I do t usually leave reviews but the exceptional service provided by Alan deserves mentioning. I held a unit and a vehicle spot online before arriving in town and Alan called the day prior to confirm and ensure timing would go smoothly. When I arrived he make the experience easy and his can-do attitude made the process easy in spite of a computer issue that came up while I was there. And while I was unloading my stuff he came by with a dolly in case it would be useful. He also called me once the computer issue was resolved to to let me know everything that needed to be taken care of was addressed to put my mind at ease…and it did leave me feeling confident that everything was handle appropriately. I will highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage and great service. Thanks Alan!

Started my rental online and verified/finished procreate the office. The associate that helped me was VERY kind and knowledgeable. The facility location and my individual spaces were IMPECCABLY CLEAN. I also feel VERY secure at this location.

I’ve been calling and leaving massages for two days to talk to the manager of this location, but looks like she/he is not even coming to the office. I’m not sure even anyone work here. I’m locked out and have no keys to get to my unit. This is unacceptable. 4 calls and massages has been made still no answer

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Rats in storage unit. I called and left several voice messages before I heard back. When I did they told me that they would follow up with a solution and they never did. Not to mentioned when I first moved in to the unit, my door was broken and it took them several weeks to fix and get back to me regarding it so I was not able to access my unit for about 2-3 months. Units are so dirty and gross, clearly not cleaned out. There is no communication. I have been calling to see how I can end my lease since no one is ever in the office and have not heard back at all.

Don't do business with Public Storage. I moved out March 31 and received email confirmation of the move out. Since then I have been contacted multiple times per day to make payments that I don't owe for April, as if I still have a storage unit there. These people are crooks. I already spoke to an employee on the way phone about this on 4/2, who lied and assure me I would not be contacted for payment again. I'm sure they successfully scam other people out of extra payments they don't owe, but my next call is the the Washington Attorney General's Office Consumer Protection Division. Shame on Public Storage.

I had storage at this facility for over a year...Not only does this facility have a rodent issue, there is a manager that lives onsite that manages a different facility and her live in boyfriend is a creep (he does not work for public storage). They will charge you late and lien fees you do not owe, lock you out and take your property...
Very good service and helpful
I tried getting my belongings out of the storage unit since November, and the door got jammed. took them over 1 month to even fix it. By the time they fixed it wanted to charge me fees and extra rent when I had not access to my belongings for over a month. 2 months later they still haven't given me access to my belongings and are trying to sell my unit. no one calls back and Gale whom claims to be in office is never actually in office. I've left messages for the manager for a week with no contact from him as well.. I am livid that it's so hard to get in contact with anyone unless they are calling you for money. This place is a total scam and I need to have access to my belongings. I have attached a photo of one of the Thursdays Gale claims to have been “in office”

I used public storage for 4 years. I only had one run-in with one particular manager who was not very friendly. However, overall, for the length of time that I was there, my experience was good. The prices were a bit high, and they did raise them about 2 months before I took my stuff out of storage. I the price went from $253 to $3:12 The jump in cost is why I took my stuff at a storage. That price was for a 10x20. Overall I had a good experience with them. I would recommend them to anybody.

I regret putting my stuff here, back in March they had a break in, we were not notified and then when we discovered it, we were told that there was a problem with locks, then once it was evident that the break in indeed occurred it took forever to get the camera footage and our stuff has not yet been recovered. I am very disappointed that this happened. I feel like Public Storage has failed us, did not take steps to protect our stuff, they do not have cameras in hallways, this has majorly impacted me and my family, I will never use your business again, nor will I ever recommend you to anyone.
Changed my review simply because the owner actually responded to my feedback. At least I know my things are in good hands.

The management's office schedule is split between multiple locations and divided into different days per those locations, making it almost impossible to take care of any business without an appointment firsthand. I recommend calling ahead a day or two prior to meeting.

Got charged a full month for 9 days of renting (no prorating done, which means they rented it out and made double money for that unit).
HUGE issue: The building code is only texted and nowhere in the paperwork, emails or app. Couldn’t access unit due to lost text and no one answers customer service line after hours. Had to pay for a whole new month of rent because I couldn’t access the building and also had to rent uhaul a second time. Office worker apologized but didn’t offer any refund.

If you want a rat infested storage come here. They will look you straight in the eye ask you to get rental insurance while all along knowing they have a rat infestation, no bate stations until I said something on my move out date. Suddenly they appeared everywhere. Deception come and get it. Oh and they will raise your rent after 3 months to invest on your rat eaten furniture and mildew smelling clothes. Let's not forget how it will cost you more to replace your rat bitten items as greedy owners includes the corporate wimpy district regional guy named Mark who didn't return my call. Who took it upon himself to determine no refund. Of course not, don't forget to look people straight in the eye and tell them to not forget rat infested rental storage insurance! Lol
