Moving can be absolutely stressful, but God blessed me with an amazing soul like Troy to help ease my process. Troy was so informative and helpful. I came across a lot of airheads before crossing paths with Troy but from the minute I came into contact with him, he made sure to satisfy all my needs and follow through with EVERYTHING. I strongly believe that God places certain people are placed in specific places to execute His work, and Troy is a perfect example of that. I had issues with the process, and Troy stayed on the phone with me and attempted to help me figure it out. When that didn’t work, he readily made an appointment for me and made sure I got the unit I needed. He made sure I had all the knowledge I needed to use the facility, walked me through the app, and even walked me through the unit to make sure I was completely satisfied. HE EVEN CALLED A DAY AFTER FOR ANOTHER FOLLOW UP! I’m amazed about the immaculate service I received from Troy and this location. He deserves so much praise. I’m so grateful for his presence because my moving process when so much more smoothly because of him, he truly went above and beyond. Don’t hesitate to use this location, Troy is the person you need! We’ve looked at many storage facilities in the area and Public Storage is the best one we came across. The units are clean, office is also clean and the property is very well kept. We’ve had 2 storage units there and are very happy. Troy was great to work with and helped us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this location.

Not many choices as Public owns most. Every one gets you in on low rates then HUGE INCREASES ever 6 months+/- one they have you. They know it is difficult for you to move again! I wish there were some honest and ethical choices
