This review is for the employee I think, by the name of Chris, who
was on-site the day I was locked outside of the gate. I became really upset because I traveled over 2 hours to find I had no gate access, when I was up to date on my storage space. I had not been given any updates or late fee notices.
This employee was super helpful as he made a few phone calls to find out why.

I've tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of the property manager cause they messed up the billing. Told the supposedly property managers over the phone time after time that I was approaching my grace period, "oh you won't be charged a late fee cause this is in dispute". I got charged the late fee and still no manager phone call. I will never ever rent from here again, what a joke of a company.
Public Storage took over it went down hill nasty roaches no access to my unit climate control ac unit was not working for months never again and they think I owe them money nope
Getting way too expensive
Rent a climate controll unit and but the AC is not working. If you late after a few days they will cut your locker and you will have to buy a new one. I hate that they took over Neighborhood Storage. It was so much better. WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE. if you do please get renters insurance.
If you’re looking to rent a climate control unit don’t rent here! We can not even access our unit do to the automatic doors being broken. Almost $300 a month and can’t even get to my belongings. There is also no property manger on the property, and can take up to 72 hours to hear from one.
Good place but there’s a hell of a bump when pulling in there with a trailer.
Only thing I don't like is the you still have to pay all of the money no prorate

I have had my storage with this company Since 2015 I’ve had nothing but good experiences my most recent experience was with A young lady by the name of Megan Jameson she is the most patient well spoken professional I have ever dealt with She’s definitely one of those People you can hear their smile over the phone I am grateful I was able to speak to her today on top of me having Covid the last thing I needed was a rude phone calls and she definitely made me smile today I am very grateful for her the world of business needs more like her

Good hours. Manager did not answer my phone when I had a problem. Bad business sense and disrespectful of her.
