I was advised that I can go to a different location and so I went to the Public Storage located on Oates Dr. where I met a beautiful young lady by the name of Angel. And I have to say she was truly an angel. She helped me walk through everything that I needed answers for and even went far and beyond to contact her district manager to resolve pending issues I was having. I was very limited on timing and she did everything she could to accommodate me and handle everything I needed before I headed back to Washington DC. I’ve rented a unit at this specific location about three or four times over the past 10 to 15 years. I will admit Earlier this year, I had a bad experience with the rep on site being non-responsive and unavailable at several times it was almost impossible to get a call back and never got an answer when I attempted to call. But since then, I had the privilege of working with the New representative on site Teresa. She’s very patient and very helpful and takes the time to answer any questions and sets expectations. She didn’t just do her job, but she took a few little steps to go above and beyond to help me and again she was very patient. Working in the customer service industry, we tend to forget to acknowledge those who actually help us and not treat us like a number and actually sympathize and empathize. Teresa definitely put my mind at ease. Going forward to reach out with any questions or concerns in regards to my unit. Thank you, Teresa. I hope that management sees this and show recognition and acknowledges you’re excellent customer service.

My door has been fixed and I wasn’t charged for January to make up for my trouble and inconvenience. I’m only giving Public Storage 4 stars because they raised my rent every year and then raised it after six months. I want to give Brandy โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ for getting my door fixed and helping me resolve the misunderstanding about the rent that the BBB inadvertently caused (long story; won’t bore you with it). Brandy really went above and beyond for me.
