Staff great! But unfortunately rodents did lots of damage to my things.

Went in to inquire about a unit and Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Everything from staff to price was great!

During the excessive heat, how hot do the storage units get?

Stored my stuff for a year here in their climate controlled storage space. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was impressed the day I checked in to the day I left with how engaged and knowledgeable the staff were at this location.

To anyone deciding to rent a storage unit here. Christopher was the guy intaking my space rental. Christopher went beyond asking me, "So what do you plan on storing here?". That question was my RED FLAG to why are you so interested in what assets I plan to store here? So instead of me moving my stuff in that #114 unit. It's amazing how within 0 days, I realized NOT TO STORE ANYTHING HERE! With that being said.....yes I did pay my unit from May to July, 3 months.....but that RED FLAG was ALL I needed to understand the interest of Christopher asking me about what was my storage unit items going to be!!! READ ALL THE REVIEWS! MAKE TIME TO READ THEM!! STAY SAFE!🙏🏻💃

I guess the only problems are the increased monthly payment. And there is never anyone in there around 3-4 pm no notes nothing.

This place is horrible. Rats will live in your storage. They break into your storage and the office will say it is not there problem basically. And you have to call and meet with someone in the office not always there during office hours.

Corina went above and beyond to help me. Her location did not currently have the larger size storage unit I requested, but she made a lot of calls to help me get what I need at a different location. She was sweet, caring and deserves a raise!

There's now a cart for people in the climate controlled storage units to use moving their stuff. Glad for that. I'm still wondering what are the hours for trash disposal since the dumpster is always locked.

Use this place for a good couple months straight, easy to find things and locate your storage. Sometimes it was a bit annoying because of the cars to move around them besides that pretty good with parking and driving thorough, there was just some spiders and bugs but mainly spiders none of them were dangerous though, price of storage pretty well. The lot was really clean well really clean honestly. Really don't have any complaints just besides one worker day that had an attitude and talked to my family very rudely, was not necessary but besides that everything was smooth. Our stuff stayed safe and secure nothing was gone or missing.

These guys are terrible. Office is always closed so they consider your payments late. I wrote a review and was offered a free month of rent if i took it down. Which i did, now they are telling me my payment is late and that i owe for that month.

This is the third month I go to the office and it is closed. Have been to office 4 days straight. I live right in back of this business and it is NEVER open. Made an appointment last month and the man was 20 minutes late walked right down from his apartment. I am tired of paying late charges when it is not my fault this office is ALWAYS closed and no call backs. I have been a customer for 3 years but I really hate to change but tired of late charges every month when it is no fault of mine.

First of all, it’s worth noting that the front desk attendant really hates his job and has a strong disdain for customers. This area can do that to you so I kinda get it. Either that, or he didn’t like my haircut, who knows? Second, the website gives you a price but doesn’t tell you that you have to purchase one of their locks for an additional $20. The attendant is clearly exhausted of having to explain this to everyone who walks in. I could tell by the way his eyes rolled into the back of his head as soon as I started to question the additional charge. I decided not to rent here for the aforementioned reasons and will look into other storage companies.

Fast easy access. If someone unloading or loading they have an alternative lane so that you may go around. Had a move from storage to a third floor apartment 😩😫😢🥵Tire!!!! We did it!!! 🙏💪👊

Do NOT COME to this STORAGE PLACE! The office is CLOSED & NO ONE is in there! How ever a woman came out with her dog & I asked her if they were going to open she RUDELY SAID I DONT WORK here! The blond haired lady with glasses is the one that was rude & she's the one that works! It's NEVER OPEN & VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

My mom and I both rented units here for years but sadly it's not worth it anymore. Way too much money being spent to find rat droppings all throughout a unit. May as well go elsewhere for the current rates we pay🤦‍♀️

Went to make a payment, door was locked and lights off.Called # for store , call went straight to voicemail. T was 3:41 pm! Golf cart used to show property was right by the gate but manager nowhere to he found!!!!No note on door or anything. Just sign that says yes we're open!! Called and left message. When call was returned manager said I could make payment on line or with the app and they weren't always in the office !

This place doesn't post it's hours of operation. I've gotten here as early as 9:00 a.m. and as late as 10:00 a.m. and they're always closed. I hate doing business with them

No one is ever in the office or answers the phone to get into our indoor storage unit. Extremely unprofessional especially for the ridiculous amount of money this costs a month. Waste of time, will be getting out of this storage space ASAP.

Jimmy was always cool and helpful, when I went in to talk to them, other than that I’ve called more than a dozen times to see if our lock was replaced because we’re moving out, and I just get voicemail every time.

They sure like to jack up their price. Raised the rent on my wife's storage rate at a ridiculous rate. Just got a notice they are raising her rate an extra $100 a month.

They reel you in with a good price and raise the rent a few months in, and if you don’t pay the rent they sell your storage unit within a couple weeks of your missed payment. Units are full of rats and they ruin your property.

Rented storage location to park my truck for 6 weeks. Came by to pick up my truck and the truck had been broken into, hood popped and battery and spark plugs Removed. When asked how long the hood had been popped they stated it wasn’t like that this morning. It was verified that the truck had been Broken into and that the hood was open for over a month!!! I would never utilize a place like this in the future. Why would they lie and say it wasn’t like that when it was clearly like that for over a month. Makes you think they were park of the problem and are covering up!!! Also found out that they have people living in the storage units. Which is illegal

Very expensive and getting even more expensive

This is hands down the best storage in San Antonio, TX. Had an issue with parking a moving truck downtown and they took good care of us. No other place even close accomodates such requests. The best part is I was greeted with a smile and an upbeat attitude. I own a moving company across the country in Georgia and deal with alot of storage owners and managers. For what its worth Jimmy earned my recommendation and referral to any and all needing storage and oversized parking. Top notch!

Rats went in my unit and insurance company only pays $150 no matter what the damages are or how expensive the item is

My tvs was damaged in this storage. And then I remove my stuff out if the storage because my stuff was already damaged... I'm suppose to have the storage the rest of the month because I paid for it... and they put their lock on it talking about I emptied so they can take it back.. no that's not how that works.. and tried to lie on me talking about I knocked the gate off track . But u didn't call me... strange

The staff are Friendly, they also call you with information about your rental space.. it’s just very hot having an outside storage During summer time

1st month is $1 plus an administrative fee! Also have to buy a cylinder lock from them if you don't have your own and must buy insurance.. other than that it's a decent place.

What time are gates available to go in

They will nickle and dime you. They didn't explain that you must have insurance and use their locks that they charge for and do not return. Before you know it they ate more expensive than competitors.

Rats everywhere! This location needs to do a better job at keeping the grounds clean. Per policy they don’t do refunds, even if you never used the unit, and they don’t prorate monthly rent. I think that’s ridiculous. I paid $174 for a unit I literally never moved into. 😡😡

My unit had water damge that I told the mgr about and he told me they would get the storage area watertight. Went to move out a year later and still has signs of water coming in and damages to furniture may total thousands of dollars. I talked to a different manager today, a YEAR LATER who again said they would get it repaired.

From the GetGo when inquiring about the storage we got the run around, also No one answered the phone when my husband and I had questions. Then when we showed up to the office the Manager showed us a unit in the freezing cold weather way down to the further units instead of taking my husband my little girl and I in the golf cart which would have been the more considerate thing to do and didn't even allow us to drive our own vehicle in. Omg the Manager there was so UNPROFESSIONAL didn't even greet me he had NO "PROFESSIONALISM" for nothing what a "LOSER". And we needed a lock he said before he could rent us a unit so we go back all the way to the house and come back and had to wait again because he had other customers ugh it was a very bad experience dealing with this man. The ONLY reason why we went with this place is because it was Convenient to our house. I recommend they hire someone else to do this job or get this person some extra needed help. Very bad Ser vice.👎👎👎👎👎

I wish I could rate this higher BC the manager Jimmy is excellent and helps us any way he can. The place is always clean and he always helpful. But my husband have rented for years and they raise our rate EVERY YEAR instead of treating me like loyal customer. I asked to lower rent but they said no. Insulation in my roof is falling but it seem like they never fix anything even though they keep raising my renta. We got water in our stuff to but they said us they wouldn't cover it.
