Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 9576 Cypress Creek Pkwy, Houston, TX

Not a very good start to our storage with them the first week we get our storage someone broke into our storage and nobody told us we had to file a police report and pay a 100$ to get our stuff back So people steal our stuff and we got to pay to get our stuff back and then we asked for a different storage after someone broke into mine and they charged me for a transfer they made no attempt to help us out at all

Davian was great. Very patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate tht because I was having horrible day and he made me smile.

**ELITE CUSTOMER SERVICE ** I was having a difficult time finding proper storage in the Willowbrook area in Houston for my mother and I stumbled upon a Public Storage and spoke to a Mr. Davian. With the number of questions and concerns I had for him, I'm sure anyone in his place would be annoyed, but he was patient with me and assured me that he and his team would set her up for success! He quelled all of my fears. Thank you, Mr. Davian!

I am cuurrently renting a storage with this location and the customer service is horrible. I spoke with the people to let them know Im making my payment in January in which I just paid 351.57 for a 10×10 space. Why these people cut my 20 dollar lock and replaced it with their own lock without calling me to let me know they had touched my private property. I contacting the family attorney bc my private belonging are in there. Neither the guy that lives on the property nor the lady who does not speak clear enough english have good custo.er service skills as both were very rude to me regarding my arrangement with public storage. I do not recommend this place to anyone and once I retrieve my property Im never using this location again. They replaced my lock with theirs so all my property better be in perfect peace as I left it with a lock on there bc I dont plan to purchase another lock after I already had one on there. If anything goes missing I will be sueing this location garanteed and I do have insurance on this unit as well bc those are my son and I things in there. Im so displeased with this location.

Davian the manager was so helpful, patient, and polite. He is a manager that goes above and beyond when it comes to service. He had one difficult customer and I watched him stay in a calm professional mode. We need more managers like Davian. Thanks for listening

Horrible waiting over 20 min for someone to help at office.. no one ever came then walked to the back and found Davin way in the back playing on his phone with earphones on . Then gets angry because he wants to get home and says he needs us to hurry up and get out.

Don’t lease here this people are crazy and thief I tried moving here on Saturday but I couldn’t because I am disabled and got sick and had to leave like at 5pm to get something to eat to see if I regain my strength so 3:30 hours passed and I realize I left my truck in front of my space so since I was close I decided to go move it but realize I didn’t had the truck keys with me and a family member had to go drop them off so I can move the truck,9pm came and I was still inside gate trying to park the truck away from the space til I came back the next day but the manager came helped me park the truck and then treaded me very rudely holding me there against my will causing harm to my health, almost called the police to let them know this 2 guys didn’t want to let me go but I was on holed with public storage customer service which never answer the call,my family member witnessed everything as they waited for me outside my service dog was already getting in distress due to this situation, when they finally let me out I decided to just get my truck early in the morning and never go back to that nightmare they took my money that I had when I sold my dining table I will go to the last consequences to get my issue resolve, be careful people and don’t go to this location, I had to find me another storage space with a different company and I am very happy with them.

Property manager Davion is very pleasant and offers great customer service. I experienced à rodant issue in my outside storage unit but he did his absolute best to be helpful and put me in touch with a cleaning/moving company to transfer units.

Rat motel! I would have given 1 star but the employees provided good customer service. This location has a serious rodent problem. Should have been named Rat storage. I never knew what to expect when entering. One day I entered flat screen TV was knocked over by some thing. Filed a claim and they don’t really return calls. Just a money scheme. Public Storage requires you to have their insurance but if something happens they have nothing to do with it. I will never have my belongings at public storage again. Rat infested facility and insurance is fraudulent in my opinion based on my experience. After 3 months insurance claim denied saying they don’t cover damage. WTH is insurance for
