All 2nd floor storage units have been inaccessible for 2 days and the only response I have gotten is that there is nothing they can do.

I've been a loyal paying customer for about 8 years now and they continue to raise the rent by ridiculous amounts. I ran it up the chain to try and get it reduced but they raised it to $580. That was in April of 2024, I just got an email that they are raising it again next month (3 months later) to $700. Seriously, $700? I can get a studio apartment for that. This is how you treat your good, long term customers? If I move out and move right back in it's $422 for the first month and then $544. But for me, after 8 years it's $700. Beware of these tactics. You get it filled up and they know they've got you stuck. I'll be moving out next month.

I live nearby your facility and your outside alarm system goes off 20 times a day. Fix it please. Not sure how people feel safe with all of the false alarms?

Elevator has been out for a month, zero communication to customers that the 2nd floor would be inaccessible with the exception of limited hours (which are posted) and only via external stairs. The response when calling to inquire was “that sucks” then a chuckle followed by “no idea when that’ll get fixed”. Garbage customer service.

Their only elevator breaks up frequently. It has been broken for more than a month and they don't seem to be in a hurry to fix it. It's puzzling that a storage business where people save their furniture, doesn't have a back up elevator. Since they don't answer their phone, to find out if the elevator has been fixed, I need to send someone since I don't live in the area.

Had a unit for 1 year + and the only elevator up to my unit has been broken on 4 different occasions. I live 45 minutes away and it is beyond ridiculous to have it broken down this often. And then when you try to call nobody answers..ever. Go somewhere else, not worth the headaches

James is the absolute best! He is courteous and helpful: he helps me when I get my key stuck in the lock; and is available to answer all kinds of questions. Don’t ever lose him! Saw James today. As always, he was helpful and answered my questions about logging in. I’m always happy when he’s in the office. I met Mattrell today. She’s very nice! Blake is helpful and I love his accent.

I met Blake the other day and was impressed how well he and his crew kept up the facility. It was impeccable. Blake is always very understanding and patient with me with all my many questions and storage needs.

When trailer parking fees at a previous location kept going up, I was in need of a new solution. I reached out and was pleasantly surprised by the welcome and service I received from Blake. He welcomed me, he showed me the spot, and we even had a couple laughs along the way. EDIT: While the customer experience was very positive, a caution when renting a parking spot. I rented a 10x20 spot, but when I brought my trailer, the spot was only 7 feet wide (measured between the lines). When renting a parking spot, make sure to visit the spot ahead of time and measure it to ensure your vehicle/trailer will fit, because it is not guaranteed.

We needed to get a storage space and Blake walked us through all the options to get the right one for the right price.

I wish I could give negative rating. I do not know anything about this property manager. But this company is scamming people with a $1 per month promotion. On December 31, 2023, I made a reservation with a move-in date of January 11. Before the reservation, I contacted customer service twice, and they assured me that if I moved out by February 10, I would be charged only $1. After confirming the reservation, I noticed a due amount of $180, which I needed to pay by February 1, otherwise, they would charge me an extra late payment fee. I contacted them immediately after the New Year holiday, as they were closed. Now the customer service told me that my rental had already started from December 31. My first response was, "What the ****?" The customer service representative was not friendly at all. I requested to change the rental date to January 11, but they did not consider my request. When I requested a full refund, the customer representative told me that I would only get $1 back. They also charged my credit card $52 ($1 for the first month's rent and $51 for other charges). See how this company is scamming people. I would suggest being wary of this company. I wish I could sue them.

Friendly staff clean storage sheds

By far the best service I have received at any storage facility. Over the years I have had to rent a few different units at different locations, James and Blake have exceeded amazing customer service! They were always willing to help me with anything, the facility is very well maintained and they are always smiling and saying hello. I would recommend renting from here anytime!

Blake is very friendly, and super efficient. He helped me a lot. And the facility is super clean.

This is the best public storage I have ever been to James the manager has been very helpful very thoughtful whenever we needed anything and help me with moving my storage to a bigger storage whenever I see him he says hi he's very people friendly and always asking if there's anything we need I recommended storage to anybody who is looking for a place to store their stuff I give them a 10 out of five stars

In particular I am directing my praise & gratitude towards JAMES. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a friendly smile. He is knowledgable and always willing to go above and beyond plus he's quick with your transaction! He realizes everyone's time is valuable.
