She was so patient with me and answered all my questions. I scheduled a tour the same day and when I arrived Gail was behind the counter. She was super helpful and gave a great tour to see all the unit sizes we requested to view. She was patient with all of our questions and explained the several rules they have for the storage units. Needless to say, I rented out the unit I saw today and Gail took the time to help me download the app and got me situated.
