My husband and I have never utilized a storage facility, we researched and researched and chose the MacArthur Blvd location because of the people who manage it. From the minute we walked in, David held our hand through the entire process, he is a consummate professional, so very personable, and incredibly thorough. Our unit move in went smoothly, he went through every step with us, we had not one ounce of stress. I went to several PS locations, David and Kent made this one the stand out. Don’t bother looking anywhere else.

(Update) We needed a bigger space and David was kind enough to help us with the transfer the same day that we needed it. Really appreciate his help. Kent the manager was very kind and helpful. He took the time to show us how everything worked and helped us find what was more convenient for us. Really helped us out when we were in a pinch.

Certainly, the facility itself, being located near the 405, Harbor, and MacArthur, is very convenient. And it's clean and very well organized, spotless even. But it's the service and support that Kent provided that has really sold us on this Public Storage location. With so many Orange County storage locations to choose from, I'm really glad we chose this one.

BE CAREFUL Scam and very bad customer service .. My truck parked there for two days and lost 2000$ worth of stolen tools I had to move out and they refused to refund me or to check security cameras so I had to move out and they still charged me a huge amount and send me to a collection agency that seems to be working from out of the country and risk compromising my personal information. I tried many times contacting storage manager and corporate office millions times till I got someone to answer me and I only got fake promises

Decided to find storage in OC as it was cheaper. Looked at all my options and very happy with choice. Clean, great staff, and easy access from freeway. The only downside is there is limited parking to unload and only 2 carts for whole facility.

I rented at this location for nearly six years and had a wonderful experience! The property is very spacious and clean, but above all, the customer service is amazing. I originally chose this location because it was climate-controlled, conveniently located near the freeway, and I got a great deal by booking online. I was very happy renting here, but I moved to south OC a few years back and wanted to have my storage closer to home. When I was moving out, the manager, Kent went above and beyond to make sure my move-out process was smooth and was very accommodating! Although my new storage is closer to home, it is not near as nice as this location and has much shorter access hours. We will miss coming here for our storage. Highly recommended!!

Do not park a vehicle in their secured lot!! We were traveling from Wisconsin to California and needed to keep our teardrop camper in a secured location for a couple of weeks. Came back to find $2000 worth of equipment stolen. They jimmied the window and opened the door. We had a side tent that I spent hours sewing and customizing that will be of no use to anyone. They also stole the Thule Dockslides for our kayaks, but the base is on the teardrop so they will be of no use to anyone either. It is simple to see it was an inside job. Who steals from people with your own interests??!! Google reviews were very good at this place. But going on Yelp is a different story and explains what is really going on here. We called police twice during the day and never came. I suspect they are tired of coming to this place. We also never heard back from management after many calls. I wish I would have checked ALL reviewing places. I would have never put it there.

Kent you are awesome! I ran into this public storage location with my mother-in-law last minute and he took the time to explain everything to us and he even walked us to the unit to make sure we knew where everything was and how to access things easily. Now a days with everything going on globally, people/companies seem to not have the time and/or staffing to really give people great customer service but Kent took his time and really made us feel special; it means a lot in today's world. Kent Powell is very professional, friendly, and dedicated to working with the customer until they solve their storage problems. When I lost the key to the second lock on my unit he came up with an excellent solution, implemented it immediately, and called me the same day to let me know the problem was solved. I've rented many storage units at several different storage facilities over the years for work. My experience at this Public Storage was BY FAR the best!! I made it to the office 10 mins before closing and Kent was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, and pleasant to work with. He helped me find a unit that was even better than the one I was looking at online...aaaand it was even less expensive! The facility is super clean, well lit, and Kent is always very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend renting here.

Horrible location. Had our truck siphoned our first day there and then had the cops called on us because we looked suspicious. Like I didn't know going to my own unit was a crime. Would not recommend.

This storage is clean, but not secure. The door and window of my trailer have been broken, and the tools in it have been stolen. The employee told me that I need to call 911 and insurance company. No policeman showing up after calling 911. .

Great storage facility! We had our family heirlooms stored in this facility for several years up until recently, when they were distributed to family members and we shut down our space. We really liked the climate control, our fotos and other documents were perfectly preserved over the years. I can´t think of any negatives for this location. Anwar and then Kent, the general managers we interacted with, were terrific! Highly recommend!

So I went to pickup my RV for a quick trip and discovered my catalytic converter had been stolen. This comes on the heal of a theft about 9 months ago (nothing stolen, but about $1,500 in damage. Like others, office says to call the police, but offer no assistance and no explanations (call your insurance company). By the way, as I was discovering the recent theft, the office assistance was walking back to the office with a trash bucket filled with shattered glass. You may think the price sounds good for an RV storage unit, but it cost you more then a secure/guarded facility.

The most unsafe place I have ever stored, it might actually be safer to store on the street, this place is also a public restroom open to the public for anyone from the street to walk in and use the restroom. Multiple people appear to be living there weekly occurrences of trespassing. Good luck to anyone trying to reach customer service also.

Anwar was courteous and efficient, helping me right away with my checkout. It's also cool to have gate access via the app now. Oh and John helped me check-in and he was also helpful and quick.

The access gate seems to be open during the day, but even then in order to access the units themselves you need to go through the elevators which require an access code. Once inside, the common areas are clean, the unit I rented was clean, and the lock provided had sufficient keys. Overall an easy and good experience!

That's for only a 10x15 every month but it's safety it's okay not the best

A pretty good storage facility, but be careful, as prices tend to creep up over time. The price of my wife's unit has nearly doubled over the course of 4 years.

DO NOT STORE A RV OR TRAILER HERE!! IT WILL GET BROKEN INTO! Management doesnt care. The cameras do not work. They do not prevent outside entry. The gates and walls are not secure. Again DO NOT STORE A TRAILER HERE! We lost over 1000 dollars in stolen items and over 3000 dollars in damages. No reimbursement! This place is the worst place you can store anything. Jack is super cool though.

Massive amounts of they at this site for the outdoor spaces! They say they have cameras and a security gate, but doesn't mean squat. If you are storing a trailer, car, rv outdoors here.... Be warned.

DO NOT CONSIDER THIS STORAGE UNLESS YOU HAVE JUNK! We are intelligent professionals. Why did we not go to the reviews before we stored our RV here??? After we rented, I had the feeling we should go check on it after more than a week. At first glance, all looked fine...until we noticed that ALL of the storage compartments on our RV had been jimmied and the locks were broken! Obviously, the thieves tried everything...to get into our RV. We did not leave any valuables in the compartments, but we discovered the extension cords and adaptors and some other electricals for our full hook up were gone! The thieves also tried to open our side-outdoor tv and stereo, but failed - not without a bad scratch into the side of our rig in an attempt to break in. While we were there, a Santa Ana Police Officer approached us in his car (as I wanted to call the police but we were deciding whether $300 damage was worth it) and he said he was there for another break-in but he could take our report after! Then, we see a travel trailer across from us with a busted out window!!!! WHAT WERE WE THINKING! DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE - NO MATTER THE PRICE - unless you do not care about your property!!!!!!!!!!!! Public Storage at this location is a JOKE!

Public Storage has great move in specials and Anwar the manager can help facilitate that move in. Property is clean and easily accessed but the 405 fwy near Costco.

Best Public Storage EVER. I literally thought is was a brand new facility. Anwar is the manager there and he has been at the facility for 13 years and with Public Storage for 15 years. He gave me a great deal and the PERFECT spot for what we needed for our business van. We had been keeping the van on the street and it got egged. I’m so glad that we now have it in a safe place with camera surveillance. I was a bit afraid that the location was in Santa Ana but this has got to be the nicest place in Orange County for a Public Storage. It is safe, clean, open, and well lighted. I never write reviews but Anwar was so nice, I had to write this one.

The onsite staff and manager are wonderful accomidating people. The corporate management is horrific. They have made storing you possessions there a nightmare. Setting policies that make it less welcoming and not treating their customers well. I am still waiting for the district manager to return a phone call. I guess when you aren't really interested in customer service and more interested in profit margins your long time customers leave.
