We had bought auction Units here, and wete VERY impressed with the security and the property manager Jennifer was extreamly helpful, and understanding about allowing us plenty of time to get the units emptied as we ended up renting a Uhaul. I have worked in the Storage industry and I would absolutely rent a unit here. The security is good, it's clean, and actually quite secluded for even extra security.

I’ve been a customer at public storage for almost two years now. The front desk lady Jennifer dirk is amazing, she’s always so helpful, respectful, and extremely nice when I come in. I had an issues a month ago with a delivery, living in another state I was nervous, Jen made sure my things got to my unit.

I used this place for over 15 years and finally moved out. Jennifer was exceptional with caring personal service that made a long distance move out possible and painless. She is the best! However their corporate prices and increases are ridiculous. My little unit started at $49 and went up over a few years to $169. Crazy!

Dale was working and he was awesome! Went out of his way to help anyway he could. I'd give him a 10 if I could

Too expensive arm and a leg

Jennifer is amazing and kind. She gave optimal service, was transparent, and thourogh with the renting process. I'd like to thank her for going above and beyond for helping me.

We have had a difficult time trying to move during this pandemic. We were at the end of our rope until we met Jennifer. We were unable to get into storage because my daughter took the key with her to Arizona. While she was very professional and wasn’t able to cut the lock. She helped us come up with easier scenarios to try. Without her I am sure my stuff would still be in our old house. It’s hard to find that good old fashioned customer service. I wish all customer service folks would take classes from her.

This was my first time using a storage rental. If I could I would give 10 stars. The unit was perfect size. Most importantly the customer service was impeccable. Jennifer was excellent as the property manager. Thank you!!

Ask for Jennifer - possibly the best customer service I've ever had. I had a few issues (all self inflicted) and she went way above and beyond and was highly responsive and made my life much easier. Storage is a commodity - customer service isn't - if Jennifer is at that public storage facility you will be in very good hands. You don't realize how important great customer service is until you need it.

Rates are pretty high. If your late with rent, they charge ask exorbitant fee. You can't access your unit after 9pm.

Great customer service! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The storage area is easy to get in and out of. This was very important for us, since I was towing a 16' trailer. I found it easy to navigate in and out. The units are very clean, and the site looks very secure.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She took the time to find a unit that would be most convenient for us. We have a trailer we have to back in. She had a great attitude and was really helpful. She even made my son happy by going the long way around on the golf cart.

Since having begun renting my Storage unit my experience has been nothing but positive. Jennife, the manager, continues to ensure that the environment remain safe and clean.

Great hospitality

Storage units using outside garages will have some residue of leaves and dust around the front of your unit, however if you can get past that beginning entry, you will find a nice clean storage space for you to keep your belongings in, just don't put your valuables right up front! (first Star). Another Star for me is the price. It is reasonable for the size unit you are renting. Then add two stars for the wonderful, helpful, employees I have met to guide me through this new adventure (Jennifer + Joshua you rock!). Lastly, there's a Star for reminding customers who are first time renters of storage units that their monthly rental fee is almost due. Again, after seeing the cleanness of the storage units and that the price is right, it was after all, the employees there who are ready and willing to answer and guide you through any questions you may have that zoomed my Stars to the top!!!

I wanted to share my experience here at this location, it truly has been wonderful. Many thanks to Jennifer, who I get the privilege to speak to every time I stop by. Usually she is the only one on staff and regardless of the circumstances she gives us the best customer service in town. I truly appreciate her professionalism and hope her management gives her and her staff a raise for the unparalleled timely manner they take care of us,the customer. This is a great place to store all your house hold belongings. The staff Jacob with his awesome customer service and the district manager are all great and eager to help you. Especially Jennifer with her bubbly and outgoing attitude makes this storage facility the best in town. They don't go by what they advertise they send you email telling you that is $25 first dollar for first month after that is 24 get there to check get the storage unit small one and they come out with oh that doesn't work here it's $60 and I want you by your door lock so I don't know about this place but that's what happened today

This place is great. Gary was super helpful, answered all of my questions and got me set up in a unit quickly. They are decently priced and provide storage insurance. They also sell tons of packing items.

I was helped by Justice, and she did a great job. Quick, efficient, friendly, helpful. The storage facility itself was clean and very large (10X20) for the price. This was helpful, as I had a lot to store. Access is easy and available from 6am-9pm, which is good for my varying schedule. Excellent experience.

Horrible storage fees. Bill changes every month with no communication. No customer concern about stolen property. If you decide to use this facility check your storage daily, get top notch insurance (not theirs) ,and use the recommended pad locks.

Just got a unit today. But the facility is clean and in good repair. Gary who helped me get setup was really nice and helpful. Having used several storage facilities over the years, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out.

The prices here are outrageous- $180 per month for a 10x10 unit. The day we were moving out, they put a new lock on our unit and then closed for the day. We had spoken to them THAT DAY to confirm we would be out by the following day. They are now charging us for having items in the unit that we can't get to since we work during the week and don't have a truck now. The man my mother spoke to on the phone was rude and argumentative. We will be taking legal action.

I believe we had the pleasure of working with Gary. The facility was nice and clean. Gary was nice enough to provide us with the broom so we could clean our storage unit on the day of vacate. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Gary is a wonderful person to deal with. We were moving and needed to store our household goods during the sale of our home. We had a week lag in between the sale of our house and the closing of our new house, so found ourselves in a situation where we literally needed to store ALL of our household items for a week. We contacted Public Storage where we already had 1 10X10.....but needed a larger unit to accommodate the rest of our household items. The storage unit did not have any larger unit's so we reserved 2 more 10 X 10 units......I received a call from Gary the second a larger unit opened up asking me if I wanted the larger unit. I was like YES!! he had everything done and waiting for me when I got there, the process was easy and flawless. Thanks Gary

But Gary at Public Storage was such a help and so patient with all of my questions, he made me feel that I had made absolutely the best decision. Absolutely horrible. Having the spend a extra $90 on a truck for a extra 2 days. They won't prorate for a extra 2 days because our move in day it 2 days past the day the month starts. they said we have to pay a full month for 2 days before we move. Horrible business and would never recommend this horrible place to anyone. Also they are extremely rude.

Made it easy and simple. Gary the building supervisor was helpful and extremely tolerant of my hyper 6 year olds :)

I've had a unit here for about a year. I moved out today only because i have garage space now. I transitioned with them when they changed from Stor-all to Public Storage. There was no hasle. Garey and Lauren where always there to explain anything i needed help with. No matter what time i called, one of them would answer. They have cheap prices on tape, boxes, and locks. It was a great experience. They pro-rate and give deals where needed. And the overall price of the units was better than most. If i need a storage unit again I'll definitely go back to them. Even if there's a closer one to home.

Lauren was very kind and professional when I stopped in to rent my unit. She was very thorough regarding the details of the rental. She even gave me a ride in the golf cart down to the unit to put the lock on!

It seems to be really clean and the people are really nice so far. I didn't like that I had to pay for insurance since the people over the phone said I didn't have to have it.

Our storage unit was dry and easily accessible. When we left, we had to bring in a big trailer and park it there for a while. Garey was very helpful in finding a good place to put it, so leaving was just as easy as moving in. Thanks!

You don't find individuals like Lauren everyday and she is truly an asset to your team.
