My experience with this location got off in a negative way; BUT, Alex, the property manager went out of his way to provide exceptional customer service. I have nothing but accolades for the service he provided to me and my husband.
The elevator was not working and my unit was on the second floor. We had to retain the Uhaul truck for another day. I called the customer service department of Public Storage about the issue and was assured that it will be elevated to the regional director and I should hear from him that afternoon. NEVER got a call from him that afternoon nor the next day!

I was in this facility much longer than intended. For five years they provided excellent service and information to make the extended stay work for me until I could get settled in to my current home. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the facility is always clean.
