I moved my belongings to this location after having a horrible experience at a different location. Rochelle was phenomenal!!! Top notch customer service! As the manager, she keeps this property immaculate! Highly recommend.

Rented here for a while. a little expensive. A buddy of mine who moved back east told me that the managers husband goes thru all the sheds before they are auctioned off. FYI for you storage buyers...

Worker was very nice and helpful. Ads online are misleading as they don’t let you know about all the fees.

I found that the level of customer service was extremely high. The manager of the facility Rochelle really went the extra mile to take care of my storage needs. Her support staff were equally willing to assist me in resolving any questions and requests I had. Matters were addressed in an efficient and friendly manner. Rochelle is to be commended for they manner she operates the facility.

The staff is 5 stars. The corporation is 3 and a half. It would be nice if the prices were more stable.

I have stored my motorcycle and trailer in unit at this location from 2018 to 2022. The property management is great! Staff is often cleaning the area around the property. Lighting is good after hours. Motion sensor alarms after hours are functional. Gate is always functional. Using the app to open the gate is very convenient. The property manager was nice enough to advise the best place for me to park my vehicle while I took my motorcycle out for a ride. I never saw any signs of theft. The location of this storage location is tucked away, which likely helps deter theft attempts. Only gripes would be storage rate increasing over time, which applies anywhere these days. And the 9:00 pm curfew on access to storage units. That put me in a pinch a couple times. Otherwise, shooting stars. 🌟 👍

Love this location! It’s convenient, clean and well maintained. I’ve had a unit for a couple of years here now and have never had an issue with safety. It’s gate protected and codes are required to enter the buildings. However, the best part about this location is the customer service. Rochelle is wonderful and always willing and able to assist. I highly recommend this location!

I am adjusting this review as, after considering what they did, or in this case, didn’t do, I am irritated. My unit was broken into, my name was on what was left in their lot, which they picked up. They had my name, knew there had been a break-in in our building but failed to notify me. I found out when I showed up to find a different lock on my unit which I had to cut off w the cutters the thieves left behind. What they didn’t notify me or others in the building after a known break in baffles me. I could’ve recovered what the police confiscated had I known in a timely fashion and I would’ve stopped paying rent and moved out due to their lack of interest in providing a secure location. At least notify people when a break in occurs and definitely when you find a name on the property left behind! Horrible!!

I do have a unit in this property since a year the property manager Rachel is very professional and efficiency very knowledgeable and any matter you have she always there for the customer i relly recommended this property Tha k you Rachel and hope to keep doing bussines many yrs to come

I went to remove my items and close my account with Public Storage. There was a lock on my unit that doesn't belong to me, The person working said it wasn't a public storage lock and didn't know why it was on there. I asked him to call the manager and ask her about it and ask her to call me. She has not called me, and the storage unit is far from where I presently live and taking time off to go and pick up my stuff is not something that comes easy.

Rochelle, the property manager is Amazing! I cannot say enough about the exceptional care and support she has blessed me with over the past year. There are many things she has assisted me with. For example, she saved me a late fee by calling to let me know that a payment wasn't received. She didn't want me to get charged needlessly. As it happened, I had changed my bank card and forgot to update my auto pay information. She sets the bar for customer care. She really cares about customers and diligently works to give timely assistance as needed. She makes public storage look good by providing the gold standard of care. No doubt she deserves a raise. Rachelle is super sweet. I had started the process to rent a unit online, but had a death in the family (our dog) before I had completed the process. When she called to complete the reservation I asked for a few days to grieve, and several days later stopped in the office to complete the reservation. Not only did she honor the online special, I found out she made notes in the system about our family loss so that coworkers wouldn't call us over and over.

Rachelle is the BEST. Great customer service skills, and very helpful and friendly. As a new customer, I will tell all my friends and family to come to this location then the other ones. This experience is what good management is all about.

Sept 2021 update, I'm back at this location again to store some items and had another good experience. Segen helped me with transferring from one space to another and updating my account. It was quick and painless. Both Kayla and Nathen were professionals and got me in and out quickly as I rented two storage spots. Location is convenient to Cherry Hills Village.

What can I say, it's a storage place. But this one seems to be well kept. Lot was clean, interior hallways clean, and didn't see any sketchy characters hangin' around. Overall, good to go!

We used this Public Storage facility to house some of our furniture while we staged and sold our home. They were super easy to work with both moving our stuff in and moving it out. Rachelle was incredibly helpful, and we greatly appreciated her customer service.

Spacious and attractive location for a storage facility. It's kinda hidden in between a gang of trees and other buildings. Feels like it's rightful geographical location like it was in the area before anything else was there. As if every else was built around it. Even thought it's kind of in the middle of nowhere sitting underthe on ramp for 225.

Horrible i would rent with a different company but at least a different property. The b building is a ticking bomb that's waiting to collapse, then there is the constant problem of someone living on the property in the b building above all the units and the break ins all over the property due to bad security system. All of which public storage wont do anything about they just ignore it like it will go away and focus on trying to get people to give good reviews to comp for all the bad. Then there are the employees who don't do their job half of them don't even know what they are doing due to lack of good training and being supervised on a corrupted upper management scale. Most of the dm's have no background in the field and have no clue what the staff really go thru. It a joke and the apartment next to this property make for a all the time bad group of traffic in the area...

After being wrongly fired by this company and forced out of my home my friend and I had to rent a second unit. Doug didn’t confirm anything he didn’t see if my friend still lived at the same address or the phone number or nothing he then gave a new code instead of making the codes for the 2 units the same on top of that after speaking with Aaron for months about a fee that SHOULD not be on the account and was told it was removed we get told at the beginning of the rental that it wasn’t and we still owe that past due balance.

I met Doug, he's on top of things and very efficient. Had a great chat when I was checking out today. Been using Public Storage for years, never had a problem. Thanks!

Property manager was rude but the reason I left this unit to move to another PS facility was because they raised my rent 4 times in 2 years. Plus the facility isn’t nice, isn’t climate controlled. No carts, no drive up key pad on exit.

I had a very good experience with Public Storage. First I met with Shannon over the phone and later in person as I was planning my move. She was knowledgeable and followed up with me on any questions. On the day of my move I met A'lice. A'lice was kind, thoughtful and thorough during a time when I was very stressed. She was careful to review all paperwork to ensure I understood. I could not have asked for more from these women during a stressful time in my life.

The onsite manager, Kayla, made a special effort to help me get into a space suitable for my 1947 Chrysler. I very much appreciate her complete knowledge of the signup and payment processes, which involve many steps and documentation for storage of a vehicle. She is a real asset to Public Storage.

Thanks to Public Storage for getting me all set with a new storage unit, plenty of space and reasonably priced!! This Public Storage location is super convenient in the metro area. The employees Kayla and Allison were so helpful and kind to me. I needed to quickly upgrade my space and they took care of me fast! So friendly, every time I came in they just had smiles on their faces and always ready to help with anything. The location is also very clean and tidy and the units have lights in them so you can see your stuff even when it's dark outside! I highly recommend this Public Storage location!

Moving is always quite the task, and I had so many complications moving this week. With that being said, Grace at public storage was my savior. She went above and beyond for us. She even bought us bottles of water because we were stuck waiting on our moving team. She displayed amazing customer service, and I would recommend this storage location to everyone.

Why are your hours so late in the mornings and early in the evenings? You open after most people go to work yet close before most people get off of work yet you have someone living on sight ?

Extremely easy to get set up and move in in no time. Cheri was incredibly helpful, personable, and very sweet. We had a lot of fun with her while moving in, which I think is a first for my experience with storage units. I'd absolutely recommend this property -- extremely well maintained, clean, and secure. Also, I wanted to make a comment about some of the (very few) negative reviews about this property -- 1) there are security cameras now, so perhaps they're new, but they're everywhere; 2) anyone who says that the customer service is poor has to be the *worst* type of person, because Cheri was absolutely amazing; 3) if your gripe is that you didn't understand that the advertised "monthly rate" doesn't include add-ons like a one-time administrative fee or mandatory insurance for your items, you probably don't understand much of anything.

The management sucks. They always are watching and assume the worst. They make you feel like your not supposed to be there. I pay my VERY high monthly rate and i have every right ro be there regardless what SHE says.

I wish they would explain their representation better the $1 for the first month is it just a big joke no such thing real not happy

The most horrible customer service experience I have ever experienced. I reserved a unit online for 40.00 took a screen shot of it and they still tried to charge me almost double. Brought in the screen shot and printed out reservation date and price and STILL had to fight with them tooth and nail to get them to correct the billing. They kept saying what I had was incorrect, but I guess with a print out of the price and reservation number,date and time I must be Ray Charles...

My boss stored his stuff before he moved. I helped him move out later. We found out that the storage was actually broken into and all the valuable belongings (TV, Stereo, Speakers) were stolen. I don't know if they'll reimburse him or do anything about it. But just the fact that it was broken in and apparently not secure is bad.

Even though I am moving to Fort Collins and there are many facilities that are closer to my new home, I chose to house my contents at this facility until I can move in specifically because of the superior customer service I received from Cheri. She could barely walk, but still showed me the 2nd unit. She also made sure that it was very close to my 1st one. When I called originally I got a man who obviously didn't care about my needs and had put me in a completely different building. He could have done the same work that Cheri did, but chose not to. This woman is an asset to your company and I have referred friends and family to her facility even though I don't know her aside from the professional dealings I have had with her. No empathy from customer service agent when I notified them that my unit had been broken into and everything valuable was taken (guns, collectors items, family items, electronics) and the agent never left her chair to even say I am sorry. I admit that I shouldn't have stored such things in a storage unit, but one would think it would be safe at a Public Storage facility. Very disappointed in myself for choosing this location, especially since I knew there are no security safeguards (cameras/alarms) for my belongings (other than a lock on the storage unit) and I am extremely disappointed in their customer service.

Started off great. Cheri was very helpful and nice to begin with, BUT, God forbid you need to change your agreement. You'll get attitude and a mean mug from this "lovely friendly manager" when she has to do her job... Here's what happened, I needed to upsize my unit at move in. When I was looking for the nice lady that helped me out at first, she was nowhere to be found. I got a terrible look from Cheri and a jacked up rate. No help or anything. I said I would ask the regional manager for clarification on the change and her comment was "He can't do anything for you." BS most likely, but whatever. I paid the higher rate just to end that awful expereince and move my stuff in and limit my interaction with her. I'm not being a baby here, i don't care about the extra fee, it's fine. It was the awful rude service I received that prompted me to write this review and share my experience. LIke I said, I felt great at first and even began to tell my friends about this spot, BUT, after I experienced the terrible customer service and RUDE RUDE RUDE treatment from Cheri, you better believe I quickly told my friends to not choose this place and 3 have since chosen another storage company. I'd advise you to do the same. The facility itself is adequate, it's a storage unit. Old and smelly and don't breathe with your mouth open or you'll get a metalic taste in your mouth. It's dicey in the winter too and they need to invest in some gutters. I gave 2 stars because my stuff won't get wet and it's not on the street.

The time it took to view, decide, and sign the papers was painless and simple to do with Cheri's help! We even were given ideas on how to better stack and situate our belongings once we would be storing them in the unit. Cheri also recommended the mattress protectors for our mattresses, which we researched in several stores, and have found they are less expensive at Public Storage! Cheri answered all of our questions, and was genuinely happy to help us.

Been renting a unit for 2 years now and will be moving everything out today because of the terrible service I recieved from Cheri (the person who lives on the property and "manages" it). Oh and triple lock your units...they will be looking threw them.

I worked with Kay today and she was wonderful. She was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and let me know about everything I needed to know for my storage needs. Cheri was in the office, though not helping us directly but, she was extremely friendly as well. They were both making jokes and laughing along with us. i did not like that I wasn't told about the required monthly insurance fee that gets added to my monthly rental fee until I came in to sign the rental agreement.
