Nice and easy to come and go. Safe environment. Great staff but I'm being charged another month although I was out by or on the first. So that turns my vote from 5 to 3.

This is to be my last month with this storage facility! Misleading integrity. Missing items out of my storage and to pay insurance and get absolutely no compensation is horrific. Staff assured me of credit to my account for awful service and absolutely no credit given. Still want to milk your pocket. I have found cheaper, safer property and surely to take my business somewhere else.

Air conditioning is not working, but they are trying to fix it and have been helpful about the situation. Thank you, Tara.

Tara took great care of me today in getting me setup with a unit that fits my needs and my budget. Thank you! UPDATE: Five months into the lease I receive a notice that my rent is increasing by over 33%. I ask them about it in the office and I am granted a reprieve. Two months later I hit with the same increase, but no reprieve this time. BUYER BEWARE - GREED FLATION is alive and well within PUBLIC $TORAGE. All the front line employees are nice enough, but the suits behind the scene are more interested getting more money than providing storage at a reasonable cost. I will be moving in with smaller local operators instead of sending my hard earned money to a bunch of soul-less money grubbing corporate gluttons.

We are not happy at all. A year ago, we were paying $91 per month. They kept raising our rent from $91 mo to $137 per month this May and now want to raise it to $181. Then,.our other unit’s rent is raised from $181month this May up to $242 for June. Corporate told us our rent would not be changed. Now they say they never said that. I noticed that they make it very difficult to write a review. Yes, their help Brenda and Barbara are very professional, but the organization that runs this is questionable in our minds. We have found other units nearby that are half their price. I will never rent again unless I get a 1 year signed lease..

I have been a tenant of this property on and off since public storage purchased it and even before then. For years this property has been maintained and run very well. Over the past year things have really gone down hill. At present we have a total of 5 units in this facility3 in my name, 2 in my wife’s. So to say we are familiar is an understatement. In the past month (Dec 2021 - Jan 2022) there have been 5 major break-ins that have resulted in pretty substantial loss to the tenants, never mind the damage to the facility. The on sight manager has tried very hard to get corporate to step up security, give the local Sheriff/Constable access at any time for patrolling, etc. No one from corporate or the district office will help her out. She inherited this mess in December. the facility was going down hill long before that. We have complained many times about the state of the facility to include torn up fences, nails in the driveways, broken fire extinguisher enclosures and missing fire extinguishers, blown out lights, leaking of oil and fluids from one unit into ours, foul smells, and other issues. The previous manager did nothing to address. The current manager is trying to do what she can, but the corporate office has effectively abandoned the facility, other than of course collecting rent every month. Public Storage should be embarrassed of the state of this facility. But more, their ignoring of the security flaws, and lack of interest in trying to prevent it is just shameful. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to house your items, PS has no interest in you or your things, it is clear they only care about the money.

That place is greedy and shady!!!! I rented a storage unit there first moving to Tomball TX from Louisiana. I kept my belongings there for four months. The rent there is due on the first so on initial opening my account they pro rated the bill (in there favor of course) for a month and a half. Every month after that I paid my storage rent on time like clock work. The month I decided to move out I promptly had all my stuff out of the storage unit on the first of the month. They had the audacity to send me a message saying I owed them 90$ for the new month because I got my stuff out on the first. (I doubt that) I will not pay them for a month for two hoursvthat they greedily took when they pr o rated my account plus rent for a new month was due on the first my unit was properly cleaned on the first . The service there is way below the average service for business there is never anyone in the office the property manager is never there to speak to customers, and the one time I did have contact with their staff that person was very rude. If you can find somewhere else to store I highly suggest you do so

Ray is amazing 🤩 I found myself in a very unexpected situation where I had to immediately find a climate controlled storage unit that was the right size and in my budget. Ray joyfully stepped up to the plate and took care of me. He helped calm my nerves while he found the perfect unit - and had everything ready for me when I arrived minutes later! Ray provides exceptional customer care. I’m Forever grateful 😇

Up until a month ago, I liked Public Storage, nothing to complain about. However, I recently went to check on my storage unit, and found a dead rat and a live rat in my unit. Apparently they been having issues with rat in that specific building for some weeks now, and have not notified the people who have units in the building at all. The whole building smells absolutely terrible, and there are dead flies all over the hallway. I was told they are addressing the issue, but I have yet to see any form of communication from Public Storage, while the rats (dead or alive) continue to live there. The dead ones are rotting and larva forming inside of the units, and people who don’t check on their units are clueless about this issue.

What an easy experience! I needed short term storage for garage items. I found that this public storage was right down the street from my home. Chris M. Was super helpful. Thank you Chris M. And Public storage for making this easy and economical.

Working with Jackie was great however we rented a unit to house our travel trailer just prior to its purchase to make sure we had a place to store it. Upon arrival with the trailer we discovered that it was not possible to back the trailer into the unit due to the concrete grades immediately in front of the unit that would have destroyed the stabilizers on the rear of the trailer. We never even put a lock on the door but we were refunded of our money. Our thanks to management for making the situation right by us.

We were looking for a storage facility and decided to stop by the 23222 Kuykendahl Rd facility in Tomball, TX. We had visited 2 other storage facilities before deciding to stop by here. Angelica from the time we arrived was so pleasant and helpful and even took us for a tour of the facility. We ended up getting a storage unit due in large part to Angelica's customer service plus the location and facilities couldn't be any better.

We originally went to this location to get a climate controlled unit. The manager, Jackie, was nice enough to tell us that the rates were cheaper at another Public Storage near by because it was nearly all climate controlled. We went back to Jackie to rent a regular unit and she went out of her way to make sure we could get the promotional deal. She is such a nice person

This is a nearby clean well run facility. The person who was running the day I became a customer, Jackie, was very knowlegable and friendly. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the whole place. There are boxes and lots of the stuff someone who is packing things up could use. Prices seemed very reasonable. I have never used a unit before but feel very comfortable with my choice of facility to use.

We have had a unit for 3 months paying for climate controlled the entire time. When we moved our items in in February is was cool out side and the ac wasn’t blowing We didn’t think much about it then. As it has warmed up outside and we are now in the middle of May our unit is about 95. No ac only hot air blowing. We have called no less than 5 times Each time we get told it is being taken care of . We keep getting the Run around. Very poor customer service

Jackie did a great job explaining my options regarding a loss key for my storage unit.

I have been storing with public storage for 2 months now I can't say enough how awesome the office manager Jackie is. Every question I had she always had a great answer. I would differently recommend this public storage to anyone. Very secure location very professional staff. Very clean. I am very happy with choosing this location to store my belongings.

Will never do business with them again, got locked in after 9pm, spending all day packing and spending thousands for movers, they told me to call a cab and leave my trucks and come back in the morning. Had another storage place A-1 Storage great place great people.

When I met with Jackie, she showed me the available unit and we did the paperwork. She also tried to hard-sell me on the Public Storage insurance. It took a while for her to back off. Was told there was one cart per building, but was not told they can be anywhere and was not told my door code opened all buildings. I'm in a leg cast and get around on crutches and a "peg leg". Knowing this and without sharing the information about the cart locations, she put me in the middle of the building. We discovered these issues only when we could not locate a cart and she was not in the office on Saturday. So my wife and I, with my leg cast, had to move everything little by little, but found 2 available units just inside the building entrance that would have been much more convenient. She also asked me to give her 5 stars. Not this time. A little more information on the front end, along with just a bit of understanding of my limited mobility would have gotten her 5 stars. The 2 stars are for the location of the property in relation to our home. I'm sure Jackie will get more 5-star ratings when she asks for them.

Jackie is very professional and customer oriented front desk manager. Not only she was able to accommodate a complex two unit rental but she was able to find the best rate for one of the units that was not visible online! I will always consult with Jackie for any rental at this Public Storage location!

I have had the unit for about a month Jackie was very helpful and went out of her way to speed the process up as much as possible because I was in a hurry that day. She actually takes the time to get to know people and retains the information gained through conversion. A few weeks after renting the unit I went into the office requesting my gate code she pulled me up and didn't even ask my name or unit number she actually remembered me. She is not your typical going through the motions doing the bare minimum for a paycheck type of gal she personalizes and builds relationships love her

Its in a safe area and the security is good. The rates are high and they will raise them every six months.
