I did not receive notice that autopay was cancelled when this place was bought by Public Storage. I did not receive any notice that I had missed a payment until I got an email saying pay now or your unit will be up for auction.
What I did get was a cryptic voicemail saying they wanted to talk to me about the unit with no second call, and they NEVER answered the phone and NEVER called back despite leaving several voicemails.
Two stars cause the unit is good, just really bad customer service.
4/5 stars. When we started our lease the management was very personable and nice and they were never hard to get ahold of. Then they switched owners and got bought out. I had to call 4 times and sent several emails and never heard back from anyone. Finally I got ahold of someone who clearly was at a call center and didn’t speak very good English. Now no one is ever in the office and it was a pain to cancel. Bummer, but overall the facility’s are very clean and the place is nice just don’t expect any good customer service anymore.
Emily, Clara Dawn, and Kennedy were all so helpful. They answered all my questions with a cheerful and friendly demeanor. Especially Kennedy. She was as sweet and kind as the day is long. I highly recommend public storage.

Customer service was amazing and very easy to get the U-Haul.
I rented here for approximately 13 months. Place was relatively clean, staff was nice the few times I had to talk to them. The reason for my rating is the price increases. In the 13 months I was there they raised the rates 4 times. It was the last time that I got the rate increase that I decided I was moving out before it went into effect. Just be warned that the rate will go up every 3-4 months and with as many storage places around the area they are more expensive. I found a place just down the road for 55 dollars less a month with a 12 month price lock for the same size I had here.
I asked Chad for a smaller unit since I sold my mattress and couches, needed something smaller, and I asked him, and he held for me. It's so clean, I will be back here if I ever need another storage place, and I still have my stuff there. Thank you, Chad, for the good customer service and fastest service
Went to pick up a few boxes and my rental truck and Chad was the best! He was friendly, helpful, and patient with me. If you’re looking for moving help of any sort see Chad at the U-Haul on Gordon!!!!
Great help to new movers, current renters and past renters too. My roommate has had a storage unit here for quite some time and the owners treat me family every time we are here even though i only rented a unit in my name for a few months.
