The app is perfect. Checked in, contract secured and gate access without any issue.

I rented a unit here for a few months and never had a problem with payments. I emptied the unit and let the front desk know it was empty. I was billed for another month of service and then sent to collections. Use any other storage unit company and avoid this 1.

Place is in shambles. The gate was rammed in when we got there. People living out of there units trash everywhere. You would be a fool to leave your valuables there

Do you have climate controlled storage units

Access is nice and easy but the facility is in terrible shape. It was ok when I moved in but has been getting consistently worse with no repairs being made. The outer doors to my building don't function properly, with one of them not being attached to the hinges at the top (picture). The insulation is torn up and falling out (picture). They have a rat problem, which they clearly know about because there are traps everywhere, but the traps aren't baited and do nothing to prevent rats (picture). My unit is very organized and clean but the issue is so major that it doesn't matter. The rats live in all of the units. I've talked to management about the door issue and was told it was "a top priority" but 2 months later, nothing has been done about it. Clearly it isn't that big of an issue.

Horrible service,horrible maintenance, dissatisfied with that location… my advice is to find another public storage location asap

Aiesha provided us with marvelous customer service, very patient and efficient with all our paperwork and questions. The rent is very affordable and reasonable, and impressed with the security system they have. In order to enter and exit you have to enter the code that they make just for you. They also provide online payments through their app with updated system, meaning it doesn’t crash nor is sketchy looking. This one day we tried to access our storage early in the morning around 5am and we were confused because it wasn’t letting us go inside, they called us as soon as they could just to inform us that the earliest we could enter was at 6am. We were really impressed with the security system. So I wasn’t bothered at all that we couldn’t enter. Also you can have access to your storage through the app, you can open the gate with their app. I recommend you rent with Public Storage if you want to feel secured and safe.

I went to this location to find a storage close to me. It’s not the best area but the team members are very nice. They accommodate the clients needs and try their best to for your budget. Veronica was very helpful. RayMoure is helpful as well and very nice.

Went to check this place out ,as we are fixing to move. I need a place to store expensive custom made creations , and with so many 5 star reviews, I figured this place had to be it. WRONG Weak , inferior internal walls divide the units. Not exactly secure , if I can see into the next unit. Was kinda given shady answers to that.... So looking further , there is two public storage locations that have almost all 5 star reviews and are run by the same two people. And looking at the reviews left , they come from the same people. When you see 400+ reviews that are all 5 stars and only a handful are 4 and less , you KNOW the reviews are not real. Look at other reviews for other companies. Do you not see the difference? How these are padded reviews , and not typical of how you see reviews for other places ? Don't be fooled ... This is a disgusting way to " build up a good reputation" all while deceiving the public. I personally would not tent here and would tell my friends not to either.

Gave me what I needed

They try to Break into my storage and broke my lock to get into.this is not the first time. The first time they gotten into my storage and took some of my things, that cannot be replaced and you have to have paper for your insurance company need sale paper for what you paid for it.when some people don't keep their paper. Iam very upset about everything.

Marie was so welcoming and nice. She gave me a tour and showed me the space and was very thorough since I am new to Houston and the humidity. The price was right since it will be a short term rental.

After going to another location... it wasn’t open...waiting for help. I decided to come down to this location. Ms. Marie was so helpful getting setup!!! No stress... and was able to get me a unit right in the front!!!! Great customer service!!!!

in the 9 months I had a unit here, my rates have gone up twice... yet no explanation or change in the property. No bad reflection on staff member Careena (if I was to give any higher stars, it would be for her) but I refuse to pay another pay height with no reason or justification!!!

Everything was good I got my unit on friday came back sunday someone else's lock was on my unit. They gave me another unit but still had to do everything all over again.

Thanks to Marie this location is still running. She stops whatever she is doing to assist and answer any questions you have. She keeps the grounds clean and is the only one who actually knows how things work there.

They have rats at this storage! Destructive rats! Dont store yoyr things there.
