into this location, the service was exemplary. I met Manager Ahmed, polite and concise; following days I met Justin. He, too, presented with quality attention, and assisted me at every turn, including helping to find my location and getting a trolley. The following weeks, I met Derek, again, the quality customer care continued. Then, in recent weeks, I met an articulate, organized, pleasant lady, Kerry. These team players are, indeed, consistent in the method of providing quality service. I always get calls that are professional, precise and on point -- especially in times when reminders become paramount. Always, when I call again, the notes are relevant and dignified. They always wished me success in completing my end of the project. Working with these customer service professionals is a pleasure, always giving me suggestions and alternatives. Well Done Team! This is the best Public Storage ever! (sorry, Miami). MJ and Kerry make you feel so welcome. They are super efficient and very helpful; you couldn't ask for better team players. The storage areas are very clean and well kept up.

This is the second time I rent a storage unit from this location and I came back simply because the service is impeccable and the professionalism is on point. This last time I was attended by Kerry who was just as efficient and courteous as Mary Jo, and had us processed in half an hour. We loved it!! Kerry showed us the unit, went through the contract and all the stipulations and requirements and answered all our questions. It was easy and quick. The staff here is wonderful!! From the initial call with Ahmed to the several conversations with Justin, followed by Sandie showing me the unit and finalizing things I was completely impressed. ***Most impressive was how they worked together as a team to make an extremely stressful move from 900+ miles easier. Sandie made recommendations of things I didn't even realize that I needed. Justin worked to find the best space to fit my needs. Ahmed went above and beyond to accommodate me with times and arrival of my items. The inside and outside areas are clean. The location is very safe as I have been there several times at night and during the day. I am so glad that this is the location I chose. Great location and great staff!!!
The most accommodating staff in recent years, great customer service and always trying to help a customer, and we have been renting different units in different locations from PS for over 10 years. This location is the most affordable, and the staff, headed by Justin has been just great to us. We have been renting from this location since 2006. Guys, keep up the good work. Having used several storage facilities in several locations, we loved this one. The staff were always very friendly, it was clean, and the prices are the best in town!
Great Service I have rented units from several different places over the years but I have never been treated as any more then a monthly charge. The manager and staff at this location have always been helpful and offered great services and suggestions. As my vehicles are parked in their lot, I see at least one of them almost daily. The Manager is always friendly and has even called my office number to advise me that I left my lights on, or in one case when I left my van door open. I feel very safe and secure with my vehicles parked here.
Horrible Storage option, someone cleared out my entire unit stolen way more than $10k worth of stuff in one afternoon. Broke into several other units at the same time and completely got away with it. Do not put your stuff here!
