No carts. Nothing to keep the doors propped open. App barely ever works to open the gate. Bathroom is always disgusting with no toilet paper or soap.

My experience with Public Storage was excellent. The facilities meet up to my high- standard expectation .. Irene the property manager was super helpful ... She was kind, caring, and resourceful and very fast ! Other staff members have also been of great assistance at times… but when questions arose irene is the one to go to. In the future, if I were to need another storage unit, I would definitely use their facility again & hope to be helped by Irene in the future!

Update 2022 Nov: the app works well to open the gate, I just wish the app would remember the password. The facilities have been redone. Asphalt looks great and the exterior buildings look great. I need to ask them if they've solved the leaking problem.
UPDATE: Called 800 number and within a couple hours the local folks solved the latch problem rather than making me wait several days. Increased from 1 star to 4.
ORIGINAL: Bad service and bad attitude. Hiding behind covid-19 to shut down restroom. Their latch fails, and I can't get my stuff out. Any concern or apology from the agent? No. Any financial compensation for their failure to provide working hardware? Absolutely not.

BWEARE!!! My storage unit was robbed and I reported it to the police and they did nothing, public storage did nothing, and none of my stolen property was covered by their USELESS insurance policy that you pay over $100 a year for because I couldn't prove that there was forced entry. The locks they REQUIRE you to use to be covered by the policy are very easy to break into with a zip tie upon investigation on YouTube, which leaves no scratches or signs of forced entry. Even the cops said they thing it was an inside job, I'm looking at you Irene the manager who lied to the police.... this place is shady as he'll and has ZERO security cameras. BEWARE!!!
