Great place , safe place always make me feel better about my belongings being in a SAFE place
Buys Beware. First time storage unit buyer here and I thought I was getting a good deal. I signed up on a promo or whatever for $99/month “forever” as the add and assistant told me. What I will say is read the paperwork, all of it because my rent never changed. But they did slowly and slowly cut back my discount and ofcourse I was on deployment for all of this. I put enough to cover a year just incase anything happened and by my first port call I was getting charges to my credit card for rent. I haven’t had any issues with the property or people. Overall the area and unit isn’t half bad. Definitely rodents there but I was just storing a vehicle so I wasn’t worried. Overall it’s just a shady business tactic
Ms Tammy is absolutely incredible! She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of completing my storage. Not only did she complete the process with me, she took her time and resent information that was loss and also understood the frustrations during my moving process! She absolutely deserves a raise! :)

The service was cool and futuristic speaking through the little kiosk. I got everything I needed and the lady was nice and helpful. Haven’t checked the storage yet but I’m sure it’ll be fine it looks clean and spacey from the outside.

I started at a little over 150 a month. It's been like 6 months. It was raised 2x now it's 315!!!! Double the price in less than a year?????

It’s been two weeks or less & these folks continue to charge different amounts on my CC when they get ready. There’s no way they done went into my account for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. Never again. I will definitely be reporting this bc I only authorized the first charge.

Well the best thing I can say about Public Storage is that they are the best storage
facility around the courtesy and the professionalism that is shown by customer service. Miss Tammy is very knowledgeable and she makes sure that the customer understands everything about the service that they are providing and I just love her professionalism one stop storage that provides all your needs
Was originally 90 bucks for us. Typically the price stays the same at most places but with these people the longer you stay the more they charge. I'm now paying $250 for a 5x5 which actually measures out 4x4 (false advertisement) secondly they are supposed to give you 60 days before auctioning your stuff off. I was threatened that they'll auction my stuff off, I was 10 days behind on my bill because it went from $150 to $250 charge overnight. Yes $250 for 16 square feet. They also said they'll be cutting the lock off of my unit for being 10 days behind and they can't put a new lock on it. I'm across the country due to the Navy. All I'm saying is just be careful with what you buy. This place is kinda shady in their tactics.

I contacted Public Storage about rates and units. I was directed to the facility on Airline Blvd. The manager at the facility, Karen was able to help me out -- they have these kiosk things that I was not sure how to operate! Karen, very patiently, helped me out and I am going to be telling all of my friends to come to Public Storage!
I contacted this storage location and was assisted by Karen with a kiosk transaction. I am looking to move from my current storage facility and wanted someplace where I could trust that my belongings are secure. Karen was amazing and helped with the whole process.

Airline blvd public storage has the worse management onsite!!!!! If I could leave a review with no stars ZERO STARS THEY WOULD GET!! Before signing my contract I gave the people my move in and move out dates, I never was informed that in the contract before signing that they don’t prorate their rent. I would have to pay $411.00 for an entire month and I was moving out on the 5th of August! So I decided to pack up and move to life storage where their monthly rent is CHEAPER and the staff is more POLITE! I will never store with public storage EVER AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER SEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY EVER! This was a horrible experience I’ve ever endured!

It would have been a 5 but I feel this is a rip whn it was happy boxes everything was fine since I been with public storage my payment done wnt up 3 x and I'm paying triple to what I was paying at first telling me that a good price for what size I have how is it a good price and after you went up here it is not v even 6 months you send me a email saying it's gong up again in a month this is out ragious and wng. Found somewhere else for the same size 150. cheaper and offer the samething.
