Markeisha Is A Lovely Person

I've had a storage for about 3 months at this location. I was hoping to move my belongings on 6/7 and pay a prorated amount, for the 7 days time. No issues. Wrong! I was called by someone claiming to be the manager. She was so rude and unprofessional that I was disappointed that I chose them as my storage facility. These aren't my things they belong to my elderly, disabled mother who is moving in her apartment on 6/7. I was told it would go on my credit and and the woman demanded that I pay rent for a whole month.

Horrible place... from the lights constantly being out to the elevator not working for over a month making it very difficult to vacate or even stay. The ceiling in my unit had stuff on it that kept falling on my items. I have taken pictures of everything to show the main office. I would recommend using another location because this location is horrible.

Watch out for the prices. They look good online with all those discounts and promos but when you register at the location, they hit you with all types extra fees. Try to register in the 1st of any month. If you do that, you won’t have to pay any pro rated fees. Depending on the size of the unit, you will have to pay a certain amount for their insurance. You also have to buy a proprietary lock from them for $15. Administrative fees, insurance fees, pro rated fees and lock fees are all the extra stuff you have to pay which they don’t mention online. You’re better off looking around for places along Aldine Westfield for cheaper options.

Great customer service. Traci and Lucy are professional and friendly. The only issue I have is you have to fight with the elevator to get it to work. Wasn't fun and I lost that fight. Wasted alot of time and had to go back with my load since due to my health I am unable to carry it up the stairs.

Haven't been to this location since I opened my storage, but service has improved tremendously. I was politely greeted as soon as I walked in, helpfully assisted with my account, keys, entering, and exiting my storage. The attendants even remembered me calling the week prior and had everything ready for me. Great service for a world that has forgotten how important that is. Thank you guys!!

I've been the storage for 5 years since 2013, I called to see if they can work with me on payments. I usually pay on time and up to date(since I stay out of town), and I really had some valuables in there that cannot be replaced. I am very upset about it, I just needed two more days to make a payment and now my memories of my grandmother is gone. I won't be getting a storage anywhere no more, all you do is waste your money. Especially if you are trying to get on your feet and stay on your feet. I hope to meet the people that bought one day just for the things I can't get anywhere else.

I scheduled a reservation the day before came in a hr past the time and Jessica was so kind to help me. I was greeted upon entering once she finished with the customer that was ahead of me she begin with my reservation. We hopped in the gold cart and rode down to the storage unit i was renting after approval we went back to the office and conpleted the paper work they even have a medium sized box I also purchased great customer service great location.
