This facility is close to my home so I walked in to inquire about a 5’x5’ climate controlled unit. Sharret was the property manager on duty and was able to show me the unit without hesitation. The unit was clean and the temperature was comfortable inside the building. After discussing the fees and process of signing up for the unit I came back a few days later to finalize rental of the unit. Thanks Sharret.

I move every couple of years and I have been to many storage places This is our 2nd time renting a storage space at this location and the only reason is because of the amazing customer service provided by Sharret. She helped me get into my unit so I could vacate it even though there were issues with me being on the access list, just so I wouldn’t be charged for an extra month of holding my stuff there. A whole month later and still no refund 😢 I appreciate the location very much. The property manager Sharette is nice but she is seething passive aggressive and very impulsive for restrictions and disciplinary actions on my presence there. Example she told me climate settings are to be kept at 80° and that makes it very uncomfortably difficult to work with my storage unit. Plus your rates started exceeding more than double the price I started with. Another 👎 is the fact that I paid $100 and I wasn't given any change nor notified that my rates were to increase all while Sharette laughed at me while moving out like it was her goal~anti-customer service _causing me to leave and try to get my refund back in time only to find public storage may take up to 2 weeks to refund my money back. Big time 👎 you would never wait that long to be paid without a fee or something 😤 I'm very discouraged and disappointed by the way I was treated. 👎 No longer scared of your vendetta repercussion to retaliate Sharette. No longer your customer.

That's because they are expensive. However, I highly recommend this place. Pay by check or se your credit card, but avoid setting up automatic payments

First time using a Public Storage and Sharret made the process super easy and got it all done same day I also wanted to get a new spot for my trailer and she made it happen 1 to 3 without any hesitation thank you so much for your help!!

OMG why did she leave some new lady is there now with an accent called me and was as rude as hell. I had to remind her she was talking to an adult. I decide to not do business there. Do not tolerate unprofessionalism, we have too many choices these days. Why did they move the other lady any WAY!!!!

I relocated items from a large unit to a smaller unit. It took us a couple of days to do so. Any time I had a question Karen the property manager, had the answer. OH BOY, WHERE TO START? I visited this facility about 5 months ago, it was in bad shape. I swore I did not want my things left on this property. I was in the neighborhood 3 weeks ago AND WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE IMPROVMENTS! The place looks almost brand new. Well done! Between my reservation date and move-in date, there was a slight mix up. I was a bit frustrated (moving in general isn't the most fun). Mashella, was AMAZING! She kept me calm and she worked it all out. I do feel a bit bad for the staff tough. She showed me several units to pick from and boy was it HOT outside. I only had to spend the short time outside, but I cant imagine how much walking the staff has to do outside showing units all day. Every other storage facility I have rented had golf carts for the staff.

The dimensions are significantly off, I was charged for more than I received! The manager is less than polite.

BEWARE of advertised price specials!! I rented a unit based on the online promotional rate advertised. Just 5 months after moving my things into the unit they contacted me to let me know my rate was going to increase. They rate increased by 17% which is a pretty significant increase. I feel that they advertise low to get you to move in and know that they can trap you into a higher rate because of the inconvenience and cost to move to a new storage facility. This business practice should be illegal and once I do move out I will never do business with them again. I called corporate 3 times to speak with a Manager and was told each time that I would get a call back within 48 hours, needless to say I am still waiting for that call back!

Very nice and informative person helped me sign up and walked us around. This is the type of employee I wish I had. She seemed dedicated to the Corp. and answered all of our concerns. Happy!!

I enjoyed my experiences at public storage. I have 1 week left on my unit and will be sending in my weeks notice of leave, since I am not completely done I will just comment on my experiences so far. The store clerk Eric was extremely helpful on guiding me through the whole process. Be informed me of all the rules and guidelines that I had no questions after the correspondence. The unit was nice and clean, and upon removing my items I found no issues with my stuff what so ever. On the above alone I would recommend this public storage.

Worked with Eric; excellent customer service - very knowledgeable and helpful. Only 4 stars b/c facility is listed online as Delray Beach but Google Maps takes you in opposite direction. Only maps correctly when you use Boynton Beach. Apparently, the facility is on the border line of the two cities.

I rented from Public Storage for about a month and would rate my experience as 5 Star. Eric was awesome to deal with and went above and beyond to meet my needs. My only advice is to consider all factors when renting your unit. I rented a climate controlled unit, but I made the mistake of not considering the lighting in my unit. Moving in and out was done mainly in the dark. Other than that, everything else was great. Thank you again Public Storage Team.

I've looked at several locations, and eventually decided on this one. The woman behind the desk was very friendly. The location is small, but clean and secure - which is pretty much what you want out of a storage facility.

Lindsay was fantastic and so sweet. I came in for pricing, she unfortunately didn't have the size I needed but took the time to check the area for me. She pointed me to the best price in the area.

Lindsay was fantastic! I went in on April 16th and rented a space. She took detailed notes of what I would be storing and found exactly what I needed and it was EASY! Now the hard part... actually moving my stuff!

On april 2nd 2015, I walked into the property was extremely clean and well lit. Great customer service. Property managers were really great.

Lindsey is truly amazing! I just recently bought a house and needed supplies but had no idea where to start. She showed me the right products that i would need and just the right amount of boxes too. The great thing about her is thats she really cared and wasnt just pushing me to buy things i dont need. If i ever need a storage i would come to lindsey no doubt about it!

I rented at this facility at the recommendation of a friend who had previously stored at this facility. I was very pleased with the assistance of the staff. I was in the middle of a difficult transition and Lindsay was both courteous and professional. Her cheery personality as she answered my questions and concerns helped to calm my fears about leaving my possessions in storage. I was only there for a short time but if I have the need for storage again, I would certainly return if she was still there.

The property is convent and the parking can be improved by paving the large lot that is basically a waste of space.I think the staff does as much as they can within the scoop of what corporate will allow. the only compliant I have is that the rent increases to often .
