Adam does a great job at this location. He often goes above and beyond for renters. I initially rented a 10 x 10 unit and recently downsized to a smaller unit - Adam went through all the different scenarios with me to find the most cost effective option and showed me a few options so I had exactly what I needed. After helping us he rushed off to help an 85 year old lady load her piano all by himself! Would gladly rent here again in the future.
Adam is an amazing person!. He really has gone above and beyond to help us settle in and get acclimated with our storage units. Felt like he is an owner of the facility. Only an owner would take care of a facility like that. Place is always clean! I would highly recommend using this Public Storage over other facilities👍👍
Fair price and safe storage units
As a business owner and a primary caregiver for aging parents, I’ve had plenty of experience dealing with storage facilities. Oftentimes it’s not all that great. This Public Storage, however was by far my best experience. I rented a unit online but then realized after the fact, I actually needed a larger unit. Frantically, I pulled in (right at closing 🥹) and was still warmly greeted by Kyle whom I’d spoken to by phone. We ran into some issues trying to get things switched over because of how I booked it. What I appreciate most, Kyle was patient (and I was kind 🤓) and when he was unsure of the best solution, he phoned a friend— his colleague. Adam was out sick, yet he still took the time to walk Kyle and myself through the best process to quickly resolve the issue I was experiencing before my truck arrived. While I wouldn’t ever expect anyone to help me solve an issue while they’re under the weather, I do appreciate the kindness and willingness to help. Thank you Kyle and Adam. I will always choose this facility 1st because of you.

The only true reason I can give 5 stars to Public Storage is because of the AMAZING customer service, detail and just beautiful, warm spirit I receive whenever I see Starla. For the past year, she is the ONLY person I’ve ever seen at the Ohio Drive location. No matter how rude people act towards her, she keeps a smile, stays professional and polite, and upholds the company policy. I really do appreciate her in every way.

I've been very pleased with my storage experience at this location so far. It's very clean and generally easy to access. Also, Starla is seriously one of the friendliest, most helpful people I've ever come across in customer service. Every time I've had an issue or question, she has always been eager to assist and has figured out how to make it right. I really appreciate her and and feel very comfortable storing my belongings there with her on site. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone I know, and would use it again myself in a heartbeat.
