Anna is amazing! Very professional, conscientious, knowledgeable , and awesome customer service. The facility is very clean and perfect climate-controlled temperature. I had a great experience!

Tammi was the best!!! She helped me switch units, was very efficient, friendly, and just AWESOME!. She even followed another patron to their car to secure a cart just for me!!!!! (Cuz they were all busy). Then she brought it to me!!! All Smiles!

My husband and I needed a local storage place that was clean, safe, and reputable. We chose correctly with Public Storage on Arnold Drive in Martinez, Ca. The facilities are all of the above. One important part of our experience is the assistance we received from Reggie, a woman who really does exemplify customer service. She was attentive with my questions, resolved an issue we had with creating my access code, and has always been friendly and welcoming whenever we see her. It is a pleasure to experience people who truly care about the work they do and how important it is to the people they are providing a service to. Thank you, Reggie. Needed a inside storage, so I came here, and I'm grateful I did. Upon walking in, I was immediately helped by Lisa Marie. I asked about seeing a unit and the price, etc. She promptly showed me the unit, and I decided on renting it. Lisa Marie was exceptional in providing excellent customer service, support, and overall friendliness. I'm super grateful for all her awesome help! I highly recommend this Public Storage facility.

The facility is clean. The 1st floor hallway even smelled good. The lady at the front Latrese was helpful and friendly.

Can not rave enough about Latreese at the Martinez facility. Super sweet and super helpful. After a stressful house fire she was a breath of fresh air to work with! 🩷

Not a well run location. Staff was rarely in the office and never returned calls. Services offered to me when I first rented, were not lives up to.

Excellent customer service from LaTrese. She was instrumental in delaying a rental increase ( by 6 months). She's very cordial, informative, respectful and professional. I wasn't sure PS was going to be able to adequately replace the previous manager at this facility,,,, but it seems as though LaTrese up to the challenge. Well done LaTrese,,, we're glad to have you.

The property is excellent . Watch out for the property managers some are good but the bad ones real bad .

Latrese is a wonderful addition to this property. She is friendly, efficient, and always keeping busy. When she isn’t assisting a customer in the office, she is out tidying up around the property, ensuring it is well-kept and clean, inside and out. There’s plenty of parking and the units are easily assessable through their app. Very convenient location!

I rent from 2014. Every year the price go up with no reason. The customer service do not exist. I try to talk with manager for obtaining a long time fix rate.....nothing. All I obtaining was" sshut up and pay! " No respect for me, for my money, ... I do not recommend this facilities!. I will moving out this month .. .

I talked to Sally about my reservation and she was the absolute best!! She was super friendly, informative and kind. She answered all my questions and made the process very quick and easy. Sally is amazing and I can’t wait to meet her in person!

Property management failed us. Loaded uhaul up in Sacramento because I was told they would send me access code to get into unit. But got nothing! Tried to call numerous times, but by that time they were closed. So ultimately I rented uhaul from Sacramento and loaded it and drove to Martinez only to return back to Sacramento with a days wasted in uhaul rental, fuel, as well as time. I'm very hopeful that public storage would be will to make this situation right by doing some sort of compensation.

Do yourself a favor and choose a different storage company. Numerous problems with accessing my storage unit despite rising rental prices. If they are charging more, why isn't it going to fixing the building? I was due to move out and they just happened to close the whole facility with no notice during the 2 days when I had a truck rented. They didn't even contact tenants to let us know, so I showed up with a rented truck and could not get in. The number they left on the door never connected to anyone. Unable to get in for 2 days and they have no idea when they will re-open. Yet my rent is rising? Horrible Business. The next time I have enough days off in a row to move out of my unit (as I was moving to San Jose when I couldn't access my unit) is several months later. I haven't had my stuff in weeks because they were closed when I moved! And last month they billed me twice by accident and still billed me for this month.

My 5* review is for Sally. She's super kind and helpful when you need assistance for anything. Thanks Sally for being so awesome! We have used this Public Storage facility for many years, it is always clean and well kept and I have never had any security concerns.
