Our company has been renting a space at this location for over 5 years. The on-site Manager, Gwen, is amazing. She does a great job managing the property, looks out for us, is extremely helpful with any situation and always moves quickly to resolve any situation. Jennifer is amazing!! . I have had several experiences with her and everyone of them has been great. Because of that I need to rent a unit this time and she made it so easy. I can not thank her enough. I don't usually do Surveys but I had to this time because it was easy to get what I needed and this kind of service is just not seen anymore. So I hope that this is recognized by the powers that be. And she gets the recognition that she deserves.

Great place and great service. Only one thing...not just for this storage place but all of Colorado! Wake up and smell the roses when it comes to music artist and artist in general. I know america is all about money, money, money, and majority worship money. But life and love is a more important currency. You can't take money with you when you die, and I promise we all will die one day. Don't have fear to show kindness to artist. We need the space and time you can provide. Corporations control the planet and economy, but they also have the power to do a lot of good. It took covid to show the corporate world it's ok to let go of a little bit of their slavery and control mentality and let people work remotely. Don't let a catastrophe come to change your mind. Let love and kindness to the right people be your current. The nice black lady at the office should win the contest thanks.

Quite possibly the dumbest human i have ever encountered is at the front desk. Unbelievably stupid. Ill go to the competition.

I would give this storage a 0 star if I could. It is yall responsibility to protect people things. Almost all my stuff was ruined. Rats were all in our stuff. They ate through every bag looking for food. They pooped and peed on all our clothes, they ate through and slept in our shoes. I literally throw away the majority of my kid's clothes and everything else has to be rewashed and bleached. All our STUFF IS GONE, but want their money on the first of every month. They called me because I turned off my auto payments but y'all let rats inhabit the units. All these reviews on here are fake because there is no way I am the only person experiencing these problems. I am livid, disgusted, annoyed, and sad. I had to throw away a bear that my oldest son had since he was 2. But the icing on the cake is that I have to go through the insurance to get my refund and all I can get from the rep on property was. “I am so sorry that happened to you.” I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.

Can never have enough storage this one is clean and staff is helpful. Loading and off loading is tight and odd.

Horrible customer service, I 100% do not recommend this place at all Don’t know how to talk to people It’s called a storage so you can store things you not using at the moment but they would let me store my motorcycle that I wasn’t using do to the fact I just had surgery so I can store it .. I said ok can I moved it in a couple days she was very rude and said no get it out now so they place is trash 🗑️

This is the worst storage place I have ever been to I cant explain how Disrespectful the front desk lady gwen (she claims was her name) was. She yelled at me to the point where my heart was pounding bc I was holding back then she tells me she will not accept my ID in which was issued by the dmv is my actual drivers license bc she said it was not valid without any reasoning. She honestly violated my rights and I will be calling corporate people deserve better sooo much better.

The ice is treacherous & as such i didnt fall lucky almost, hey if we need larger space what deal can they give please ?

Making a reservation online was the only good thing about my experience. The woman in the office is extremely rude, judgemental, self ritcheous and unprofessional. While filing out the paper work she proceeded to ask personal questions about my driver's license because it is an interlock only license. Which made me feeling like I was in an interrogation, Then, an elderly man came into the office ( who currently rents a unit) and asked if they could cut his lock because he had lost his keys. She then lectured the man about his irresponsibility and refused to help him. He even offered to pay for the assistance and she refused. She then told him that HE could not even cut his own lock and then scolded him like he was a child about purchasing tools to do so. In an extremely arrogant and demeaning tone told him; his only option was to call a locksmith. Seeing that this man was elderly, and knowing how much hiring a locksmith would cost this man, I chimed in and offered to help him cut his lock. That sent her into a over the top fury of angry, old lady judgemental, verbal warfare. She then quickly turned her distaste towards me, and began to scold me with a bitter condesnding demand that I would do nothing of the sorts! Knowing that heightened responses rarely solve anything, I calmly apologized and stated that I was only trying to help and that I've been in a similar situation before. I'm fairly sure i saw flames in her eyes at that point. She raised her voice, pointing and shaking her finger at me, All while giving me the third degree like I was a murder suspect! Hurling questions and statements of misquoted policy at me AND this man. Still, I remained calm and asked her why she needed to be so combative? I had done nothing wrong, I apologized for my evil intent for helping an elderly man and my blatant disregard for HER version of a company policy (that is not posted nor in the rental agreement). I told her that her actions and her verbal disrespect was making me feel that she had judged me as a criminal of some sorts. She even went so far as to tell me that my need of the 24 hour access ammenity (which they advertise and offer to everyone) was suspicious suspect. Last time I checked, my need to utilize an offered amenity is not a crime. And again calmly explained myself more than I should have in a vain attempt to ease fears of this obviously unhappy and bitter woman. I explained that I work until 9pm as a barber and I am a e-commerce small business owner and this schedule prevents me from accessing most propertiee due to limited gate access hours. I need to be able to access my inventory after work to. I must point out that the rental was under my company, which is in good standing with the Sec of state, on time with my tax filing and which has many positive customer reviews on several platfor.s. Some criminal I am! But, I am a 30 something white woman who has tattoos. Guess that makes me worthy of being judged as a menace of society, hard core ex- con or whatever title she had deemed me worthy of. By the second time she threatened to not let me rent at their property, I told her that she had been nothing but disrespectful and I would take my business elsewhere, which I did. I have rented storage units for business purposess for years now. I usually have larger unit and pay on time. But, I guess she obviously didn't think my money was good enough. If you feel like being berated, labled, or treated like you are the scum of the earth, then you will love this place! I'm sure the actual property is decent and the 24 hours access would be nice if you can make it past the Cerberus that guards the gates.

The lady there Gwenn is extremely lazy and rude. I went there after work one day to get the unit I reserved and paid for online and got there at about 20 till close and the lady wouldn't even assist me. She said she "didn't have enough time" and was obviously just focused on ending her work day instead of doing her job. She was way rude about it too. It really screwed up my whole move not having the unit and I can't imagine what all she would have really had to do since I had done everything online already. Sorry I have to work like lady and can only get there afterwards but I was there before close and so she should have done the right thing and help me anyway. What a b.

Gwenn was More than Helpful. After some Misunderstandings with the payment process and order of operations. I was able to resecure a larger unit and get paid up right at Closing Time! She even went the extra mile to stay open a few extra minutes to get me taken care of right before the holiday. Amazing customer service. And 24 hours access is amazing!.

We have had a unit at this facility for 20 years, and seen many managers during that time. Gwenn is by far the most engaged and caring we have seen. Always friendly on the phone or at the front desk, she would also take the time to stop by my unit when I was working in it to be sure I was safe and doing well. She is an all around awesome person, and deserves to be recognized!

24 hour access, this was my number one consideration. Price was fair enough compared to other storage facilities, even those without 24 hour access. Knowledgeable staff whom explained the rules clearly and concisely. I intend a short stay but this facility will definitely be at the absolute top of my list when I need a unit again.
