I had a storage unit shared with my ex, and after he cleared out his belongings, he left behind a huge mess with trash and oil leaks. I recently suffered a serious motorcycle accident and broke my collarbone, fractured my spine, broke multiple ribs, and injured my liver and spleen, so cleaning everything myself was impossible.
When I spoke with Teri, she listened with so much kindness and compassion. She related to parts of my situation and was incredibly understanding during a really difficult time. After I explained everything, she generously offered to take care of the mess for me. When I asked if I could compensate her for helping, she refused.
I truly can’t express how much I appreciate her support, empathy, and willingness to help me when I needed it most. Teri went above and beyond, and her kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you again, Teri. You are amazing! I greatly appreciate you for everything.

The staff here is great! Very friendly and helpful. The site is always quiet and clean and there are many different size units for whatever you may need it for. If you don't get the right size or you have to upgrade or downgrade, that's always an option if there's one available. The hours are pretty reasonable, but as far as I know they don't have 24 hour access. Which would be awesome, but I'm not sure any in Vancouver offer that anymore. I've got no complaints and am very pleased with being a customer. 🙂

I've had multiple storage units through the years across the country. But the staff here make it such a good experience, I haven't even considered moving locations and I live in Oklahoma now, lol.
