Your stuff is safe here you have to put your code in multiple times, to get in the building and to get on the floor of your storage unit. Security is tight and I appreciated that. Very clean facilities and management is willing to help with any issues.

The manager was a great help
The facility is clean and there are multiple carts to use. A good amount of parking is available to load and unload, and there are multiple entrances from Coit or Plano Parkway. The facility climate control is better than at the last location I used, but the storage units don't go as high vertically as I've seen in other spaces, so you may need more like I did.
The employee at the front desk was kind, and helpful, and was able to switch units for me easily.
Nick made transferring my unit space simple and easy. His quick-wittedness helped me get the perfect unit. Thank you Nick!!

I had some issues with the elevator and the app not working when it came to opening the doors, but other than that this is a solid place! They gave me a neat storage unit with an easy-to-use lock. Note to management about the actual facility Please fix the elevator noise, please fix the other elevator thats out & a cleanup cart would be nice. There was dirt, papers and the inside of the elevator was wet which could’ve caused someone to slip.

I was looking for a nice reasonably priced unit and location. I had tried the public storage up the street but they over priced their smallest units at 45 and up. This lead me to keep looking and it lead me to Ms. Loma and this location. Ms. Loma was very welcoming and she cares about the person not just getting money. She actually wants you to get the best service for your buck unlike the competitors. I was stressed when I came to her,she quickly calmed my worries with the dollar move in, and the 5 by 5 for only 29 a month. I am now saving so much money thanks to Ms. Loma and her genuine care to serve the public and their needs. I quickly moved it and I haven't regretted since. Best decision ever. I recommend this location and Ms. Loma to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming storage unit to trust to hold your personal belongings. It's very nice and clean at this site as well, I feel very safe. Thank you Ms. Loma for your help and professionalalisim. I had tried to finalize my online rental by calling a central phone number but got transferred several times and three different answers so I wnt to the site on Plano Parkway.
