It was a Saturday and I had a UHaul with my storage from Yucaipa. No one was in the office when I arrived. I made a call and Lauren was able to take care of me right then over the phone, from start to finish. She was great and made sure everything was done correctly so I didn't have any problems. I would definitely recommend Public Storage to everyone. And, there is a discount on your first months rent which is a great incentive after the expense of the U-Haul.

Desiree is THEE best property manager I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Very attentive and detail oriented. She runs a people business not just a storage business. She takes the time to know the people she's serving as well as their needs. Most issues you find at other facilities have to do with miscommunication- our girl Desiree won't allow that. The information provided is thorough, and she won't let you walk away without a solid understanding of not just how it's done but why it's done this way. Truly a pleasure to have met her. Very happy with who is handling my property on site.

I had a very unique situation where a family member tried to prevent me from receiving my grandmother's belongings that were held in a unit here. I live in Alaska, so this was very hard to navigate as I was being told incorrect information by the family member. I was fearful that I would lose all my grandmothers belongings. Desiree made sure that I didn't!! I have spent the last three months on the phone with Desiree. She has gone above and beyond tohelp me and made sure that my grandmother's stuff was not taken from me. I'm proud to say all her belongings are now with me and Alaska and Desiree was so helpful with all of this. I cannot thank your company enough. Desiree is a wonderful asset to this businesss. Though I only utilized the storage unit for a short period time, I must say I was impressed with the quality service I received, especially from the Property Manager, Desiree Y. From the moment I spoke with Desiree she displayed great professionalism. She was excellent at communicating, had a charismatic personality, and well versed & knowledge of her job. Prior to arriving to my storage, I talked to Desiree by phone, she explained thoroughly what I had to do, and offered to walk me through the registration process. She even assisted me with troubleshooting a minor glitch I experienced while registering. Upon arriving to my storage unit, she went a step further by ensuring I had completed everything in terms of the app. She brought over a cart to load my items onto & advised where they were usually located in case I needed one. Also, I noticed her cleaning & assuring the upkeep of the property. Overall, just top tier. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to give credit where credit was due. Desiree was simply amazing!

I just got a unit from this place a few days ago. Desiree made us feel like our items where gonna be safe and secure she explained all the rules and how she takes care of anything and made us feel completely comfortable. She definitely went above and beyond I have gotten a few storage places in different areas. They never explain there rules or times so half the time you end up finding out the hard way what time the gates lock. But here she went thru everything to make sure we knew everything we needed to know. This was a temporary storage unit but if I’m ever in the area again and need a unit definitely would be coming here first

I haven’t rented a storage in awhile and was nervous about picking the wrong location with so many options but I’m glad I stayed local and chose the Upland location off Euclid. Since the beginning I haven’t run into any issues and that’s above what I expected to be honest. The prices are more than fair and the staff is very kind and always there to help. I would recommend this place to anyone.

BE PREPARED TO WAIT AN HOUR TO USE A CART. This place has gone way down. As much as we pay for a unit and they can’t afford to have two members on staff? Had to wait a half hour for an employee to become available to check out a cart then was told the employee would be going on lunch and would have to wait for them to return to get my ID back. This is in no way the employees fault and they have always been kind and courteous. This is the fault of the company. On another occasion the elevator was broken and we had to wait to find an employee to unlock the stairwell for us. Then we got locked in the stairwell and had to call the desk repeatedly to be let out. It was ridiculous. They need two employees at a time.

This unit is very clean and well maintained. Desiree, the property manager, was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. It was great speaking with her and she made the experience even better for us. I would recommend!

The elevator at the storage was not working and Desiree ( Euclid location) was able to look into it and found the cause of the problem and I was able to unload my stuff using the elevator. Would not being able to if it wasn’t for Desiree’s help.

I have had this storage place for multiple years and Desirre's service is consistently exceptional. She manages the operations at the facility and always makes the time to help and assist us with all that we ask as well as offering water since it was a hot one day. We have often seen her making the same time for other tenants. We are grateful for her hard work and her genuine kindness that go a long way 🙌🏼 so thank ya!
