This public storage location offers great customer service. Ms Letty was really helpful. Highly recommend this location.
The storage units at this location are rat infested. Even when your unit is clean, they do not maintain this property or any of the properties that I have rented from their other locations. See photos attached. This is just what’s above their ceilings. You will find more rat droppings in your storage.
I had some issues with the company but spoke to the regional manager and he is taking care of everything. He is going above and veyond to make things right. Cant ask for more than that.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Letty. I made the mistake of reserving a unit that was too small because I under estimated just how much space I needed, and given my time crunch, I was extremely stressed about it. Fortunately, Letty was an absolute godsend with helping me get it all sorted out.

Dealing with Letty wasxa wonderful experience with renting a storage unit, during and returning it. Letty has been so kind, respectful, understnding and helpful, gone above and beyond in serving as a Mgr at this location and I highly recomend renting a unit from Letty at this location.
My father-in-law rented this unit. He told me he was paying $240 a month for a 10x10 unit. That seemed a bit high to me. They found a unit in a completely indoor facility for $120. So, we moved out. When I went to unload the unit, I couldn’t believe what I saw. There was a hole in the ceiling and EVERYTHING in there was covered in rat feces. It was insane. Every box was basically covered and there were multiple nests that were made. Nobody was in the office to talk about it with. I would look elsewhere if I were you. So many newer and better facilities for less.
No one in the office ever, they don't return a phone call. I was locked out of the place because supposedly they needed to reset my passcode. The list goes on and on. Getting my stuff out this week and going elsewhere. Oh and it's also MY responsibility to ask if their billing cycle is going to change as a new customer.
I haven't had any problems having my stuff here. Only thing that is pushing me out is that they go up on your storage fee every 6 months. It's exhausting, and when will it ever stop? Who knows.
Came here to rent a unit. Fernando helped me today and was very polite and kind. He insured that i was getting the best space for my things. He even went out of his way to make sure the space I was getting wasn't too big. Our service was fast an efficient and Fernando was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of helpful information.
It was a great visit! Fernando really took care of us and went the extra mile to make sure we got a unit that fit our needs. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family😁

Convenient to my house, with fairly easy access. Opening gate from app only failed once. Unit had decaying insulation on the ceiling started raining down on the contents of the unit. Otherwise I felt my stuff was safe. I'd use them again.
all of my mothers belongings were destroyed by RATS. clothes, bags purses, shoes, household items completely chewed up and covered in rat droppings and urine. property manager was absolutely no help or even compassionate, horrible place, don't recommend, go to CubeSmart or something, and get a new property manager
UPDATE she went back and its even worse!!! still no help from the useless worker in there. ridiculous.
Left early and told them I would come back for the rest of my furniture..come to find out they took it out.and then got an email saying I owe 75$..when their the ones who took my furniture..follow up..Mark the manager has called to resolve the situation and we talked about what happened and as a business man myself I do appreciate what he done to resolve my situation..thank you ..now that's good service.

RAT FECES AND WASTE IN MY UNIT. Nobody around to help or talk to about this. The entire storage facility smells horrendous and is NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED like we were led to believe. Moved in during the winter so didn’t realize it wasn’t climate controlled until now. False advertising and disgusting conditions. Spoke to the property manager and didn’t even offer me so much as a free month, NOTHING. Do not store your belongings here. Moving out TODAY and will not be returning to a Public Storage facility. Cannot believe I’ve been giving my money to crooks like this.

The manager there letty is amazing I've been a customer with public storage for 5 plus years here she has even jumped in and helped me after seeing me struggling with carrying a few things I would highly recommend this location and hope she never moves cause the past few years with her there I've never had any problems just great experiences

This location was okay at first and Ms. Letty (?) was wonderful with customer service. But after a while, buildings were not always clean and though pest control boxes are present, rat feces was visible outside of the storage areas (the indoor part). Fortunately, I used my own pest control/prevention inside my actual unit. A little over 2 years as a loyal customer yet they constantly did rent increases that we're unnecessary. Nothing to do with economy or COVID. Just raised rent just because they could every 6-9 months or so. 2 years with 4 increases. Unit went from approximately $138 mth to $315 yet if a new customer were to rent the same size unit, the rent was $170. Rip off! So we took our business elsewhere with guaranteed rate that doesn't change.
Lady (Letty) at front desk was very helpful. Very informative about unit sizes & insurance coverage. Also, access hours & public storage app on my cell phone. Very clean office.

Rented a storage room from Letti. I ended up needing to postpone my move-in date by a few days. Letti worked with me and made everything stress free.
