Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1460 S Interstate 35 E, Lancaster, TX

Amy was the best and very helpful at the Lancaster I35 location facility was clean and storage is conveniently located I would definitely recommend this location and Amy for her outstanding customer service!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst most unprofessional most no regard for anyone or anything I’ve ever dealt with. They have RATS! & they’re only solution to them is topgun no pest control no compensation for all the things affected by rat feces or anything just outright a hot mess. They also have leakage in some units . PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE AT ALL COSTS!

After a month of sending evidence of items stolen, police report, claim was denied because there was no burglary. The Orange insurance only covers burglary and not theft, how convenient of Public storage and their scams. And emailed the district manager, he called me and according to him the pictures that was taken of my unit was deleted because the unit was paid, how convenient and the cameras "should" be working but wasn't sure. Oh and he decided to block my email after asking for proof of my lock being cut because my stuff was stolen after they cut my lock. I see why there is a lawsuit against Public Storage they are scam artist. Their insurance covers them not us. Get your own insurance for your unit. Matter of fact don't even rent here. They won't keep getting away with this.

Review from my wife Christina..........Since US Storage switch over to Public Storage, there has been numerous break ins including mines. When I got to my storage, my lock was cut off and public put 2 locks on mines. So when I had the manager take the locks off and she was confused as why my lock was cut off and when I brought it to her attention about the break in she responds "oh your storage wasn't already like this" Now why would I trash my own storage, break glass everywhere. The only helpful thing she did was hand me a pamplet with the insurance information listed. Now I'm dealing with having to remove the little stuff I had left and throw away everything else. No type of concern from public storage. Police brought it to my attention about the multiple break Ins and asked if I was ever informed about the break ins....which I wasn't. I'm puzzled on how someone has access to the gate codes to get in and get out, access to cut off locks and there are cameras that work, but no one is saying anything about it. Sounds fishy to me. Ms. Mary from US Storage would of never let this happened! Public Storage do better! This is ridiculous, people work too hard to have their things stolen.

At this facility in Lancaster TX by Interstate 35 the lady at the front desk she has a great customer service there I wasn't sur what I needed and she showed me what she has available and very nice buy the way friendly smells real clean in that office the whole facility looks clean I wasn't sure what I needed and miss Apolonia explain to me what she offered with a great attitude and I went and got a unit thank you miss Apolonia
