Love this Public Storage facility!!! When I migrate my items from the valley im taking them here! The owner operator "Tabitha" is super friendly and does a great job!!!! Other staffers are also very professional. It's super clean and usually lots of parking in front. So it's awesome if you need to off-site pay a storage bill!!! It's also very close to the 605fwy offramp. Makes it easy to get to. And, this is one of the only PS, I know that still prints out your receipt if you need one on paper! I would give it 10* if I could!!!

Read the CONTRACT, all of it. If you're late, they add a $ 10. Fee every ten days plus a lien fee of $ 54.00 all in one months time!

I have been storing here since October last year and I've had nothing short of excellent service from Ricardo. He knows everybody by name and checks up frequently to make sure everything is safe and taken care of. He even lends me his broom sometimes to clean up my unit. So far I have encountered no issues on the security of the place and Ricardo always makes sure the timeliness of the gate is on point. Definitely recommend.

Actually terrible 0 stars if I could, this was my first time buying a unit as I was just Moving Out and after 3 months I was on the verge of taking my things out(which I do not see as a something I should have done sooner AS I PAYED FOR THIS UNIT SO MY THINGS COULD BE SAFE) about a few weeks ago my unit was broken into and about 20 grand worth of items were taken and the only compensation I will be receiving will be half of a half of what I have lost. On top of that not only am I upset about the financial situation I am in right now because of this place my photo albums were stolen which is priceless and I will never get those pictures back again. And a tip from one intellectual to whoever runs this place put some cameras up, seriously that’s a smart investment use ur brain

Ricardo assisted me with obtaining a storage at this location & he was very courteous & extremely helpful. I arrived exhausted from a long day of moving & not in the greatest mood, but Ricardo thoroughly answered all of my questions & even was able to make me laugh! The access hours at this location are better than most: 6am to 10pm everyday. The initial process of renting the storage was easy & super fast because I was able to fill out a majority of the paperwork online. You can even make your monthly storage payment online, saving you from having to make a trip or having to remember to mail in a payment! They even have a bathroom for customers to use that's well maintained & clean!! If you need a storage & this location is convenient for you, don't hesitate, this is a very secure, clean facility with great management!! Please give Ricardo a raise!! He deserves it!!

Holy smokes! I've never had even a remotely decent experience at a storage facility until coming to this Public storage yesterday. I didn't catch her name but the lady behind the counter was super sweet, kind, patient, detailed and even swept out my unit before I moved in. Two thumbs up!

A decent enough storage space. The price is reasonable, but the repeated break-ins is not reassuring. I heard of two incidents that multiple units were broken in to.

Made resverations on line showed up 1 he later Recardo was informative and extremely helpful, we was through in explaining everything, I highly recommend this location for your needs

What times may i enter and exit my storage?

I rented a 5x10 just a few days ago and the staff here was very friendly and helpful. This is my second time renting from here. I would rate the location a 5*star because it's a very organized and safe neighborhood to be in plus the property is very clean from the outside no trash or garbage on the streets. The staff member Ricardo who helped check the unit out to me was very friendly and helpful he showed me the space quick and the payments were fast no lagging or problems. I returned the next day with a cargo van ready to bring everything in the storage unit when I locked my keys and purse in the van by accident. Fortunately the staff member who was on duty was extra kind and helpful and let me get in contact with a Lock Out Smith who opened my doors for a really good price. Even if it was a unplanned and hard predicament the staff member April was still very kind and cool about the long wait. Finally at the end I think it took about an hour or two and I finally got back into the van and started to unload and I finished quick and left right away. Thanks April I appreciate your kindness and patience!

I have been renting a 10X20 unit for the last couple of years but I went larger than I needed and had a bit of wasted space. My plan was to go down to a smaller unit to save some money. Ricardo helped me find the perfect unit! It was the perfect size for what I needed and it was like 8 feet from my first unit which made moving the items much easier than it would have been if I had a unit one building over. I had some last minute issues on my end that made moving into the new unit that day frustrating and stressful but he went above and beyond to help ease my stress. He is just all around wonderful with people and customer service. I've had servers in nice restaurants unable to give me the service he did. I pay a little more at public storage than I would with their smaller "mom and pop" competitors nearby but for good reason. Staff like Ricardo is a very big reason! Plus they are open later than the other places, are cleaner and newer, and very organized. Security is a big plus. But please if one of Ricardos bosses reads this, give him a raise!!! 😊

I came in to this location asking about prices and sizes. I didn't end up renting because I had to talk my roommate about it. But the girl that was there Jessica was very nice, hard working and really helped me out with all my questions. When I came I wasn't sure if I was going to get a space but after the help Jessica provided she change my mind. What a great nice girl she is. I heard about employees putting customers first and this girl is an example of it. I'm gonna come back just because of her helping hand.

Perfect service. Daniel the property manager is very knowledgeable.

The manager Jessica was very courteous and helpful with introducing me to the property. The facility is not as new secure and spacious as others I have been to. However, it is cheaper, and they have more vertical space than any other facility that I ever visited. If you want a cheap long-term deal and you are not going to go often to mess with your packages, then this is the place to go to.
