Public Storage has been serving the community for a very long time, and I didn't realize the importance of their service as much as I did at this point in my life. The back story is quite an interesting one to tell 🤔 and can not be told without the mentioning of one character in particular by the name Beverley. It begin with our first introduction because with the first meet I have already made the conscious decision that Ms Beverly is that one to give you a vivid description of the librarian that allows absolutely no talking, no whispering and no breathing while in her library on her watch. I just knew she had a ruler 📏 behind the desk ready to serve disciplinary action at any given moment. At this time, I was in a difficult situation and didn't see a pleasing outcome to as part of a solution. I undeserving passed judgment and was quickly reminded of the meaning of " Don't judge a book by it's Cover"! Ms. Beverly brought the light to a dark environment. She was able to display her competence in the position she held and was able to get the unit I needed for the price much lower than expected and to add gravy on the biscuit it was walking distance from the place I will my new home. I advise anyone that is to do business at this location, seek Beverly first, and the customer satisfaction will be reached at its highest! I am still a happy customer there and don't plan on going anywhere. I might get a different size unit but not at a different location. Thank you Ms. Beverly for continuous support and customer service!

On the day I moved into my unit I made 3 separate trips. The last trip was 30 minutes before the close of the public storage. I didn’t realize that I had left my unit 8 minutes after 9. The next day I received a call that I was unable to answer. The caller left a voicemail. It was Beverly calling from Publix storage and she identified herself as the manager. She then went on to tell me I was able to access my unit 7 days a week from 6am to 9 pm and that this information was in the online contract and had I read it I would know that. She then made it clear she checks the gate time stamp every morning and that my code was used to leave at 9:08 pm and that there is consequences for leaving after the stated time. That if I was to leave late another 3 times I would have to deal with these consequences. She left a 2 minute voicemail regarding this. Totally unreal. I have used public storage multiple times and never had an issue with leaving late. In fact I was always informed as long as I arrived before 9 I would be able to access my unit. Never have I been told that I must be out of my unit and out of the gate by 9. I will never use public storage again. Totally ridiculous

Public Storage in Lancaster Tx is a joke & all they care about is money. I was previously told Beverly that as long as I made a move out arrangement before the 1st that I would be able to get a prorated amount. I set my move out date for September 1st & am now being told (BEVERLY CALLED THE DAY OF MOVE OUT) that I have to pay a full month rent in order to move my things out. She argued on the phone with me telling me that I was lying and that she always tell people if they are still there on the 1st that they won’t get a prorated rent. When I informed her that there wasn’t showing a balance on my end she continued to argue that it was and hung up in my face. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I am highly upset about being told one thing and then last minute being told I can’t come get my things because it has a lock on it. I should have gotten a call PRIOR to the first of the month if this was their policy. Had I known this was a thing I would have gotten my things out sooner. I would NEVER recommend anybody to use this storage. All they care about is taking people’s money.

Hi! This was my first time storaging my stuff and it was a interesting experience.
I needed a place to store my thrifted treasures. I searched around and found this location. The process to secure a unit was seamless. The associate I initially spoke with was through and courteous. On the day I picked up my keys and viewed my space Mrs Beverly provided excellent customer care. My unit is perfect and is an inside unit. The storage location is gate and has CCTV. It was a great experience. Definitely recommend this storage company.

Spoke with Beverly over the phone and was given all of the information I needed to purchase a storage unit. I am an over the road truck driver and needed a space asap.
