Very conveniently located storage off main road. Nahid was a pleasure to work with even though I arrived without at appointment! She helped me check out the space and was sympathetic to the issues I was having at another storage. We looked at the storage space she had available for me and it was very clean and did not smell gross. Only wish the gate access hours opened earlier and closed a little later but overall great experience. Checking in was very easy!

We had a very complicated situation due to our niece’s belongings being stored in a friend’s unit and the friend was no longer responding to e-mails, texts or phone calls. Lily, the manager, was extremely responsive to our situation and worked tirelessly with us to legally gain access to the unit so we could retrieve my niece’s belongings. The facility was clean and orderly. If we ever had to use a Storage Facility again, we would contact this Public Storage Facility first before resorting to another storage facility. I was there with my girlfriend on 5/5/22 at this facility location. As we walked in the office, we’re greeted with a friendly and happy smiles by Ms. Lilly. She helped us in choosing the right size storage space for our needs and gave a thorough walk in inspection of the unit with attention to the lock and security. We like the unit which was available at the time, very convenient coming out from the elevator. Ms. Lilly explained to us in detail regarding fees and monthly charges and guide us through the whole process including gaining entry access. She’s very knowledgeable, customer oriented and well deserves a promotion.

This is the public storage I wanted to go to which is right down there way from my house but all public storage are different even though they're owned by the same company they can charge different prices at different sites for this this site it was $40 more then the site that I had to drive three times the distance.

I recently had a great experience at this location. Lily called me immediately after I had made reservations with the corporate call center to rent a storage unit. She also promptly contacted me and followed up with me on the following day when I was scheduled to come in her office and view the storage unit. When I finally arrived there, I noticed right away that her location and her units were very clean. Lily asked me if I needed any miscellaneous moving supplies, locks, boxes, tape, etc. Lily was super friendly and very courteous and she had such a very positive attitude throughout our entire interaction. I had some questions about the billing so Lilly kindly and patiently answered all of my questions very thoroughly and very professionally. It was very pleasant to talk with Lilly and she treated me very respectfully. I definitely recommend to anyone to reserve and rent a storage unit at Lilly's location!
I've used public storage in the past but this location stands apart! The manager Lilly is a very sweet and personable woman, her and her staff were very accommodating. My experience there was beyond satisfactory, I even had perfect location which provided seamless access to my storage. I have a storage unit all the way in Santa Clara but I was told I could go into any local Public Storage office to make my monthly payment. I walked into the office and was immediately greeted by the Manager on duty Deanna. She was very Friendly and quick to find my account. She took my Payment without any problems and had a smile on her face the whole time. From what I could see the property looks quiet and is very well maintained. We had a great experience renting with Public Storage, great customer service, more power!!!!!
Rude, unprofessional, and over $100 in fees charged on first month. After agreeing to the rental price, I was then told I was required to purchase their lock, required to purchase insurance, required to pay a set up fee, and required to put account on automatic renewal and must give 3 day's notice before I could end my rental. At sign up, I was assured that, after my first month, I could extend by days or weeks at a prorated amount. Everything changed once I cancelled my automatic renewal. I was called 3 times by the abrupt and aggressive manager that I would be charged. I told her that I had cancelled the renewal online and only needed a few more days of storage. She told me I could not rent partial month and must pay the full month. The only good thing? Since I was required to purchase their insurance, I expect to be reimbursed for the holes in my couch that were made by a rat (with rat feces and urine all over my couch and 2 lounger chairs).

Last week, in one of my many visits to San Jose I decided to give this storage facility a visit to inquire about the availability and pricing in case I need to use extra storage for my moving. Recently I put a good review about Keith but all that has changed I went in today to put some things away and was locked in the storage area and talk to him via intercom and told him the problem but his smart mouth was being impolite, so I asked why are the gates closed and not working he says I told you the systems down but we had a break in so the gates are closed and we have to call to get in and out and that is inconvenience so I told Keith why don't you guys notify customers of the mishap that has accrued, he says we don't have to do anything! like a smart ass! Who wants to stay trapped behind gates in 90° heat when these people are in an air conditioned building! Its common courtesy to notify us by email so this sort of miss communication won't happen again . Keith needs better direction in customer service relation

This was our first ever storage rental experience. The Manager, Lily was courteous and efficient as she showed us the facility. We found an easy access unit that will be perfect to store items for a month or two. She very carefully went over all aspects of the paperwork required and the entire transaction was completed in less than 30 minutes. The rental procedure was quick and easy. My storage location was clean and easy access. All of my questions were answered with courtesy. Thank you the manager, LiLy, for the best customer service she provided. I'm glad that I chose this location.

Really well maintained. Lily assisted me in getting my storage unit. Showed me a few different ones until I decided on one that I liked. She was quick, friendly and had me moved into my own space relatively quickly which was a definite plus. Can't say anything bad about this location, I highly recommend this location!!!

I personally Don't rent at this location but came in to purchase some boxes. Elizabeth gave me some excellent ideas to pack as well as customer service. She was real creative and funny. I will definitely will be renting at this location in the future when needing storage. Give this location a 5 stars review.
