So far this storage facility has been amazing! The climate control is great the staff is usually on top of things and a fella named Mikael is awesome! He helped me out on choosing some supplies for my storage and is knowledgeable!

Great self storage! They have carts for you to use! They office closes at 5pm but the facility garage door stays open till 9pm. They are secure and you get your own door codes. The code only works for the floor you’re on. Staff is great and extremely helpful! Lady filling in from Ventura was great and Mikeal was more than great and helpful even on his way out of work when he was closing the office was checking on all renters and accommodating for end of day closing. Like I said the office closed earlier but the facility is still accessible till 9pm!

Kira was such a huge help getting me set up with my unit, and even helping me move in. When I was first checking in there were about 2 other people she was already helping but STILL made sure I was able to get checked in and situated with my unit despite already being busy with other customers. When it came time for me to move in she even helped me bring a couple of things up to my unit because I was moving single handed. She really went above and beyond and could not be more appreciative. Go off Kira !

Elevator always down and my code never works. it's frustrating since I had a broken leg and can't carry stuff through the stairs. I only have time during the weekend and it's been two weeks in a row I can't use Elevator.

I have been here for about 8 years now. The staff has always been nice/friendly and the facility is clean, I feel safe when I go there. Kira and Cynthia are ALWAYS a great help and accommodating. It’s been a nice experience being here.

Really helpful staff. Was able to book, pay and move in all while socially distancing. Made it easy to have few interactions but were there if we needed help. Very friendly, facility is clean and climate controlled which is what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

We were a bit overwhelmed, moving across the country, and planning to store a 2800 sq-ft household of stuff while we look for a home here in the Oxnard area. We came to see the facility a few days before the moving truck arrived (glad we did--do this if you can!). Jay was very helpful and warm, showing us all 4 (!!) of our rented units and helping organize keys and codes. The building and units appeared very clean and orderly. Looking forward to having the spaces filled up when the truck arrives tomorrow!

Great rate and very easy move in with the cart available for free use. Brought a broom to clean the unit, but didn’t even need it!

I tried to set up account online and was on hold with customer service for the longest time but was unsuccessful. Jay was amazing and super helpful. I was in and out of getting a unit set up as quickly as possible. Facility is clean and I would definitely recommend to someone.

I rented a small storage space for myself in the spring of 2013. Over time I accumulated family treasures there and also distributed belongings to my children as they moved into adulthood. For 6 years I received outstanding service at this storage facility. The billing notifications were efficient and the price was fair even as it escalated over time and is still the best value for a clean, organized and user friendly storage facility. Erica was the representative that signed me up in 2013 and was exemplary. Jay assisted me with my moving out procedures. Jay was thoughtful and informative. I felt secure and comfortable that I was cared for even as I was ending my storage tenancy with the help of Jay. If I were to once again in need of a storage space I would return here. Happy, happy customer!

Think you could save money purchasing your own lock rather than buying from PS for $20. Noticed after purchase, people used own locks. Should have advised customers of this as I believe most would purchase from PS for convenience. But all and all good experience.

Set up a storage unit with Jay. He was friendly, helpful and informative. The location is perhaps the cleanest Public Storage facility I've been in (out of many different locations in many different states). Got a unit in the back of the top floor. Bummer, right? No, actually--not bad at all. You can drive right up to the elevators to load/unload, carts are readily available, and the elevators (two of them) were large, easily accessible, and fairly quick up to the top floor. While most Public Storage facilities I've stored my belongs with would get a generally favorable review from me, this is the only (so far) which would get a five-star. Highly recommended storage facility option.

Just rented a storage unit from here today. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. This was my first time renting a storage unit so I was unsure how the process went. Good place nice people safe and secure

Moving is always a bit daunting, and at the end of a long day, I arrived to find out that I'd stupidly booked too small a space, and not factored in how packing materials would add to everything. But Jay who met us, processed us at the end of his day, went out of his way to help us sort it out, book another space, and I would have been truly in trouble if he hadn't. Jay sorted us out, even though technically Public Storage hours were over, so HUGE Thanks, and HUGE thumbs up for Jay and Public Storage. The facility was super clean too!

Staff is friendly. Overall the place is clean and clean. Only wish they had a trash can or dumpster so that I can toss out whatever trash That I may have. Not sure if this is a good or bad thing but all of the carts get locked up once the office is closed to prevent them from being stolen. Thus keeping the rental fees down. :-) Only issue is that if you do need a cart you will have to bring your own if its after office hours. :-/

Able to reschedule several times as things kept changing. Brianna was able to show me several unit sizes so I could get the right one. Both Jay and Brianna were able to help with what i needed including packing supplies. Needless to say I started moving my stuff right away.

Brianna and Jay were very nice and helpful. Great customer service. The facility was clean. Although it’s a little pricy, first months rent was half off.

Having experienced a lot of different storage units I can gladly say this public storage is a great place to store your things. Jay and Brianna are immensely helpful, friendly, and always willing to help. The storage units are clean, secure, and not hard to access. I had a unit on the second floor and had no problems with it. The elevators are large freight elevators with plenty of room to get in and out with a large cart of boxes or furniture. I would definitely come back here if I was in need of another storage unit. And I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure, clean place to store their items.

Jay and Brianna were absolutely amazing! Stored there for a year and a half and never had an issue. Easy to use loading area and several carts available.

This is the most horrible storage unit ever. These people are unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. I can not believe the experience I am having with this company. I would never recommend anyone to this storage services. Almost every employee acts the same way. Also other people who have storages here as well say the have the same experience and are getting ripped off for their money. Besides getting ripped off I feel that customer service and employees wanting to be helpful should be important but with PUBLIC STORAGE they will not help you, answer any simple questions, they are rude, they will cuss at you and then hang up. DO NOT GET ANY STORAGE SERVICE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE HELL.

I really like how clean and well taken care of this location is. Everyone in the office is friendly and go out of their way to help. Today Jay was very courteous and helped solve an issue we were having.

I had a great experience renting out a space at this Public Storage. When the first PS I stopped at didn't have climate controlled storage areas they associate phoned the this location to confirm they had units available before I drove over. It was getting close to closing time but Jay hooked me up. He also made the the experience fun. The location looks new and is very clean. Plus they have a bunch of moving supplies and the first month's rental is $1 !!!!! I definitely recommend checking out this PS if you are in the market for additional storage space.

Fantastic experience at this Public Storage. Jay at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The units are very clean and well kept, and access is easy via two large elevators. Neighborhood is safe, and easy to get to off the freeway. I'd recommend this facility to anyone needing quality storage at prices much more reasonable than you'll find further towards L.A. A very positive experience all around.

I have been renting a unit for my business for over a year and they continue to provide excellent customer service overtime I use the unit. I highly recommend this location for any storage needs and especially the temperature control unit. Jennifer has been very helpful and easy to work with and if I ever need anything, she has been very quick to help. If someone has any storage needs, this is the place in Oxnard.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jennifer, Haley and Jay were great! I was impressed by how nice and clean the property was. Everyone was very inviting and I was greeted as I walked in the door. Jennifer showed me a couple of units that she thought would work and I chose one. As we were finishing up paperwork they had me laughing, which is great because moving is always hectic. I would recommend this one if you are looking to store things. I met him today for the first time and I felt as if I had known him for a lifetime. This review is based on my experience when going to select my storage unit. I came in about 30 before they were going to close and was greeted by Sammy and Dana. Sammy proceeded to talk me through the process of getting a unit (which I knew nothing about) and helped me pick the right size unit. After, we got a tour of the unit and I was able to ask more questions. I wasn't sure what kind of lock I would need but Sammy showed me and said they sell them at the desk. Perfect! After signing all the paper work, Dana offered to go and up the lock on my unit. When he came back down he requested a new lock because the first one seemed a little defective. I really appreciated this gesture, he could have just left it instead he got the new lock and went up again to put the new one one. I had a very pleasant experience with Sammy and Dana. They have a great work dynamic and seem like good friends. Which took the ease off because I didn't feel like I was getting scammed. I got a great deal on my unit too.
