Larry is the best! I would give 10 stars if I could. Me and my mom moved to California and needed to move out of the storage unit. Larry helped us, worked with our local helper, and closed out the account for us. What a lifesaver, he goes above and beyond and we really appreciate it! We rented this storage unit during the pandemic and had it for a few years, no problems at all, very clean and very nice folks! Thanks again PS and thanks a million, Larry!

If your in need of a storage facility, Public Storage on SW 10th St in Deerfield Beach is your place. I’ve had a great experience, staff is friendly especially Deora who has gone above and beyond to help me out regarding my unit, it’s clean and the app is easy to use.

This company is a complete scam from the day that you use them. Aside from the fact that they will increase their price in the first year around 30%, the biggest issue is for them to reimburse you. Initially I was instructed that I was going to be reimbursed in one month but after 2 months, when I call them, they are mentioning that they will be taking over 10 weeks to reimburse since they approve it, they can take as long as they want. All the customer service can do is to send a message to the reimburse department and then nothing, they do not contact you and they do not send the check. A complete scam. For information, I have been a customer for over 5 years, their facilities are great and the staff at the facility are also great but the remote customer service and customer requests are really bad.

Everything about this place is so convenient and professional. First time coming Deora took care of all my needs without me having to say one word. Then crashing my car key is stuck in the inpound trying to remove the lock Dan walks up with his cape and tools and super saved us within seconds. And made sure our belongings were kept safe.. it's a freaking storage place providing this immaculate service one million percent recommend.. only in Deerfield

I had my things in storage and had no problems.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Our unit and building has rats. I am 9 months pregnant and was storing lots of stuff in there for my newborn while we work on our home. Now im stuck going thru all my boxes alone with zero help from them and moving my stuff alone (and having to rent a truck to load to do so). When we called they acknowledged the rat problem and did nothing but say "you can move your stuff to another unit". Absolutely horrible, they should be ashmed.

I finally met Shy in person after having several conversations over the phone and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and caring she was. I was very impressed with her positive and caring attitude and she had great communication skills. I was very glad to know she works at my location because she is very accommodating.

Terrible customer service. I moved out Sept 25th, confirmed with MOD, Pearl, (who seemed helpful and punched some keys on the computer. She confirmed unit was clean with no abandoned goods etc) and now I keep getting texts and emails saying I owe money! After numerous calls that kept either getting dropped or on hold forever, I decided to try the online chat suggested in the annoying recording. After another wasted 20 minutes, Kevin couldnt do anything to help b/c "the situation has escalated, there's nothing you can do but wait. The managers are overworked and may take 7-19days or longet(??) To respond. " Awful service!!! Price also went up from $45 a month agreed upon, to $104 with only 2 weeks notice! I always paid on time and do.not owe a penny! Choose another company!

Had an issue with my account being overdue, which is automatically paid by bank check. Called office and was assisted by Margaret who quickly accessed my account and surprisingly remembered entering my payment today. Margaret was courteous and knowledgeable and quickly rectified the problem. The Public Storage in Deerfield Beach 10th St. is AWESOME!!! They help you whenever you have a problem, they are very professional, courteous, and diligent people. I'm more than satisfy with their service, and I've been with them for almost 2 year not having any issues. They work with you around any issues; I had to ask them if it was possible for them to wave me the fees for two units because I made a late payment, and they just waved for both of my units. Exceptional people, professional service. I'd recommend it to anyone. Thank you!!!

It should be a 24 hour location. The minimum you will pay is probably $80 a month. Don't use the number that they give you on the website because they charge for "insurance" and for the lock for your unit.

I messed up my online reservation so badly. I rented at one place thinking it was at a different location and ended up at this Public Storage, which was where I originally wanted to be. (Confusing, right?) Nicole and Emmy worked TIRELESSLY with me to make sure that I got the unit I wanted at the advertised price. They were both so patient and helpful. I am so happy that my mistaken reservation put me at THIS Public Storage facility because these girls are FANTASTIC. They were professional and friendly. I look forward to working with them.

I caught the worker during her lock check and seen a unit without an appt. Nicole provided great care in what i needed. They didn't have the space, but she took down my information and would call me if the space became available as well as provided the information i needed to reserve a unit and rent in online. I rented a unit 4 months ago and noticed today that my 10x10 unit went from $117 to $148 per month, two months ago. It was just told to me by one of the employees that because they do month to month contracts with people that from time to time the rates can increase. I can understand that they might need to do these increases from time to time but 30%??? No...don't understand that one. 5%...ok. Companies that do business like this should be not be in business. It very much surprised me that a company with a long history like Public Storage does these things. Not sure if other companies do this but I would go another direction if you are thinking of giving this company your money.

I have rented at this location for many years. The staff is great and always helpful the facility is clean and safe. The only knock I have is upper management raises the rates on good tenants to much to often and will drive away reliable renters. Seems like I just paid and it is raised again. Worst experience I have ever encountered with my recent "move-out" . While attempted to move out at 11am on a Sunday, the garage door were not functioning, no office personal were on site. I attempted to manually opens doors to no avail. Proceeded to move large items through 36" door. Approximately 1pm after leaving, I receive a call from a young lady who accused me of intentionally breaking door. Upon my arrival to complete my move out, found extra pad lock on door. Proceeded to the office and was rudely greeted by young lady who told me I could not retrieve me items because I had deliberately damaged the door. After several attempts to reason with this young lady who refused to remove the padlock. I proceeded to call Broward Sheriffs officers who arrived and advised the young lady it is illegal to withhold my items. She began to use profanity and the officers advise me, she was not happy with their orders to release my belonging. Very unprofessional staff the faculty lacks the proper management.

Great place and lication. Very secure, clean and easy access with a gate code. Also manager Aylin is bery present and checking how is everything and if we need any type of assistance. She is great!

Great and clean property. Was met by a lovely young lady who was full of energy. There also was a gentleman who was pretty funny. The young lady showed me a unit in the rain which was very nice of her. Overall great service. Would recommend to some of my peers.

Mirlene was absolutely fantastic! My vehicle broke down and had to ride my bike 7 miles to my storage room to get the new starter that I had stored. Upon arriving I realized that I left my storage room lock key in my car. Mirlene went out of her way to track down the DM Silvi who happened to be in the area and rushed right over to remove my lock. The two of them couldn't have been nicer and they now have a customer for life!!!

When my friend and I went there the store manager was rude and obnoxious. She was more worried about picking up her child from daycare then taking her time to explain anything. She was actually going back and forth with my guy friend. Which to me was ignorant and no customer service at all. Reason we went with that store was because it was closer to his job and home. I think her name was Mirlene. I honestly don't see how she is the store manager.

Just rented a unit from there, the facility was bright and clean and the manager Mirlene was fast and friendly. I am very happy with my decision and she's a great representative of Public Storage

I think moving and all the nuisance that comes with it including storing belongings can be a challenging, annoying and truly bothersome experience BUT I have to acknowledge Mirlene at the Deerfield Public Storage location for truly going above and beyond my expectations. She's truly a very pleasant, capable and professional person to work with. I will definitely recommend Public Storage and most specifically Mirlene's location.

My friend asked me to drop off a payment for him at this location since I work right down the street. The two associates behind the desk were both friendly and pleasant. They were able to make the experience efficient and enjoyable at the same time. I believe their names were Mirlene and Emily. If I ever need to rent out a storage unit I would come to this location.

I go at odd hours and need peace of mind and also if I need help, a smile and a result - WE HAVE 5 STARS HERE WITH TIFFANY AND RACHAELE...I came back BECAUSE OF THEIR WELCOMING ATTITUDE (I COULD HAVE GONE ANYWHERE) and have been here now almost 3 years - I have no qualms about being here by myself early or late BUT MOREOVER, when I have a challenge or a question, the 2 gals have answered not only with a smile, positive attitude BUT ALSO a caring and listening demeanor...BRAVO AND APPLAUDS...5 STARS TO TIFFANY AND RACHAELE ...TO THE MANAGEMENT...ENOUGH RATE INCREASE FOR AWHILE!!! ALSO YOUR ENTRY RAMP TO THE ENTRY AND THE BACK ENTRY HAVE LITTLE BUMPS THAT CAUSE HAVOC WITH THE CARTS---LET`S GET THESE FIXED!!!
