Old, not temperature controlled. Okay place to store stuff.

My storage was robbed for $10000. Worth of TV's, we were late on one payment and they had to cut our lock off and put their lock on during that time. One of them employees access to our storage unit and stole our TV's. We have pictures, filled out of a police report and we will be contacting the local news. We need this matter resolved ASAP. This isn't the first incident at this location, this place needs to be shut down! This isn't right, people trust your company with their belongings and this happens repeatedly! NO WAY!!!!!!!

Horrible service!! They stole equipment of mine that cost over $40,000 and nobody who works there cared. There are no cameras, no security, and no respectful service, and prices are very expensive, I recommend any other place.

We had $3,000 worth of our stuff stolen from here about a year ago. Several units near our unit did as well. The criminals came through the ceiling from the back unit & stole a ton of our belongings. Ironically, our unit was literally right next to the front office & main street and we were told nothing was caught on cameras, etc...Super sketchy place to rent from, the people that worked there could have cared less that we had that much stuff stolen through the friggin ceiling!! Abosolutely DO NOT give this place your business ever!!!!!!

Liegea went above and beyond setting me up with a storage unit! She took the time to walk around and show me the different options and helped me find a unit that worked great for us. All the units I saw are accessible by vehicle and the moving company had no trouble backing right up to the unit, saving time and money on my move. Curt was also great when I needed help with my padlock!

Good rates, pretty secure

So far so great! The property is picked up and clean. Snow is cleared promptly as well. Staff does regular rounds as well as an abundance of security cameras around the property. This storage has helped me Bridge a gap in my business that otherwise would be difficult to do. Thank you staff and owners for having a well lighted secure facility for us!

UNSECURE. Vehicle stolen out of the properties “locked gate”. Refuse to produce camera footage to police. BEWARE.

Had some confusion on checking out, but they took extra steps to make it right. Great place, highly recommended.

It was so easy to reserve a spot and pay for it all online and then have the app to go ahead and access the gates and make payments and check on everything that you have at public storage.

Great place to store your items. Safe and secure. The employees are amazing. The people actually listen to you.

Had a bunch of stuff stollen from my storage unit. A bunch of other people reported the same happening to them. Make sure you have a list of everything you keep in your box, original receipts of anything kept in the box, and additional proof of ownership. Otherwise the cutthroat insurance company they send you to will do nothing for your stolen property. Better yet don't rent a box from here.

Unit was broken into along with many others, staff knew about it and didn’t notify anyone. Received no help and the insurance campy orange door is not going to pay or replace any of my property.

Got ripped off,... Someone had their sons buddy climb through the ceiling and "RAN SACK" BREAK ,... AND STEAL APROX 25,000 WORTH OF POSSESSIONS

My unit was broken into, the staff seemed like they couldn't have cared less, no security cameras anywhere that could have caught the thieves, I would not be surprised if the staff was involved, didn't even get any kind of apology, or sympathy. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!!.

Friendly staff, but the location is sketchy and they have break-ins all the time. Furthermore, many of their cameras do not work, hopefully they will fix that soon.

Robin from this location turned what would have been a 1 star review into this 5 star review. I leased a unit with a business partner that ended up going south recently. My partner did not retrieve his things from the unit in time for the end of the month and did not let me know he had removed his items, leaving behind only trash or things he didnt want any longer. I was about to be charged for the month of December because of this and my initial interaction with a man named richard upon me moving out of the unit said that he would get things taken care of when i made sure the unit was empty. Come to find out richard did not have the authority to do so and i was still going to be responsible to pay the remaining balance even though the unit was not being used any longer. Long story short, Robin did a fantastic job after i had left the location visibly upset. She called me right back and said that she got the charge refunded for me and that they wouldnt need any other payment. I applaud robin for her work and her dedication to making sure the right thing was done after another employee had promised me something else. As far as the unit, i never had any issues or problems here. Its a well kept facility and everything worked out fine while the unit was being used. The contactles entry through the app is a great option. Certainly dont look past these guys if you need any storage solutions at all. And again thank you Robin for the help after dealing with a failed business venture and an even worse business partner that left me to deal with his mess.

There are huge potholes throughout the driveways that have been there for years and they just keep getting bigger. Wondering when these will get filled??!!

The staff are really nice, it's a simple set up and good pricing.

I just had a customer service representative call back 3 times, insisting I give him my email and hold the unit after I said 40 miles was too far away. I specifically called for one location and he tried pushing another location on me multiple cities away. This guy called back three times, even after I said stop calling me. Surely this is not public storages idea of professionalism.

Meh. Fairly frequent thefts here. Management does little to remove snow; when I opened my storage unit door today, snow fell into my storage unit. No gutters on the storage buildings, so when one opens a unit and wants to move in or out of it, water and dirt drop all over the tenant from the roof. Doesn't feel secure; the gate stays open much longer than it needs to. Two or three vehicles could have come though after I put my code in today. I'll be glad to move my stuff when I am able to do so.

I am a contractor who has rented several storage units throughout the years all over the Metro area. I am currently renting at the Bellevue Public Storage and I have never felt safer about my tools being in a storage unit. They have cameras all throughout and the manager walks the property all the time when I am there. All the staff are incredibly helpful, especially the manager and a worker named Reanne. I would highly recommend this storage if you needed anything you value to be stored.

I believe there names were Nate and Chad sorry if ones wrong, however they were a great help with me getting a unit. I was confused with something via online and they ended up walking me through the whole process.

Excellent service, a good start to a person's day

I've been a customer here for a little over a year and honestly have no horror story to speak of, generally fair experience over all I guess, but I am very annoyed with the lack of flexibility or understanding in terms of payments. The rent is due the first, PERIOD. Sometimes my payday falls later in the month and most companies are willing to defer until that date presuming it's within a reasonable time frame and they have communication. But not Public Storage. If the money isn't paid within 5 days, u are locked out of the facility and charged $20 dollars for late fees. And that's that. U have no access to ur unit until the rent and late fees are paid in full. Even if u get paid the 7th, does not matter. So again, like I said, it's an ok facility and really I guess they're just doing their job, but it would be nice to rent somewhere that has some understanding, especially for customers who's accounts have never gone unpaid and are always in good standing. U can clearly see a year long pattern of consistent payments, just a day or 2 late. It's tough times for everyone.

I came into a personal situation where I needed a place to store some things for a short amount if time I came in and mike was the person I worked with extremely nice guy. He helped me out in less then 15 mins.

Had my unit burglarized by someone on the inside of the company my lock wasn’t cut or broken and I’m not the first one it happens too this month the police officer said theirs been many burglaries the same way it can only be a inside job also make sure you check you’re unit because you can access my unit from the inside the celling from the other units I had a Jordan shoe collection stolen the worse thing is they didn’t even want to look at the unit they said it wasn’t thier problem made a police report will see what happens

Do no or rent here ! My unit just got broken into upon making my police report I find out these break ins have been happening for a while .

I made a reservation online weeks in advance. I got an email to "update" my reservation that showed the location, move in date, time and rate. However, when I showed up to move in, the property manager told me that my reservation was cancelled. It was only possible to see this if one tried to modify the existing reservation from the link in the email that indicated when I was supposed to move in. I was told the system automatically cancelled my reservation though no one could tell me why nor could any human actually renew my reservation. The only option available was to re-reserve the unit at a higher rate! The property manager and district manager were unable to honor the reservation. Customer service never called back. Public Storage left me in a lurch. I ended up just walking away and renting another unit elsewhere without the fiasco.

The staff are really nice and helpful but a week after I got my storage space, someone broke into my unit and stole all of my stuff. Also, the "first month is only $1" online deal is a scam. They charged me $80 for my first month and claimed it was for the second month. Well I have nothing to store now because someone stole it all due to poor security measures, so you won't get a second month from me.

Staff is great. I am unable to pay my rent on time (I'm sure like many other tenants). I went to the office on property, a very nice young gal sent an email to the district manager to see what we could do to get some leeway and still allow me into my unit. I was told that I would get a call or a email, which I did not, instead I received many emails and calls pushing me to make my payment. Public Storage's policy during this state of emergency is "business as usual". Since my unit is under value at this current time (which changes monthly) they were not willing to make any efforts to help me. WE ARE DEFINITELY NO ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!

Our unit was broken into. Our lock had been removed and replaced with another that was cut. No cameras in aisles of storage unit. Management seemed very unconcerned about the theft of our stuff. Feels like an inside job. I feel sick to my stomach that we trusted this place.

I came in a couple of days ago to set up a unit, the staff was helpful. I had to back in today, and Liegia was so great! I came in early for a reservation, and she had everything ready for me. Made the process simple, and super friendly. Her and the other staff helped carry the boxes I bought to my car too, thanks for being awesome.

Great experience with Public Storage. I was dreading having to rent space and deal with moving and on and on. So many places to chose from. We made reservations online and Kelly made it easy. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Paperwork was simple and I was ready to go in no time at all. The storage location was easy to find and the semi truck had plenty of room to maneuver. Really impressed with the service.

A bit over priced compared to the size of the storage you get. This location especially is not a great place to store your things in my opinion. In the fact that in about a one year span I have had my storage broken into twice, I wish they had cameras to catch who did it. If they would do something more for security so this doesn't happen again and to other people would make me feel more at ease storing my belongings here.

Edit: I'm changing this review to 2 stars after the management reached out to me. It's apparent that they care about their customers and that corporate was the reason behind the rate hike. They weren't notified by corporate before the hikes and were just as blindsided as I was. They also lowered the rate back down so now it's only a 50% increase. After a little over a half year of renting, they increased our bill by over 230%. We were notified through the mail by a tiny white envelope that I'm sure they were hoping we'd miss. Furthermore, on the west side of the building there is a bullet hole in the door. Very concerning.

I LOVE the managers at this Public Storage. Michele and Liegia. They are so professional and yet so nice and friendly. Whenever I go in, whether to buy supplies or pay my bill, they are so welcoming. In fact I feel I’m visiting friends! Makes me want to go for coffee with them. Recently I bought tape and one of those complicated dispensers. When Michele saw me struggling with it she offered to load the tape for me! The place is well maintained and I feel safe when going to my unit and working there. Thanks Michele- you are the best!!!

Was looking for boat storage and Michele called me and was great and Liegia rented the space two of the best people in storage!!

!!!NOT SAFE.!!! I had my trailer here less than a week and it was burglurized. Ripped apart my bench. Trashed the inside and took personal belongings. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE. There are holes all over the fence line and NO CAMERAS anywhere in the parking lot!? Codes can be given out to anyone. The staff was very understanding and very professional. Lot of sketchy folks wandering around this lot. BE WARNED!!

Understaffed and rude. Somewhat berated for not making an appointment online. Only asking one simple question, which was if they had 24 hour access or if they can make case by case exceptions. Should have taken a total of 5 minutes total, took much longer than that with only one person in front of me. And they do not offer 24 hr access for anyone apparently.

Not secure at all. Someone attempted to drill out my lock 6 days into using the place. Staff doesn't seem too concerned. There's no door code required for inside units and there's no cameras whatsoever on half the unit buildings. Easy target. For 20 bucks more a month, you can get uhaul unit thats far more secure. I understand these things happen, but the lack of concern and dilly dallying to get someone to remove my damaged lock just isn't worth losing sleep over. Worst experience with a Public Storage ever. Update: Chris, the district manager, reached out to me to discuss the matter via phone. He was incredibly genuine and sincere in his apologies for how the situation was handled. I'll give the place 3 stars for his handling of the matter and working to make that right. I did move to another facility for my own piece of mind.

Had items in storage here less than a week and already the unit was broken into. Poor security and third party management was less than helpful. Would not recommend.

We have had several units over the years and am very satisfied with their service. They have the best staff to work with! We recently had the pleasure to work with Michele today on renting another unit, and she made the process very fun & easy. She was very personable & informative! Good Job Everyone!

The 2 stars is for the sake of the office being clean beyond what I could notice with just my eyes on some quick visits. I only come here to pay my bill, and of those times the staff here has took it upon themselves to choose the operating hours of the store, different then what the sign says. They have also confused some of my payments and made them to other accounts. If it wasn't for the arrogant attitudes I wouldn't choose to type a negative review. They do ask for a positive review when they think they have had a pleasent expierence with you for the day which is where I gather the higher ratings are come from. I do not appreciate this location closing down their cash payments at 5:45pm. I did not enjoy rushing through traffic to arrive at that time. And to be asked if I can come back to convience their lifestyle is an insult. They must assume I have no adulting to do myself. I know the jobs I've had I would have been fired for turning away customers before closing but who am I anyway I was laughed at right in the face.

Got locked in after 9:00 pm staff there very rude told us to leave the premises and leave our car there and they didn't want to tell us the emergency code to get out! Don't support there business as they are very rude and have no consideration for others your stuff is not safe there either I jumped the fence several times and they never one caught this on camera or said anything about it they don't even deserve 1 star

I found this piece of heaven many months ago, and when I found a need for storage again, I knew there was no other place to go. I called a couple other locations, perhaps closer but the customer service, the friendliness, the great professional conduct, crossing all their "t"s and dotting all the "I"s reassured me again I made the best, really the only option in the Denver Metro Area for my storage needs! Call, you will never regret it, these ladies rock!! Perhaps their corporate office could afford them a copy machine, fax machine, or even email!!!! we are in 2018 now, ya know corporate people?!?!?!? Thanks ladies for all your help today!!

Liegia was great! She helped us in and out in a matter of less than 20 minutes. She answered all of our questions and got us into a great unit for an awesome price!
