I originally had a reserved space at another storage facility and came to this location by mistake but I met Jasmine who is the manager and she made it an easy decision for me to rent with her. She walked me through everything and made it easy to understand.

I helped my son move into a storage unit which was difficult enough. Jasmine however really made this a great and easy experience. She was the only good thing that happened during this hectic day. Today I went to a public storage on Quimby to inquire about a unit that me and my wife will be needing in March. We met a lady her name was Milani, she made our experience so pleasant she was very friendly and knowledgeable of the size we will be needing. She explained the rental process very thoroughly and ensured us that if we had any questions in the near future that we could call back or stop by. My wife and I will be coming back in March to rent a storage unit. Hope to see milani again. Great experience!

Surfing the internet I decided to look up any storage units that were available and at a reasonable price. Being that my wife was shopping at the mall I managed to pull up the closest storage unit facility and public storage came up and to my amazement it happened to be across the street from the mall so I decided to go over and just get an estimate on the lowest priced unit that they had available. Overwhelmed with excitement I had not only found a storage facility but found a unit that was to my affordability the young lady that was there was so helpful and so knowledgeable and so kind as to give me all the information that I needed and to top it off a deal on the storage unit that was perfect for my ordeal. Jasmine was so careful and kind and courteous that my day had reach its peak of perfection and Jasmine being the sweet young lady that she is did everything possible to make my day a dream come true thank you Jasmine you are so sweet and so knowledgeable and so helpful that I could not have done it without you again thank you Jasmine and bless public storage for being the company that they are and in my opinion they are the lead and number one in service and in hospitality that I have ever seen. again thank you Jasmine you are very very skillful and not only that but you also have a heart to help out the person instead of just looking at a some of numbers and would rather help a person get the best deal and best that they can get or the price that they can afford again God bless you public storage and Jasmine.

I rented a space here close to 2 years ago even though it would have been cheaper to rent at extra space but i rented at this location because the girl who manages the property (Jasmine) is GREAT at customer service and she talked me into renting here because of the great security measures they take to insure your stuff is safe and im glad i DID! My brother in law recently rented at extra space and his unit was broken into and the police nor the extra space employees couldnt do anything to help him. This quite possibly the only place I will rent at. First off let me start by saying I rented the largest space which is a 10X30 I was given a great deal that I found online and as soon as I made the reservation the property manager called me within 2 minutes of me making the reservation. I thought that was GREAT! I came into rent the next day and was greeted with a HUGE SMILE from Jasmine The property manager. She answered all my questions fast and efficiently she made me feel like my questions were important to her. After calling Around many storage places the public storage on Quimby rd was the best! Great customer service. The manager Jasmine helped us she understood the situation I was in and was able to get us a unit that fit our budget at a great price!!! So happy I found this place! This property is GREAT! Thank goodness for public storage . We had to move my mom into a senior facility and we had to sell her house . Never having used storage before I wasn't sure what to think . I feel comfortable with her stuff being here.
