It's difficult getting help when needed. Sometimes, the elevators are down. And the price increase is ridiculous. Can't wait to find somewhere else to move my belongings.

They have raised my rent by over a hundred dollars and I haven't even been here a year! And they were already over priced.. There's a clause in your contract that says they can raise your rent whenever they feel like. I'll be moving out asap. Avoid renting here!

The facility is fine, but Shellie is amazing! She's so sweet and extremely knowledgeable about the facility and also the surrounding areas being that she grew up in Texas. I've used Public Storage a few times through the years (mostly in California), and this is the first time that I've felt comfortable leaving my belongings in one and it's all because of Shellie. My sister (who also used this facility) was right, Shellie's a gem.

Ms. Shellie has changed my opinion on storage facility staff for the positive!. For her level of customer service alone, this place is worth the investment.

Extremely frustrated. I originally started renting a storage unit starting on the 8th of the month. The storage facility changed that date to reflect the 1st of the month. We are retired and veterans on a limited income. We emptied out the unit on the 3rd of the month and I cannot seem to get an answer on not being required to pay a full month . It seems unfair and unethical to require me to pay for a full month when we had to drive 14 hours to get there and had the unit clean and empty 11 a.m. of the 3rd. I was told I would have an answer in 78 hours but I am getting notices already stating that legal action if not paid in 10 days. As long as we rented from you and there is no consideration or flexibility. Is your company really that greedy as to take advantage? I have not once in 4 1/2 years been late. I am in the process of moving in to another storage facility which does adhere to month to month based on move in date which is larger, nicer and much less expensive than you Public Storage
