I can only say good things about this location. Mark is the man! He is super kind, informative and professional. Any questions I have had or issues, he has been able to address or correct immediately. I highly recommend this place if you need to store anything!

Update Labor Day 2023: I came in to see about lowering my bill, Mark first was able to reduce it by $36, then mentioned that if I could move my stuff to a different unit h would be able to lower it to the intro price. I had a hiccup with my timing because of work and he got me an extension on time to move into the new unit. Thanks so much for your help Mark, rare to see people who actually care about their customers any more!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I arrived close to closing time. Jenapher said not to worry about it and was most pleasant and helpful in answering my questions, and finally showing me the unit I determined I needed. Very big upgrade from some other storage places I've checked with lately. I will very likely be renting here thanks to her extra effort and communication skills. A++!

I am renting from this location for the second time. We love it. The facility is nice and clean, but most of all I appreciate the friendly, professional, accommodating store manager Mark, who helped me to snag the last unit in the whole town that meets my family's needs. He helped me from afar while I was living out of state, and he went out of his way to ensure that I was able to secure a climate controlled, indoor, first floor unit, that was large enough for all of our things. Great location and staff. I have been renting storage space here for 2 years now and the experience has been great. It is easy to get in and out with the remote opening of the gate thru the app, really convenient for when it’s cold outside and you don’t want to open your window for not even a second. A big shout out to the manager Mike for always being super helpful and keeping customers happy were they would want to continue doing business with Public Storage.

I HATE THIS PLACE!!!

Had the wrong sized unit reserved n called to check to see if we could cancel and get the size we need, they said I had to come by the office and fix it and not over the phone. But that’s okay after the reasonings being why. Anyways it was fast easy and Christopher and Micheal were very friendly and understanding! They definitely deserve this shoutout! Y’all rock! They made my n my family’s day a whole much better and easier for us! Thank you guys for being there and helping when I had a massive situation and we’re able to help resolve the problem for us! Ten stars to Scott! He went above and beyond in helping me get my new storage unit yesterday. He answered all of my questions about the rates, billing and the insurance and then helped me select the size and location within the facility that would be best for my needs. I was having difficulty setting up the account and securing the unit online. He was patient and walked me through the whole process. I recommend you work with Scott. He’s very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! The facility is nice too. It’s clean, secure and easy to access the units.

Reanne was THE BEST. Long story short, I messed up and forgot the date that my unit was renewing for the next month. I emptied it out a day late but after explaining everything to Reanne, she went into hero mode and got me cleared out and with a zero balance. Definitely made the difference for me. YOURE THE BEST.

It may seem strange to gush over a storage facility, but the staff here was excellent upon move-in, as well as my move-out 2 years later. The facility is clean and secure; access is easy and safe; payment is easy; I had paid an extra month just prior to moving out, which was refunded to me with no issues. I sold my house in March 2020 and needed a unit. The gentlemen who helped me rent a unit was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially given the unusual circumstances with the pandemic at the time. A staff member named Reanne and her coworker were also particularly helpful when I moved out. I no longer live in the area, but I just want to extend a thank you for making my move from Denver much less stressful.

They went above and beyond to help me obtain a promotion for my storage rental. They are also very knowledgeable. I was given useful tidbits about how to access my unit, what locks to use, and insurance info. I am very glad I chose this location for my long term storage. I have been a tenant at this location for almost two years and am/was planning to stay for at least another year. Lately my rates have been randomly raised without any reasonable response to my inquiries. My attempts to contact Public Storage managers have been utterly frustrating. I have left repeated massages and have had no response. In the mean time, late fees are unnecessarily being accrued. I hope someone will contact me to take care of this matter soon. Thanks

Horrific inefficient elevator situation to move items upstairs! Need to update system to key card or manager have ability to turn elevator timer off for a timely move if secured facility. Became costly while paying movers added 2 hours keying in code 3 times ever use of elevator. Do not store anything above ground floor, very inefficient. Update carts as well!

Huge space enough rooms

THANK YOU MALCOLM!!! My husband received military orders and we needed a place to keep our things while he was away. This location had the unit we wanted at a good price. I showed up to my scheduled appointment 30 minutes early and Malcolm helped me get my unit set up. He explained all of the specifics regarding terms and unit information. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to others because of the security measures they take and the cleanliness of the property.

Just moved out of my unit after 4 months and realized they have people living in their storage units able to go through all my stuff locked up and stole most of my tools costing a pretty penny. Of course they are not aware of this going on, but cant seem to get the manager or district manager to call me back. Bad business. Take your business elsewhere this place is scandless.

Great place- A little expensive tho..

We called Public Storage and talked to Eric. He was FANTASTIC. He literally went above and beyond the call of duty. We called and asked for measurements and he went out and measured the height of the gate with an actual ruler. When we mentioned another unit he went out and measured the unit as well. When we went in, he was even nicer in person. He really did go above and beyond and we’re really grateful for Eric. Thank you!

I couldn’t have been any more pleased with the service I received yesterday from Eric. He was beyond helpful and insightful when it came to helping me decide which size and location for my units would be best based on my my exact storage needed. He was patient, respectful and very accommodating. He truly showed that he cares about making sure his Customers leave happy and have found exactly what they need in a storage unit. He even went as far as to make me an appointment for the next day at another location since he unfortunately didn’t have one of the sizes of units that I needed. Also the prices of the units were unbeatable. I know that from now on this is where I will go with any storage needs I may have in the future for myself or my family/friends.

That dude’s just an internet review troll* FANTASTIC STAFF I showed up on 6/6/20 right at 5:00pm on a Saturday afternoon not realizing the office was about to close. Staff member Eric ( not sure what his last name is) was clocked out and just about to leave when he noticed I was having trouble getting in. He stopped everything he was doing and reopened the office just to help me out. To top it all off, my front license plate fell off of my car as well and was blowing down the road because of high winds. He went chasing after it and tracked me down just make sure I got it back! ALL THE WHILE HE WAS OFF THE CLOCK! what an all-star employee Eric is! This guy deserves a raise! #facts

Extremely poor customer service. Never have I been treated so poorly in a business in all my life. Eric yelled at me to get out of his office when I tried to tell him I couldn't get into the unit. I said it was locked, how am I supposed to go in? "By nature of there not being a lock on it?" I told him that he didn't have to be rude, they had kept me waiting for 30+ minutes to get checked in and I needed help. "Well you need to not be rude to me." He immediately began to yell at me to get out of his office. If this man is working, request different help. He does not know the meaning of customer service.

Debbie is absolutely amazing! She was there through the entire process and made sure I was taken care of! Will not hesitate to recommend here and her to one and all!! She’s a superstar!

Nice clean building. The workers were friendly. However the $1 move-in is a joke. I was told over the phone when I reserved the unit it was $14 a month for the 5x5 unit. when I got to the place to finalize everything they charge you for a lock you can't bring your own they charge you a $24 administration fee they charge you for insurance even if you have your own. By the time it was all said and done I paid almost $63 for the first month. They literally nickel and dime you in fees.$63 for what I expected to be less than $20 is kind of insane especially when they advertise $1 for the first month absolutely hilarious.

The staff, Eric, Ryann, and Michelle were excellent, professional, and very friendly. The storage grounds are clean, and well lit. I researched storage options in this area and Public Storage was the best deal by far. I am very impressed with this location and feel great about this choice.

Jamie was great! Super informative, and approachable. Made the process painless and straightforward. I like straightforward.

Needed some space to move garage items to so I signed up for a locker. The day before we determined that my daughter needed to use some of the space as well so we needed to upgrade. Eric made it really easy. Showed us the shed and gave us the lock. Super easy process, found us the coast locker to the door and made renting it a breeze. Place is very clean.

Ryann was amazing, very helpful getting us set up with a storage quickly and efficiently. The storage space was very clean and secure!

Don't get on the womans bad side (if your "storage" partner tells fantastic stories about you to make himself look good she'll be all over that like flies to poo!) Make up her own hours and try to kick you out early and make up other arbitrary and unwritten rules to which you must comply! Oh and you better believe your partner will get a personalized, overly friendly call/message if you visit your own unit within business hours, making no noise or drawing any attention minding your own business!

Had an awesome experience with Eric! My move in date was scheduled next week but unexpectedly had time off to do it today and he rescheduled me and had me in and out very quickly. Much appreciated.

Great experience, the property manager Ryann did a fantastic job and conducted business with the utmost professionalism and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had filled out the online registration form and literally within seconds she was calling to schedule an appointment. Awesome service in a very nice facility.

So definitely do the initial stuff online to save money. My storage was supposed to be about 30-something dollars but it's 24 dollars + insurance. Cheap-cheap! Anyway, I dealt with a dude named Eric, a super friendly, and personable person who was very about transparency. He showed me my unit, explained what to expect, went through the contract, rules and requirements and was entirely chill, with interesting anecdotes from his career. The tour was quick and and he answered my questions, explained what to expect in the future and at no point did I feel like I was missing something, asking stupid questions or y'know, being an aggravating customer. The spot my unit is in its new, and I'm absolutely geeked about moving things in. I'd def recommend this to others just cause of the general welcoming aura this dude has. Like, the building my unit is in its spoooooky, but definitely worth the ghosts if I can feel this comfortable

I have been very stressed with an upcoming move, transitioning between homes. This location, though not the closest to me (still very close), offered the most selection at the best price. Eric provided great customer service. He was very transparent beforehand on the phone with me about the cost with the promotional offer and the additional charges. He showed me several available units in various sizes and locations. He was very patient and friendly with me considering I have never rented storage before. He looked at all available units in the system and found one that was in the most convenient location at an even better than advertised price. He was really looking out for the customer. In the end, I ended up with a unit that met my needs in size, in a very convenient location, and at a marvelous price. Thank you for making my first experience as stress-free as possible!

Rented a 10x20 storage unit at this location. Unit was super clean! The staff at this location was amazing, really exceeded my expectations. My wife and I needed a second unit 10x10 and Eric stayed a few minutes late to help us get the second unit. The manager on duty was very helpful in meeting our needs. Everybody here are really customer focused and will go out of their way to help you within reason. Public storage will be my first choice for my storage needs. If you need storage and are not using public storage you're doing it wrong!!!

Previously rented a unit during the recent construction, made it much more difficult to get to the unit. After the construction the unit was broken into and many valuable things were stolen. The claim process is not easy.

Ryann is a rock star. I rented a unit from her and her professionalism and hospitality was above reproach!! I came in a couple of days later to get an additional unit and received the same service but she went above and beyond when I had an issue and needed to use multiple carts to unload a truck. Thank you Ryann for that!! Even though Ryann helped me Eric assisted me as well when Ryann was unavailable the two days I was there at their facility. He’s a rockstar as well. Recently I was out of town and came back to check on my storage and with them as well. I have no complaint about the service I received! You two are a great asset to this company and I hope your manager sees this review. You’re appreciated more than you know!

Updated storage building

Got us a unit the same day we came in, made set up easy, good hours to go in and out, good options in unit sizes and types, great help from staff!

Ryan and Eric are AWESOME! After I reserved my unit on line, Ryan called me to follow up and find out what time I would be by to look at the unit. I told her I wasn't sure and would call before I headed over. She was really nice. I called before I headed over and spoke with Eric. He also was very nice and said, "We will see you when you get here." Upon entering Public Storage I was greeted warmly and Eric asked my name and we began chatting. He showed me two units, I took the second one. While I filled out the paperwork Eric explained everything. I dotted all the I's, crossed all the T's and we were done. I have rented units in this location before, but the management was not as professional nice. It was truly a pleasant experience.

Eric, on site was just outstanding with his customer service and knowledge. He gave us a tour of the facility and made sure we understood all the security at the site. Public Storage "Great rates and Great people"!

Horrible hours barley give you any time to make it to your storage

Only two miles from my apartment yet $37/month less expensive than the storage place next door to me. The Express reservation online saved a lot of time for when i first went to drop off my stuff. Also note Ryann was very nice and extremely efficient!

Bait and switch. They advertised a 10x10 unit online but when I showed up they said it was actually two separate 5x10 units next to each other with a wall in between. I needed a 10x10 for the size of the items I was going to store. When I inquired about a true 10x10 space they said they had one but the cost would be more and would not honor the price I was quoted. They also required I purchase a lock and insurance directly from them, at a steep premium, which was not mentioned on the “total cost to move in” email they sent, nor anywhere on their website I can find. Both are listed as required but not that they must be purchased through them. Beware of the online “deal” you’re getting.

Why over priced and they continue to raise prices with no notice. The units smell. The property manager is rude. Worse experience I've had at a property .I will not recommend this one to anyone .

Changing my review. We've been here for a month and it's one frustrating thing after another. Literally every time we try to go to our shed, there is some reason we can't access it: construction truck blocking our unit, other people blocking the very narrow road, fallen-over construction fence blocking the road entirely, or most commonly, they've closed the main gate earlier than the hours they post (that seems to happen regularly and without warning). When we signed up, we acknowledged that the gate hours were already shorter because of the construction. But to have them close down even earlier than *those* hours is really frustrating. If our stuff weren't already packed into the unit, we would have changed places long ago.

Jamie helped me with everything I needed even though I ended up having to switch locations. She was friendly and helpful and I couldn't have had a better experience.
