Hello again, I apologize but I would like to add Ethan too. I wanted to write about him too but wasn’t thinking. He is very nice and helpful as well :) Google said I can not write a seperate review but I can add to this one. Today is 12-18-2025 and I just want to say even more good things about Aaron and also David. Both of these folks truly care about helping people. They are always nice and Aaron goes really out of his way to help. David does too. If I cannot talk to one the other one is able to help. You cannot go wrong here. :) Please do something very nice for them as they very much deserve it!! Thank you ! :) Aaron and Ethan both are very friendly and very helpful and very patient with answering all of your questions. Ethan showed me the spaces to rent and was very nice and very patient in signing up and answering questions and Aaron went out of his way a lot!! He even helped clean up a few stains and more and answered any questions and checked to see if I was alright with all that he did. What can I say ?! You can’t get always get this kind of help and care! These two people seem to really care about what they and about you and I’m so grateful for that and them !! Thank you to you both !! :)

A shoutout to Aaron at the 7719 Fair Oaks location of Public Storage. He has been so helpful, pleasant and professional in helping us pay the rent at our units and in dealing with some problems we’ve had there- more than once. His manager is also very helpful, kind and responsive. In fact, all of the employees are what make Public Storage good. Because the way this company has raised the rents on us is actually probably criminal and can be considered usurious. New Year’s resolution #1 is to get our stuff out of there. But until then, thanks to all the staff there- you guys are great! And thank you Aaron.

I have always had good luck with great employees at Public Storage, but my most recent experience takes the cake. Eric, who works at the location at 7719 Fair Oaks Blvd in Carmichael, California was very helpful and directed me to renting a space in a matter of minutes. More than that though, his patience, big smile, great attitude, and overall friendly and polite demeanor make for a fantastic employee. Good job!!! Thank you!

This place is very clean and taken care of compared to the storage unit I had just moved from .I like the fact that my stuff will be secure and I wont have to worrie about cause it's very close to my work.

Stored my stuff no problems but the gate dont load fast enough on my phone to unlock it so I gotta get out an enter my code

I went to this facility yesterday and met Al. I have worked for storage facilities in the past for over 10 years and Al was one of if not the best rep for his company that I have met to date. Al was not only knowledgeable but very professional and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding this facility and I actually felt comfortable as if we really knew each other. I trusted him and that is big for me. There were no high pressure sales tactics and because of that I just wanted to start shopping there...lol. I was unsure of this particular company and Al put my mind to ease for sure.

07/07/24 I've used this property many times for my storage needs over the last 13 years. The current manager Aaron is amazing and always very welcoming. He keep the property and especially the bathroom very clean.

I needed public storage for an emergency place to put some things and I was able to get a place the same day used it for a couple of months and was able to close out the day before I would have had to pay it was easy it was sufficient the employees were extremely professional and helpful it was a good place to store my things for a short period of time and if I had to use it for a long period of time it would have been a good place as well good price good place good people
