Easy access and very clean facilities. The attentiveness to maintenance and upkeep is very important to me and impressive.

Listen, if you know someone is on their own time, you leave them alone but when I tell you this woman did not care and helped me anyways, I was impressed. She was still very nice and walked me through my concern long after it was dark.

Have been renting here for a while and there are a few big issues. The office is never open. you need to make an appointment or go to another public storage if you want anything from there. The biggest issue I can see is the clientele. I have experienced a lot of weird people around this place. People empty their entire units in the hallways so you can't even get into your unit. I have heard loud fights happening in other units when I am in mine. There are people who pull their cars in front of the gates and never open the gate, they just sit on their phones and block it so you can't come in. I have had less than stellar experiences with the staff here. I have overhead people in other units say they are storing shelves of car batteries and other chemicals. It's really a shame because this could be a great place. I feel like perhaps a security person could clean the place up nicely. As of right now it can be a bit sketchy going in there. I had a guy approach me one night to ask if I was there to purchase the "scooter" he even did the finger parenthesis. So wouldn't be shocked if some dealing is happening there. May be moving out of here soon. It stinks to drive 20 minutes to storage to discover some rude people have filled the entire hallway and you can't get to your unit. It happens a lot here. Also the app feature that opens the gate has not been working for a while very well. Also as others have stated here I have found tons of ants in the unit and there is no food or anything in there so I have no idea why.

I have been doing the storage unit thing here in San Diego for decades. Out of all the many options available this one is a hidden gem. This is important living here because the bulk of the population is living in smaller quarters than the rest of the country. As a result most have to use have to use outside storage facilities. First of all this location is great. Small side street with little to no traffic. The site is always clean. The manager is always available, which can be very important if issues arise. Never had one in the year I have been here. She always has a smile and is positive and helpful when needed. Many thanks. Phil

It's dirty and the energy of the people who work there is the same as you can clearly see. The Bathroom has been like this for days and the cleaning lady took out the trash but didn't clean. Clearly. I will be moving my stuff REAL SOON. Don't rent for these people . There are ants EVERYWHERE. Clean Cleaning Lady 🙏🏾

I have been using public storage for 6 months now. I love that it is open later than other places and how with the app you don't have to get out of your car to get in the gate. The service is great also, i had some concerns the other day and Luz was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and was very pleasant to talk to both on the phone and in person.

At this location, I was able to get helped by Martha and we were able to view and rent a unit right away. Thank you!

I was very hesitant on renting out a storage, but luckily I was able to speak to kufanya on the phone, she was very helpful and answered all the questions I had!(and I had a LOT) Now I’m looking forward on renting out with them with no hesitation.

Rate hikes constantly. When they would have an introductctory price for new clients, their existing clients could not partake in the savings. And the best part, I closed my account after 5+ years on the 16th of the month, asked for a refund on the existing time left on my storage space, and I was told ' No. We do not do refunds. You should have cleared out your space on the last day of the month so that you could get everything you paid for". The only reason I kept the space for a lengthy time was because of my living and financial situation. Worst storage experience ever.

I was a little nervous to be alone in the storage unit so I went to the front desk to ask for help. This sweet girl named Cat was so helpful and made sure I felt safe! She deserves recognition! Thank you so much for your assistance.

When moving everything can be a hassle and difficult…the whole process here was quick and easy! I did everything online and when getting to the property Martha was extremely polite, helpful, efficient and had an amazing attitude! I had an amazing experience with the staff at this facility. I was late after closing and the front desk personnel was so hospitable and informative even though it was closing time. Martha, the person running the front desk helped me finish the application process, helped me get my gate code and even escorted to the storage unit after closing!!! Great service ! In and out with no problems

It was my first time renting out a space and, Alesha made it so easy for me! Thank you!

Facility is dated, no lights in the units, wood floors that allow you to see into units below, and had issues with water leaking when it rained. Notified the woman at the front of the leak and she said she could put in a request and that it would take time, recommended moving things out of the way of the leak. Didn't seem to care, it was only after I pushed for an actual solution did she offer to rent me a different unit, and I was still charged a fee for having both units for that one day. Rent increased by 40% this past month, which they notify you through the mail instead of your email or the app they make you download. Never had issues with the company until this location, but this will be my last time using a Public Storage facility.

I got my unit broken into, they stole my tvs my chef tools and broke a bunch of expensive glassware. Sadly they said I didn't get insurance even though I remember talking to the person about it on the phone when I got the unit. The staff was nice but I don't recommend this place because someone renting their stole all my stuff.

Melanie was a sweetheart! You don’t get quick, efficient service like that at just at any storage facility!! It was so good I referred my friend Angela to come by and grab one of their last units!! The facility is so clean and easy to use the downloaded Public Storage application on your phone to open all the elevator doors as well as access the gate without opening the window of your vehicle. Beautiful! I still think about this review and it’s still the best storage facility I’ve ever had especially in San Diego.

Martha was such a great help!! She gave excellent & easy directions to follow once my GPS fowled up. If it wasn’t for her I might have not found the place. Once there she answered all my questions from pricing to location, she even provided me w/a measuring tape so I could triple check & make sure everything would fit. Martha even spoke *** in Español *** making it easier for my mom to understand what was going on. I feel safe knowing I am leaving my things w/someone like Martha.
