I went to make my payment here. I was helped by Tenoa and she encouraged me to download the app so that I could make payments anytime from anywhere. I am older and not so tech savvy so had resisted in the past but Tenoa was so incredibly patient in walking me through step by step. She has such a sweet, friendly, and calming disposition as she teaches you that I told her she should be a teacher. She is soft spoken and has an amazing amount of patience. What an incredible asset she is to her employer. Sometimes you meet someone who makes a real positive impact on you and Tenoa did just that. I went into this public storage a few months ago when I had a death in the family and had to move from my home and needed a place to store my belongings. The first person I met was Tenoa and she was so empathetic and kind. She cared about my situation and helped me secure the store I needed with ease. Then, a couple of months later I had an issue with my auto pay and I went in to figure it out. I saw her and once again she assisted me with such care and gentleness. Tenoa was amazing and super helpful. I purchased a unit and vacated the same day because I found it was to small for my items and purchased another that I’m currently using and Tenoa helped me get a refund because it was never even used and was so nice during the whole process. Definitely recommend this place, it was my first time using a storage unit facility and she definitely helped reassure me with knowing the staff cares and this is the best place to be.
