I love how convenient it is to rent a space at Public Storage. You can do the whole thing online, but I also like How available employees are when you do need them. I recently needed assistance while at their Location (employee) Bella was more than helpful. My friend had left his phone very expensive and she helped us find it.
I just love how Bella is an amazing worker. The Public Storage really just does everything to make you feel like they’re not in your business and it is amazing to know that they are here for you.

During covid this place kept increasing their prices. They were relentless..
The prices just keep kept going up and up.. Then we were told the final month would be half the price and we believed them.. but no, they didn't honor it and we lost EVERYTHING! 😭

I had an issue come up in life and security self storage has been a great place to work out issues with your space. Melanie the general manager has been a wonderful part of the team's built here in San Antonio and so thankfully am recommending her professionalism and hospitality to many others. I am glad to say Texas proud about this business and the people I have got in contact with here guys. Stay safe out there and wish you all well also.
If you value you're possessions..do not rent here. My inside unit was broken into. I had it full. They didnt even leave me a crumb. Management was no help whatsoever. Conveniently, they said that there was no camera footage. My lock had been replaced with the same type of lock while the thieves took my property. Management claims they check the units every night to ensure that the locks have not been changed out. I PERSONALLY WOULD NEVER RENT A UNIT AT THIS PLACE!
Great place to store you items when moving from one state to another and can't fit it all in your garage , Friendly Customer Service and I got a great deal on my storage unit .
The office manager, Melanie was really helpful by helping me pick the correct size unit I needed. She showed me around the property and pointed out the maintenance guy on property as well. I feel confident I made the best decision to store my items here. Will definitely recommend this storage place to my friends & family.
