Very helpful & thorough
Great staff, although other renters are inconsiderate JERKOFFS(not all, just a select few) Majority have been nice people. Facility bathrooms stay locked 24/7 as per management. The only one that can be used is in the front office and that's only available when someone is working. Access cuts offs at 9pm. Not a bad facility, but i do wish I would've looked around more before choosing.

This is a newer Public Storage facility. It has been there for years, but was recently rebuilt (maybe in the last 10 years) It is very clean and secure. Marina is the employee i deal with and she is professional and very helpful. I am very pleased with this location and would recommend this location.

The building is immaculate, Ive been using this space for a year and have yet to see a crumb or spill. I have seen staff magically appear with a broom as soon as debris falls off a cart. Renters here seem to keep tidy in kind.

Spoke with ELLIOT today regarding my bill. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Now when it comes to the company there are many many many things they can do better. Like other multi million dollar corporations they are in need of improvement . However in terms of a facility. This team is top notch. We have been renting a unit with this location for over a year now for our business supplies, and we haven't had a single issue. They haven't raised our rates drastically in that time, the manager Marina is always on site and very helpful. She even called us to let us know that one of our staff members forgot to lock up our unit, and she locked it up for us to assure that our equipment was safe and secure.
The only reason that we are moving units is because our location needs have moved closer to the front range area. Having looked up other Public Storage locations and seen their horrible reviews, I just had to shout-out this location and Marina. It seems like very few Public Storage managers actually do their job, but Marina is definitely on top of things and always helpful!

Staff is usually nice and accommodating. However, due to the hours of this location I don’t see why it’s a big deal if I am there up to the closing time. I know and always have been finish by 9pm, but one staff member in particular loves to harp and waste your time about the hours of operation and honestly the drama isn’t necessary. This Russian lady wasted my time trying to lecture me, locked me in the elevator, had my friend throw my belongs in my locker without my knowledge or consent & when I was finally let out she continued to voice her concerns as if I didn’t know but also as if I cared because I wasn’t being malicious to begin with. I rushed from work, acquired a truck, got a friend to help me get my large items all for us to not be able to because she found it useful to selfishly disrupt our swift thought out process. Idk when I can find the time to get my (2) couches, dressers, dishes, and clothes now, and I’m just having to do without until Im able to acquire the help, time, and a truck to do so. Lastly she had the nerve to send me a ‘courtesy email about the hours of the business’. This Harassment is gross and completely unnecessary. I suggest properly training your employees in communication and customer service because she lacks it.
Best storage in Denver & surrounding areas! Always clean, codes/app needed for all entry, including elevators, climate controlled, and well lit inside. Best of all is the amazing manager Marina is outstanding, friendly, incredibly professional & knowledge of their availability of spaces!
Rented a small room on short notice, then when we realized the space wasn't enough, the staff were willing to work with us when the office was about to close to get upgraded and moved quickly. Staff are attentive and willing to answer any questions you may have. Shout out to Amber and Marina for everything. Thank you!

Marina was so helpful showing me the unit, when we got back to the office she put the monitor and credit card machine on the table (handicap area). This storage center is great! Easy access to the building that is very secure by app or code. The building has a loading area that is covered and wide parking spaces for quick access to the elevators which also are commercial so plenty of space for the bigger items. The building and all areas are kept very clean! I am very happy to have such a nice storage unit and feel very secure about my stuff being kept there. Also there are free use of moving carts for the building if you need them to help move items to and from the car these have been very helpful.

However my experience was significantly better than I could have expected! Marina the manager was extremely kind and professional throughout my rental stint! Like so many on here, I too had a wonderful, quick, and very thorough experience with Marina as a fist time renter. I trust she is always as kind, helpful, and professional as she was today. I’m also very grateful I found the special price while looking at so many other rental units. This was much more affordable for the size I need.
Mariana is, by far, the rudest Public Storage representative I have ever met. She literally told me i should move out. An employee telling a customer to stop giving her company revenue is insane. She has constantly badgered me for late payments, claims I leave a “mess” outside my unit, even tho I sweep outside my unit before I leave, 100% of the time.
I’m happy to leave. $95 a month for a 5’x5’ closet is asinine.
If you decide to use this place, make sure you leave after 12 months. Otherwise you’ll be paying $10 more for rent every month until you realize you’re getting ripped off to the fullest extent.

This is the second time I’ve used this location and I cannot say enough about how outstanding the customer service is at this location….in particular with Marino! Trust me, not all public storage facilities even come close here. Marino is always happy to help and often goes out of her way to do so. Great indoor storage. Management is awesome. I had issue with my lock and they fixed it for me. Your stuff is secure here. Security measures are everywhere to ensure no one is just coming into the building. You can use an app or security code to access the gates, elevator and building. I wish they had locks that also worked this way. Be careful not to have your lock fall through the crack on the side of your locker. Mine fell into the adjacent locker below me. Oops.
I rented several units at this location over the years, and the help I have received from them and especially Marina has been 5Star+. I totally agree with all the 5Star comments about Marina. She is one in a million, a great asset to the company.

Not sure if the blonde woman in the front is the manager but she’s extremely nosey and always starring if not sometimes curiously following you to see what your doing or loading. My guess is she has nothing better to do which is understandable working at a storage unit facility. She should learn to give the renters some space and comfort by making herself look busy and staying out of the way.

Smokers BEWARE...the manager of this property is HORRIBLE!!! Just because someone's belongings smell like cigarette smoke, should not give the manager of a Public Storage property the right to HARASS people as they are moving their belongings to a facility. Sure, rules like no smoking in the building or in your unit should be followed, but to HARASS people when rhey haven't done anything wrong is NOT OK!!!! As long as people are 100 feet from your entrance door smoking a cigarette, there is NO FIRE RISK and you should not stress them out more than the stress they are already dealing with!!!

I love Public Storage, S Tamarac in Denver. In the fall of 2022 I began renting a storage locker here and have been nothing but satisfied. It starts and finishes with Marina who is the friendliest and most attentive manager I've ever met. She's always at the facility cleaning and sweeping the aisles and attending to customer needs. I remember recently when I spilled the contents of a trash bag on the floor, before I could turn around to sweep it up, Marina was there with her own broom and dustpan cleaning my mess. Public Storage-Tamarac is also perfectly situated right off I-25 and I-225 in the heart of DTC so it's easily accessible from just about anywhere. Very satisfied!

With the reputation of Public Storage, I thought it would be the right choice for my parents. After touring and meeting the property manager, Marina, I was convinced. The facility is well kept and Marina delivers service with pride. She actually cares about the business and her customers.
My stuff was stored here over a year and I never had any issues. I wanted to give an extra shout out for them being so kind to me. I moved into a new place no longer needing storage and something went wrong with my Uhaul reservation. They waved the fees for the extra day I had to use the unit. Had a great experience today! Had questions and Mariana helped me over the phone. The moving truck got here before I did and Mariana let them thru to the unit so as not to waste time! Changed to one star because I received a nearly $40 price increase on my storage unit for no reason. If prices were increased you'd think there would be an expansion in access hours or something. (There wasn't.) Don't get too comfortable paying a reasonable price for too long.

Marina is awesome. She literally came running out of the store and caught my dad and I before we could drive away.... We had forgotten a penny on the counter inside... She ran out to return a penny my dad had forgotten... Need I say more?
These people are crooks. I paid them $230 for a unit won at auction, but they never let me access the unit and decided to keep my money! See you guys in small claims court!

For a storage place this place is all right. There is a drive in area that is protected and cool in the summer and warmer in the winter. You can drive a uhaul truck in there. Everything is clean, inside and climate controlled. Like all storage it is not cheap. If I had the money I would build one cause this is a cash cow.

I really appreciate the services that this public storage has offered me especially the people. There is one in particular. Here Name is Marina she is a wonderful woman and a hard worker every time I see her she is always doing something I really appreciate her and everyone there thank you all for the hard work!!!!!!
Great place, clean, and Marina with staff is honestly the greatest and sweetest person ever. She has great customer service skills.
