SEPTEMBER 2024 UPDATE REVIEW:
My key broke off today. Tony was there to offer assistance to me right away. I have not had any issues since I have been here. So far I am satisfied. I will update it to a 4-star for my satisfaction.

I had question today and went in and spoke with a young girl named Jackie! She was so nice and professional! Answered all my questions and because of her I think I'm going to go ahead and open up a storage unit here because of her! What amazing service!

I recently used Public Storage for my storage needs and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Sipi was incredibly friendly and helpful. she took the time to understand my requirements and recommended the perfect unit size for me.
The facility is spotless and well-maintained, with excellent security measures in place. I felt completely at ease leaving my belongings there. Accessing my unit was a breeze, and the convenient hours meant I could get to my things whenever I needed.
The prices are very competitive, and I appreciated the transparency with no hidden fees. They also offer a variety of packing supplies, which was a lifesaver during my move.

My door wasn’t closing and Sipi came in and literally saved my day!!! She came and helped me bring my door down. She also brought me a shade umbrella because it was very hot which was above and beyond. I couldn’t have down that without her. This facility is the best!

Wonderful customer service
I had a bad experience with them.In JUNE,2024, they just automatically rase my monthly payment. I moved out at the end of June. I asked them for credit back, they can't process it. After that i was trying to call customer service they said i need to rent a new space with them then they will give me discount on it. That just doesn't make sense.

I have to remind the potential customer never use the Public storage! My stuff was immersed due to their fire water leaking. When I asked for checking and made reimbursement for my lost, they said it's not caused by water leaking, they lied without their mouth even they saw the truth. I don't trust anyone there anymore. Be careful of their commcial needs, They will push your Good review at the first met, Don't do that. I have to say everyone of the public storage is dishonest, shame on the name of PUBLIC STORAGE. Just avoid any PUBLIC STORAGE because when You have lost Even I asked for the headquarters customer services, they didn't respond until NOW.
