My first visit the to the facility was wonderful. The lady in the office was very respectful, informative, helpful, and friendly. She answered any and all the questions I asked.

Update: The previous 5 star rating should have been deleted. As helpful as one person was, I had noticed unsolicited changes on my account without my consent and my key was given to a non-emergency. Life Pro Tip: keep an eye on your personal property and periodically check your accounts for changes.

Cecilia is an amazing representation of Public Storage at its best. We are so blessed to have met her today. She went above and beyond in assisting us with checking into our new space.

I’m paying $103 every month for a 5 X 5 Prices are extremely high, customer service is basically zero. It takes 2 weeks for them to come out and replace a lock if you lose your key and they give you no ETA. If I would have known all of the inconveniences I was going to go through when I signed up I would’ve rather thrown the money away.

This is by far one of the safest/cleanest storages in the Bay Area!! Their manager Kyle was able to help make this whole process so easy and stress free! Moving out is very stressful! Thanks Kyle!!

I have had my storage unit at this location for several years and I have always been happy with the staff BUT I have to give a shout out to Kyle because he is always so helpful, courteous, always gets back to the customer and follows up with things. We had lost the key to our unit and needed to get a replacement. Even though they couldn’t open it for us, their customer service agent on duty on Mon July 31,2023 Michael was extremely helpful with getting us the information we needed and helped us get everything situated. Nicky is the best ever she goes beyond the call of duty. She wa there for me when I left my key in Stockton waited while locksmith came cut off the lock so could put my things in storage. Professionalism is beyond compare. She makes me what to come to Public Storage and because ofher I will recommend Public Storage to all family she is a keeper.

I spoke to Nicky on the phone regarding a payment issue and she was so incredibly helpful!

I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy the leasing process was. Georgia was informative, efficient, and easy to work with. She has a great attitude. My only issue is how expensive my unit is. They say it's market pricing. Whatever. Great management, seems safe (no problems ever), and it's clean.

I have had a storage unit at Public Storage in Castro Valley for a few years now and it has been a pretty satisfactory situation. For the past two years it has been a little difficult to get in touch with management, but we can blame it on the awful plague the world has been experiencing. I recently had to double my storage space and dealt with Kyle to make the change and he has been AWESOME every step of the way. He assisted me in making the change effortless and I really appreciate his friendly demeanor and helpful ways. People like Kyle make the difference! Thanks!!

hello reviewers, hope all is well, i just want to take a min of your read time to let you guys know about my amazing experience at this business facility. i and my family moved out of state but i wanted to lock up a bunch of stuff so At first, I was a bit lost, this is my first time looking around for storage units and trying this one as my first was a great choice in my opinion. I've heard a lot of good things about public storage spaces but that means nothing if it's your first time, when I walked in I was greeted and helped by the nicest employee by the name of KYLE . he let me know how it all worked in order to acquire space, helped me chose the right size boxes & lock that was available within this clean facility and even pointed me in the right direction to which size of space that I needed. it definitely made me feel welcomed and in the right hands, customer service was amazing, and I know it's not often you see a good review be posted here on google but seriously he was incredibly helpful, no cap. I'd definitely be recommending this place to my friends and other people as a place to go for storage spaces

Chelsea is the best. Very accomodating and really explained everything well. I just planned to inquire and shop and compare for other storage companies but due to her friendliness, and expertise I did not need to inquire for other companies instead rented one right away.
